@freedomsupport I haven’t been able to login to my account all day. What’s going on?

  • Jas30317962 Jas (@Jas30317962) reported

Changed the new sim to Freedom, and no issue was resolved, so I changed my network to Koodo for reliability. Does @FreedomMobile have little shame in at least refunding my money?

  • InCYnityy InCYnity (@InCYnityy) reported

@TrifGaming @FreedomMobile Correct. Freedom is cheap, but there's a reason. I'm in waterloo and work at telus if you need a hookup. Boxing week starting soon so not a bad time to be in the market

  • SethPSM Seth (@SethPSM) reported

@FreedomMobile has this insane ANNUAL plan now. Unlimited texting and calling with 50GB of high speed data for a year! For people not watching garbage on data hungry apps and just need a phone this is an insane deal for around 110$ Canadian bucks. #SuckItBigCanadaTelecoms

  • jimmysabraham Jimmy Skaria Abraham (@jimmysabraham) reported

@freedomsupport ur customer service team are rude sometimes as if they don’t care about existing customers

  • vedri_blanc Saint-George (@vedri_blanc) reported

@FreedomMobile so I owed freedom and paid my bill in full on the 7th of December and @FreedomMobile had the audacity to send my information to the credit bureau knowing damn well I don’t owe them, now lily making it seem as if it’s ******* ok how dare you @FreedomMobile

  • Bringthenoise19 яυℓє σƒ 9 (@Bringthenoise19) reported

I wonder if I cancel my phone if @FreedomMobile will give me better customer service? Like Rogers did when I left! Apparently the loyal customer means nothing to Corporations anymore!

  • ride_rd Cathy Richards (@ride_rd) reported

Finally free from @FreedomMobile - inadequate coverage in BC Interior, free wifi doesn’t work without passwords, and tech supports fail multiple times including being suddenly disconnected from customer service twice in 1 day. Sorry that they can’t compete to help lower prices.

  • RONNiEpoe Ron Aragon (@RONNiEpoe) reported

@freedomsupport is the network currently down? I have a SOS on my iPhone signal bars.

  • advicepyro Denis Wong (@advicepyro) reported

@freedomsupport recently signed up a phone for the yearly 50 GB plan. Question about texts: within Freedom’s network, can we text any number globally, including Canada? And on partner networks, it’s always 5 cents a message to text anyone globally and in Canada?
