    @freedomsupport Now I am being told by your customer service that had I done the upgrade online I wouldnt have to pay,so it really is not about connecting me to a service I am already connected, for starters, It is about you charging me money because you can.     @FreedomMobile @FreedomMobile this company sucks! I changed my plan last June 2, pay my remaining tab but didn't give the offer of 22gig after you agreed both of the agent. They didn't know what they had in their websites. I found out they just give me 6gig then call again many times.

    @FreedomMobile haven’t had reception all day in Niagara ontario- so do we get a days worth of no charges? What is up with the service! We are a city not a rural environment!
