@tlrowanrmt @FreedomMobile Downloading more on the customer in the name of Self Service, but still charging us for that service they should be performing. Yup with Rogers buying them, this is makes sense as they are falling in line with their bad business practices.

@freedomsupport is forcing me to go into a mall to return a phone and putting me (7 months pregnant) at risk in a pandemic because THEY forgot to send a shipping label to return a phone. This company has been nothing but terrible to deal with when trying to upgrade.

Today @FreedomMobile’s customer service manager HUNG UP ON ME, after speaking to me in an unacceptable way. I was calmly asking to be treated as a human, not swearing or yelling, and the manager continued to insult me and then hung up. Shocking service.

@DomChrisOwens @FreedomMobile The service they offer is somewhat specialized hence the pricing/price gouging. I'm guessing as a freelancer you have a business number. Usually better service for businesses. Business/home internet is through bell still. Fibe.
