@freedomsupport Please consider making overhaul change on customer relation staffs whom most of the time have no idea what they are doing and offering negative feedbacks

@freedomsupport Last time I talked to the royalty department who offered me $30 plan with 3 gb data and unlimited talk and text switching from prepaid to postpaid.. then suddenly during my billing cycle the phone line is not working and found out it is still prepaid.

@DrAndrewSK $8 car vs $2100 car… They prefer the car that gets them to work and not the one broke down in the driveway. Most want their 2019 car back tho #freedommobile

@FreedomMobile Tried to add a roaming charge to my bill, despite not leaving my house or city at all for 2+ years. Nice try. At least they did eventually give me a credit after almost an hour on service chat. Scammy scammy.

@CCTS_CPRST : I request you to look into the issue, @FreedomMobile is charging their customers for unused & returned services & breaking customer trust blatantly.

  • tlhingan_ Francesco Pisani (@tlhingan_) reported

@freedomsupport Samsung says it's not them. Who sends these system updates? I thought Samsung released them to service providers and then service providers customize them for their client devices and send it out?

  • Kathy1R Kathy Rodley (@Kathy1R) reported

@freedomsupport I have a quick question I recently changed my plan to big gig with unlimited calls in Canada I never made a long distance call before. Is it safe and covered to call Calgary to land line non freedom member.

  • illdred illdred mertes (@illdred) reported

@freedomsupport I received a text from "Freedom" about "Settings will be sent to your phone to help configure internet access." and an OMA Client Provisioning notification around 11pm last night. Is this really from freedom or is it a scam?

@FreedomMobile how come it's impossible to speak to a home Internet support agent? Tried to resolve an issue on your chat support last month for about 6 hours and still hasn't been resolved
