    @FreedomMobile you charged me $101.20 for your agents mistake for roaming. According to the ctc you can only charge a max of $100. Fix my bill

    @FreedomMobile why mislead customers? You overcharge customers on top of connection fee even when the discounted rates should apply. I paid a large bill the first month. Moreover, ur customer care is rotten. In this lockdown, they ask me to go to the store & register a complain🤮
