  @freedomsupport She loses signal and drops calls all the time, in the city, on the 401, even out in the country - recently found out why. She's on the network, not able to roam between towers other than freedoms. Didn't know about different. It's a prepaid plan so I'm not stuck with the service.

  @FreedomMobile Can I change my account from a joint account to my own account if I have proof of work, OHIP card and address, and can't find my birth certificate, even though I've been a customer of yours for years?
