Dee Mo (@DDeenie) reported@freedomsupport provides terrible service. Their insurance provider, Likewize, has no option for in person repairs in the lower mainland of BC. @FreedomMobile cannot offer a reasonable alternate solution to the problem.Don’t use them as a provider or buy the insurance.

savouxx ☁️ (@savouxx) reported@freedomsupport But if it doesn’t load the pages the data isn’t unlimited it’s throttled and limited. It’s very clear, unlimited data - but should be working when my data bucket is used up it shouldn’t slow down in speed
