I ordered a sim card twice (because the first one never showed up) and the second one never did either. I have Case ID's for both, can someone help me? @freedomsupport

@freedomsupport If you want to help, someone would contact me. You're a phone company, right. Surely there is a customer service manager who can actually make phone calls. And I won't even make them wait an hour on hold. I will pick up right away.@FreedomMobile needs to rethink customer service

@freedomsupport I looked at the plans and spoke to agents plus chat on whatapp. Lack of knowledge, very frustrating, crappy service. I guess that how you retain your clients. Why don't you have a manager call me

@freedomsupport You're missing the point, I already reached out & wasted over 2 hrs of my time with service reps that have no clue. And of course, you're a communication company that can't call and communicate with your customers, how ironic is that! I'd like compensation for my time!

@freedomsupport These attempts to DM are just a want to APPEAR helpful. I need someone who ACTUALLY will help me.

@freedomsupport I All I do is explain to different Freedom employees but no resolution. It is exhausting explaining it over and over again. I would like a phone call from someone who can actually resolve things.
