    @FreedomMobile your cell coverage is so awful since switching to your service my phone is basically useless unless I am on wifi. It’s horrible. SOS mode constantly and we’re 10 min from a city.

    @FreedomMobile is a complete garbage service and I will disconnect all 3 accounts ASAP. I keep getting with the prepaid accounts and I hear is because we have some defect! My son ended up without the service in a dangerous situation because of your defect. There you have it!

    @FreedomMobile please investigate your outsourced employees as one or more of them are sending scam text with links. These text only started coming after reaching out to your support team after a double payment off my credit card a few months ago
