    @FreedomMobile 1/2 I wanted to pay my bill since I was shopping I also wanted help with a promotion for an upgrade. The store is open door is locked im instructed to call a Number yo secure a time and place I can come into. Another lousy customer service Covid excuse.

    @freedomsupport @vulcanoboy 15 minutes. Wow I spent 1 1/2 hours at a location yesterday and didn’t even get served. Awful service at freedom mobile

    @freedomsupport I get that they are not refundable . But if I have not received a service as promised , it should be refunded . The line has been activate but I was not able to make even one call . This was escalated 10 days back , the response was will be resolved in 5 days , still no progress

    @FreedomMobile Can you fix your login? I don't want to do multiple 2FA logins minutes apart when switching from shop to myaccount sub domains.

    @FreedomMobile worst service in the world. First they port out my line to another company without my knowledge or consent. Then they tell me they'll give it back if I pay my last bill. And just after I paid they say o guess what we can't do anything for you. Will complain to CCTS
