@freedomsupport hi! Is there some sort of network problem? I cannot send or receive texts and cannot make any calls. Really frustrating when my employer needs to reach me by phone and can’t get a hold of me.

Hey @FreedomMobile where are deals for existing customers wanting to change their plan. Do I need to stop being a customer to become a new customer to get a deal (I have my own phone)?

@JackGegg @FreedomMobile @Bell Perfect, I have no interest in leaving the city, therefore I shouldn't pay a higher phone bill for a network service I'm not using.

So @Videotron now owns @FreedomMobile and is promising 5G across the network and prices 20% lower than the big three. Could this be the beginning of good things for #Canada?

@FreedomMobile why do i have to pay 11.30$ for having my own simcard converted to esim. I’m changing my network for such unreasonable act.

@FidoSolutions The notice was buried in your abysmal account details. Regardless, I/we have other options now. @freedomsupport and @Videotron offer better plans at better prices. Was the $2 worth losing a customer? A five year customer?

@freedomsupport I’ve already done this but I still can’t get an esim until the 25th of April when my billing cycle restarts, unfortunately I need this solved a lot sooner then that. If you’re able to provide me an answer, I would love to get on the phone with someone that could possibly help me.

@FreedomMobile Are you listed as "Freedom Mobile Telecom" as a payee when I pay you through my bank? How long does it take to get my payment? Will I be without service until you get my payment?

@asifintoronto @FreedomMobile @Bell Don't bundle, if you want to always be in communication. During that (disgraceful) Rogers outage, I still had phone service and internet because my cell was not Rogers. My friends were completely out of luck. Maybe there is a savings bundling, but security is great.
