@freedomsupport I have not had difficulty. Your company decides to make little rules so I cannot. Even though I get sent offers right to me by mail and email. You send me offers on products you know I just bought, then deny me the offer. Really rude. I pay $200/mnth to you guys and get nothing

Usually @FreedomMobile has fantastic customer service, but today was not good! Told the person what phone I wanted to get right off the bat… spent 30 minutes trying to set up the new phone and plan, had to MESSAGE a live agent while on the phone (was directed to)…

@freedomsupport Hey @freedomsupport, I'm trying to pay my bill. The card I had on record expired. I can enter the new card info no problem, but it won't let me change my billing address, which is different for this card than it was for the old one. Please advise.

I was just asked for my SIN when I called Freedom Mobile to check my account. escalated to a manager who assured me that Freedom never asked for this and doesn't even have SIN to check with. Seems like some employees are attempting identity theft @freedomsupport @cbcmarketplace

@freedomsupport I had the worst experience ever with freedom. The agents on whatsapp have no idea about plans. No rainchecks even if the mistake was of freedom agent. Terrible terrible experience. #freedommobilesucks

@freedomsupport Plus third party product sales tell me that if I go to your stores I will not get a deal I need to go by them to get offers, but they never have the phone I want
