@FreedomMobile, THIS IS ABSURD ! I placed an order for iPhone 13 pro 256gb at Dufferin location paying extra $100. I was told it’d take 3-4 weeks at max but it’s been more than 9 weeks now. I’ve been a customer for the past 3 years. Is this how you treat your customers ?

  • Brikafrika BrikaFrika (she/they) (@Brikafrika) reported

@FreedomMobile I just tried twice (after being ignored the 1st time) to do my contact tracing due diligence to get a message to one of your service techs about a possible exposure last Wednesday. They told me to fill out a complaint form. Seriously WTFing about safety here.

@FreedomMobile you must have one of the absolute worst networks and service I've ever seen. For more than half of the year I've had my phone I haven't been able to use it in one way or another. Yet my repeated requests for reimbursement, assistance, or to replace have done zero🖕🏻

  • nicolecounty Nïc Cuntÿ (@nicolecounty) reported

@freedomsupport No. This was no mistake. He said he cannot help me after speaking less than a minute. He disconnected the call AFTER hearing me say I can’t have my query solved online I have already tried. Shocking service honestly

  • audiobeing PapaGord (@audiobeing) reported

Hey @FreedomMobile why have customer service when they are not allowed to help the customer!!

  • ohnojen jennifer stephens (@ohnojen) reported

@FreedomMobile If only you would assist your current customers instead of tweeting my advice is to Pay a bit more and go with a different company. This company has yet to assist me. Not once. Not ever. I literally beg for service

  • oh_ho_ho_hoe SC (@oh_ho_ho_hoe) reported

@freedomsupport My husband has been in constant contact with somebody regarding our multitude of issues. But we are no longer receiving useful updates or any kind of assistance that is in any way useful or mitigating the situation in any way.
