@freedomsupport I'm having connection issues in Vancouver. No balance overdue and my phone says its connected to the network but I have no data but I can still make calls

  • StephenHeaps Stephen (@StephenHeaps) reported

@freedomsupport for the past couple months I’ve been getting notified of a carrier settings update on iOS. It has never worked, and is still at v50. Seems like something configured wrong somewhere? cc @AppleSupport

  • Kk_Ffs Blank (@Kk_Ffs) reported

@freedomsupport The problem is there is no warning if and when they will be deleted. There also is no way to back them up to my pc for example. I'm pretty sure mine is 90 days or more. Never really looked into that detail. Never had that issue with previous provider.

@freedomsupport Been there, done that. Got NO help

@bellabigdeal @FreedomMobile emails me everyday various options for upgrades.. it’s like they know my **** old af

  • arandommoe Abe Froman (@arandommoe) reported

@FreedomMobile Please get rid of your "The Party you are calling is not accepting calls at this time" messages; and give proper intercepts. If the number I call is not in service, you say above; but my Telus phone says "cannot be completed as dialed." big difference in details.

@freedomsupport Hello! I will leave Canada in August. How can I cancel my mobile phone number and mobile phone plan, please?

  • tabu424 T_Bell (@tabu424) reported

@freedomsupport Just don't expect proper answers from anyone IN Canada. CSR in Eqypt (& elsewhere) may be cheaper metric but NOT when Cdns have to make multiple calls to get problems 1/2 fixed. Cheaper offshore is NOT better for here. @CanadianPM put jobs back in Canada, BEFORE next election!

  • TrickRude Slick Rude (@TrickRude) reported

@FreedomMobile Very close to Roger's pricing. Roger's has way better service but prices suck. Like this now. Meh. No thx.

@freedomsupport is the worst phone provider there is. 2 separate times in 3 days spent a hour and half on the phone with customer support for them to pretty much say it's not our problem. The phone was bought from freedom. Freedom plan. But it's not there problem. Ridiculous
