    @FreedomMobile I've not been able to get a hold of support regarding my cell phone service through freedom mobile WhatsApp support. tried multiple times but got no responses after waiting many hours. On one occasion the wait was 6+ hours and then I was kick'd off the queue.

    @FreedomMobile is a complete garbage service and I will disconnect all 3 accounts ASAP. I keep getting with the prepaid accounts and I hear is because we have some defect! My son ended up without the service in a dangerous situation because of your defect. There you have it!

    @FreedomMobile @FreedomMobile I have officially filed a CCTS complaint regarding the refusal of service for fraud victims and the loop between 611/Retail. I am waiting for an Executive Case Manager to call me to honor the deal confirmed in record C103123786. @FreedomMobile
