    @freedomsupport provides terrible service. Their insurance provider, Likewize, has no option for in person repairs in the lower mainland of BC. @FreedomMobile cannot offer a reasonable alternate solution to the problem.Don’t use them as a provider or buy the insurance.

    @freedomsupport But if it doesn’t load the pages the data isn’t unlimited it’s throttled and limited. It’s very clear, unlimited data - but should be working when my data bucket is used up it shouldn’t slow down in speed

    @FreedomMobile I've been with you for a decade. I pay $35 a month. Yall can't bless me with 20gb cause i only got 8gb. Treat me your loyal customer a little better. Thanks.

    @freedomsupport your customer service sucks, you rip off customers, I am been charged for incoming call and Victor from customer care says he can’t do anything about it

    @freedomsupport I think you guys should look into this problem again ffs.....my wife's phone keeps sending the same texts like 5+ times each.
