    @FreedomMobile your cell coverage is so awful since switching to your service my phone is basically useless unless I am on wifi. It’s horrible. SOS mode constantly and we’re 10 min from a city.

    @FreedomMobile is a complete garbage service and I will disconnect all 3 accounts ASAP. I keep getting with the prepaid accounts and I hear is because we have some defect! My son ended up without the service in a dangerous situation because of your defect. There you have it!

    Usually you guys are the worst service providers in Canada. But in the 6 years I’ve used y’all I’ve never had this much issues. Why is my reception off since yesterday freedom? @FreedomMobile It’s 6:37 a.m on a Saturday & I’m up because of you guys. What’s up?

    Hey, @FreedomMobile, quick question. Have any of your employees ever used your customer service systems? Because my experiences today have been astoundingly bad - among the worst customer service experiences of my life. I'm trying to give you money, and it's just brick walls.
