@freedomsupport My wife is the "account holder". Twice she's asked me to be added and twice nothing has happened. I want to know why when I was with Rogers with 9GB of data I never went over, and now with Freedom with 16GB of data, my data keeps getting frozen around the 15th of the month.

@FreedomMobile @Rogers @BellMobility Who wants me? Freedom says that I didn't pay them yet my bank says I did. I've got 150 tab left, I'm going to fight to get my money back for theft. I've been with Freedom for 2 years, no issues whatsoever. This is very disappointing.

@AskISED @freedomsupport Thank you. They refuse to look into it as they claim that I never attempted to pay my bill. It does show on my bank statement and the bank has confirmed the money was in fact sent and delivered to @FreedomMobile - thank you for your help, it’s really appreciated.

@FreedomMobile @freedomsupport has the absolute worst customer service. I would NEVER recommend them to anybody. And definitely won’t get another account with them again. Absolutely horrible.
