I’m in a different country and haven’t had phone service for over 10 days. Customer service doesn’t care and keeps telling me it’s an issue on my end. Your system error, not mine!!

Ketan (@ketanrdc) reported@FreedomMobile Now I am being offered only $100 by your customer care which is not acceptable at all. Customer care says they have authority to only give upto that amount and only back office can approve higher refund.

I was unable to get into my own home until a lock smith came to open the gate with difficulty !!! Reported to 'police' but they will not help at all and said they can see nothing suspicious ! Hong Kong is no longer safe!
