@FreedomMobile You know what’s not big gig energy? Forcing iPhone users (maybe android) to use ShawPasspoint and ShawMobileHotspot with no way of removing them so they auto connect. Just another of bad user experience that seems to be a ‘feature’.

@Shawhelp what is wrong with your phone service this afternoon. I tried calling my husband’s cell and got a message that the number you have dialled is not in service. Same when I tried calling my own cell. I could only call him using my cell. Since you own @FreedomMobile fix it.

@FreedomMobile So not sure what exactly the problem but my phone of just 13 months is so bad. Like turning off on it's own sometimes upwards of 3 times a day. I love Freedom but I haaate this phone.

@freedomsupport .Investigate this for EVERYONE! There's no way u guys wouldnt be held somewhat responsible if someone died because there was an issue dialing 911 from the @FreedomMobile network This is an issue that ur company is aware of now & a notice to the public is necessary #publichealth
