    @FreedomMobile Can you please make sure a customer with full information about after services charges. Why did you introduce some new **** like giving connection fee refund with $5 over 9 months than full reimbursed.

    @FreedomMobile i dislike your phone company and your customer service very much. it’s really terrible how you steal money from customers and then when they call/live chat support numerous times, i don’t get respected or helped and the manager even spells my name wrong

    I signed up weeks ago for Freedom Home Internet. My activation date was yesterday BUT I'VE NOT RECEIVED MY MODEM OR ROUTER. My other ISP has been cancelled and I have no internet for my home. That's a huge problem. I NEED THE HARDWARE TODAY!!!!!! 🤬 @FreedomMobile
