@freedomsupport Not something you can test obviously, but we are not sure if we could even make an emergency call if needed?. Last outage was 47 continuous hours, hopefully nobody has any issues during this time.

@FreedomMobile Very disappointed in your customer service. Phone line suspended & spoke w/ 2 different CSR & both gave different reasons for suspension. Asked what is actual monthly fee & neither could give a response. Such a simple question. #poorservice #fail

@freedomsupport I also don't think I've ever experienced rude customer service agents from @freedomsupport like I have experienced tonight. Customers can't complain or question services or ask for help I guess.

@FreedomMobile - I'm calling Federal Gov't here in Canada - 1 800 859-8281; why won't my Oh Canada [Canada-wide call/text plan] allow this? Offices are closed due to Covid; this is essential service - pls resolve. Thanks.

@freedomsupport I don't wanna just be a **** disturber, but like, seriously. What is this? I wanted to, and I often did recommend you, but I really can't do that any more. I'm not sure what drives the process at your company, but it's actually difficult to comprehend its execution.

@FreedomMobile way to help Canada out during the pandemic by outsourcing all your call center Jobs to Egypt Is @ShawInfo doing the same thing on there side of thing? Also why have they been instructed not to transfer calls to Canada and to say no and be as difficult as possible?
