    @freedomsupport hi! Is there some sort of network problem? I cannot send or receive texts and cannot make any calls. Really frustrating when my employer needs to reach me by phone and can’t get a hold of me.

    The @FreedomMobile agent hang up on me because he could not understand the issue I am having. I was very pleasant and patient with him. And to think I have been with Wind/Freedom for more than 12 years!

    Hey @FreedomMobile where are deals for existing customers wanting to change their plan. Do I need to stop being a customer to become a new customer to get a deal (I have my own phone)?
