    @freedomsupport Email password and security changed. Took my awhile to reach them to suspend the number. Damage was already done. Email lost completely after 20 years of using the same email, never got hacked until some Freedom mobile employee compromised my personal info.

    @freedomsupport I got the same security code text as the previous day when I was in store. Didnt think much about it thinking its a “bug” or some delay in the system. Shortly after I notice I dont have service at all, trying to login into various apps all locked out.

    @freedomsupport could I get help please. Lost my sim card. Trying to purchase one but due to lockdown I'm unsure where I can find a sim.

    @BaDOAN @freedomsupport @BaDOAN so did I only to be turned away as stores are only allowed to deal with issues if the phone does not work. Hopefully you faired better.

    @FreedomMobile ? Why is it that your call centre is truly reprehensible? Why? Fix your problems. People call centre are rude, disrespectful, ugly, vicious, incompetent and a lot more! Have a manager call me immediately. Reprehensible! A disgrace

    Anyone out there can recommend a better service and one that has less #SCAM calls then @FreedomMobile.

    Just got off the phone from a support supervisor @FreedomMobile. Had a return call to assist in stopping SCAM call, no luck! Will need to seek another provider. I return back to freedom after trying another provider. Mistake on my part!!
