    @FreedomMobile Last two times I was told they will fix it. Now I am being told that half of my Roam Beyond data (bonus 10GB) will be used within Canada BEFORE my home data is used (250GB US/Canada/Mex). How does it even make sense?!

    @FreedomMobile In Niagara Falls Canada last 2 days. Get a message yesterday that I roamed into the US and would be charged at such. Never left Canada. And now today can't get a call out. Not even to you for support. What happened to your twitter suport chat.

    @FreedomMobile I closed my acct. 8 months ago, paid the balance & have email confirmation. Why are you sending me a bill? I've tried to speak to customer service & no one will respond.
