@freedomsupport Very frustrating that you wouldn’t be able to offer anything at all, even to meet me part way, for a loyalty customer who wants to stay with Freedom but you make it difficult. Perhaps you could reconsider please?

@freedomsupport This is a huge issue that definitely needs the CEOs attention. I don't exaggerate. The company is paying people to create basic orders when these orders could be done in two minutes. Huge waste of time and money!

@FreedomMobile very bad experience with your support team. being a customer for 12 years ! and was not just treated badly, the agent insisted that i am not authorized on my own account ! and without my consent locked me out !

@freedomsupport that doesn't solve the problem. I need a manager to call me, which they do and three times theyve left 6 digit return numbers. All this after you reneg on your offer.

Had the worst ever experience with @freedomsupport They flagged my account for "excessive texting" and locked me out of texting for an entire month. They did not inform me of this. When I called technical support multiple times they assured me my device was the issue.
