    @FreedomMobile My grandparents are stuck in Dubai International Airport and there was a drone strike and their relying on Freedom to communicate since Wi-Fi is down but Freedom Support refused to provide them with roaming service waived or any help! Can you guys help please?

    Customer since 2017. @FreedomMobile says my contract showed the wrong TradeUp amount. 6 months later they added $669 and won’t waive it. Their mistake, my cost.

    @FreedomMobile Yes stuck on repeat with no one taking ownership. I've been bounced btwn two depts for 2 hrs!! 9 people I spoke to!! u have effed up my profile in the DB either a sync issue or corrupted and I'm stuck in middle. I'm going to CRTC if I don't get help ASAP

    @FreedomMobile I closed my acct. 8 months ago, paid the balance & have email confirmation. Why are you sending me a bill? I've tried to speak to customer service & no one will respond.
