    I had the worst exp with @FreedomMobile today! The service reps at 200 Dufferin street store are the worst, not friendly and they have this DONT CARE attitude towards customers. I req any1 planning to go for @FreedomMobile as their network provider think twice!

    @freedomsupport Hi freedom. I was advised I would recite a call within 12-24 hours, twice. Which has not happened. And now you say 48 hours. I don’t really want to deal with the customer service team as they have already mishandled my issue 3 times.

    @freedomsupport is genuinely the worst customer service experience I've ever had. 4 phone calls, 2 hours and nothing has been resolved 😡
