The worst phone company in toronto has to be @FreedomMobile , the lack of customer service, lies, and agents unable to write notes promised into my account is beyond infuriating.

  • boxwalaotp12 Amatullah (@boxwalaotp12) reported

@FreedomMobile has been charging me for my number which I blocked since Feb 2022 after losing my mob. I remember telling the salesrep to block the number Despite calling freedom n tellin them about this issue, they are not refunding or reversing the amount!

.@FreedomMobile .@freedomsupport $45 charge to upgrade a phone. Just a B.S. cash grab. No service improvements. No wonder cell phone companies are universally hated. #FreedomMobile promise to be different but they're all the same in the end. Time to bring in competition from USA.

@FreedomMobile Lmao you guys hold numbers hostage during the porting process. Your network is abysmal and unreliable. 20 GBs for 50 is way too much for the quality of your network.

  • Sarcastic_Acid Sarcastic Acid (@Sarcastic_Acid) reported

@FreedomMobile Lol Canadian carriers talking about "overpriced" is a terrible joke. You all are overpriced, no matter what you offer.

  • djandymurphy DJ Andy Murphy (@djandymurphy) reported

@freedomsupport Rebooting my phone didn't fix and I see another tweet today from someone else seeing issues.

@FreedomMobile Another customer here who finished the 1G "roaming data" already and will have a hard time getting up north this long weekend with no data.

  • GavinMoreGavin Gavin Morgan (@GavinMoreGavin) reported

Well, @FreedomMobile and @VirginPlus have both let me down; I've got their SIM cards in my hands, but they just won't let me give them my money--their onboarding flows are too buggy! So, who am turning to, next?
