@freedomsupport @ThePlatypusCA That's funny cus I'm paying over 100 for 15 gb with @freedomsupport they charged me 10 dollars to change my number because they failed to see how many yrs their service has been brutal because they only look back 3 months history and not to mention bad customer service

For anyone considering @FreedomMobile for home internet, don’t bother. Their customer support is absolutely terrible.

  • TiffanyKShim Tiffany Shim (@TiffanyKShim) reported

@freedomsupport I shouldn't still be going into roaming service within Burnaby/ SFU areas, especially since you've been under Shaw for a few years now. Service signal completely gets cut off when in high level apartments. I've been a customer since the beginning, and it's the same then and now.

@FreedomMobile when i suspended my service becoz ill be out of the country for 2 months, does it mean i still have to pay my monthly bills?

  • Funny_Face_Guy Funny_Face_Guy (@Funny_Face_Guy) reported

Well, if @FreedomMobile @freedomsupport is purchased by this so called Telus Globalive agreement then I'll just cancel. Why you ask? @TELUS are greedy money hungry idiots who over charge their customers. And I will be unhappy if my cellular bill goes up becouse of it.

  • TiffanyKShim Tiffany Shim (@TiffanyKShim) reported

Going to have to leave @FreedomMobile if I continue to provide a delivery service for customers. No signal in many places, or I ended up roaming just like back in the day! I lose so much time struggling to find signal.

@freedomsupport @freedomsupport Mental support or technical? Or both!

@FreedomMobile I hope that one day we completely destroy mercury for resources so that people don't say this **** anymore.

I have 3 friends from Ukraine in #YQL, as they work towards ESL & finding employment, they need reliable phone plans. @FreedomMobile has a pre-paid plan, talk,text,2g/mo, at $99/6 mo. As they don't currently have funds, if you'd like to help them out, send me a message!
