    @AureliaCotta @RogersHelps @FreedomMobile Yup. That’s how service works these days. Badly. But eventually everyone comes to despise their ‘provider’. Cogeco & Bell. I hate them equally.

    @freedomsupport And you call yourself a communications provider even though your customer service cannot not perform outbound calls. Utterly disappointed. I’m not typing my issue you out to you. Call me if you are serious, otherwise take note folks. This outfit is a joke!

    @FreedomMobile Freedom mobile has continued to accept my direct payments from my bank account yet not apply them to my account I have finally got it the payment issue straightend out It cost me over $100.00 to do so Money that I will never see and should never have been taken from my account

    And didn't have the audacity to call me back when you said a Manager will call me back about the issue. I left yall to go back to my original providers #freedommobile cause they have NEVER given me such a headache in the 10 years I've been with them.

    @freedomsupport Not for me. Wasted hours trying to sign into an European bank, but verification code doesn’t go through SMS. Forbidding TS team refused to provide the resolution in print form.

    Getting a number for a business is a nightmare when you wanna cancel it. @FreedomMobile why y’all make such a simple process so difficult??
