    @FreedomMobile Mobile signal in the south of Calgary is so weak with so many dark spots

    Dear @uoft #international_students from a personal experience, I recommend buying your mobile plans from @FreedomMobile instead of @Bell , their customer service is way better, plans are great, autopay is on credit not debit, which is safer!

  • jjlad943674 jj lad (@jjlad943674) reported

    @FreedomMobile @donnymangos Ya, been down that road... no help!

  • SueSmarz Susan Smarz (@SueSmarz) reported

    @FreedomMobile No I haven’t and I have been a loyal customer. I have recommended people to you. No one ever told me about buying out the phones after two years and this is not the first time I’ve traded up. I plan on bringing the phones back. Not OK

  • JoeyTop Joe Trooper (@JoeyTop) reported

    @FreedomMobile Freedom Mobile is possibly the worst service provider in Canada! I can't even make a call in my own apartment half the time, it doesn't connect or the call is dropped because the other side can't hear me. Also, the mobile data is equally as bad. Your system is WEAK!

  • Slonyatko2 Slonyatko (@Slonyatko2) reported

    @FreedomMobile **** network, poor coverage.

  • UpriseEdmonton Uprise Edmonton (@UpriseEdmonton) reported

    @FreedomMobile I pay $35 or maybe less with that plan on autopay. Happiest customer ever!!! I got a random additional data so I’m at 100GB in CAD-US-MEX. My only complaint is the roaming issues I had over my trip in Europe.

  • jerryhende22129 jerry henderson (@jerryhende22129) reported

    @FreedomMobile The roaming sounds like it would be good , if I actually had any plans to go traveling . But I'm poor and it's kind of hard to win the lottery if you don't play it .

  • Lily08901017 Lily (@Lily08901017) reported

    @FreedomMobile Why don't you say this us ONLY for new acct. If you are already a customer, get nothing.

  • mapsonburt Steve Burton (@mapsonburt) reported

    @kathryn_604 @FreedomMobile 1) I've been in telecoms since 1990 and worked on SS7 & local number portability so have a few creds myself. The iPhone (& presumably Android but I've never tested it) hang on to the last network before roaming until no signal at all to minimize roaming charges.
