    @freedomsupport It's taken me 3 different conversations across 3 different platforms, to a single reasonable resolution. 2 hours of my day have been consumed by this, and it's still ongoing.

    @FreedomMobile Worst service provider. Forget about the network service. They think that they will provide $10 off and client will be happy. No thats not true. I requested port out to different service provider . They are not able to process that even in 48 hours.

    @FreedomMobile I can't find the words to describe the great disappointment we experienced with my close relative who has been your loyal customer since 2014. We had a lousy experience at your 444 Yonge St. branch with stupid employees and crazy store manager! THANKS (!)

    @freedomsupport So, spending too much time texting back & forth and another 15 minutes on the phone to get ZERO resolution and another "our system is down right now" response is not good customer service. I've been a customer for 6 years & now I have to look at other services.
