Their bait-and-switch referral program is so convoluted and needs to be better communicated esp from a communication company - such a joke.

Pilot (@oshawapilot) reported@FreedomMobile just spent almost an hour on the phone trying to get an answer regarding upgrading my phone, never did get the information I was looking for and then the rep who promised to call me back because of a bad connection….never did. Ugh, terrible CS….
