    I signed up weeks ago for Freedom Home Internet. My activation date was yesterday BUT I'VE NOT RECEIVED MY MODEM OR ROUTER. My other ISP has been cancelled and I have no internet for my home. That's a huge problem. I NEED THE HARDWARE TODAY!!!!!! 🀬 @FreedomMobile

    You guys have the worst service @FreedomMobile, I tried to switch from Rogers to your carrier, no. was not even ported to Freedom, I went to the store, they also cancelled the service after 6 days and you guys already deducted my $88.48 from my auto payment. Are you refunding?

    @FreedomMobile I made no changes, and my bill just went up 25%. Tried calling, texting, online chat, and Whatsapp. Nobody answers at any of these options. How do I get help with my account?

    @FreedomMobile This is the worst mobile company I have ever used. No guaranteed cell phone use anywhere. I cannot function like this for work.

    @FreedomMobile My grandparents are stuck in Dubai International Airport and there was a drone strike and their relying on Freedom to communicate since Wi-Fi is down but Freedom Support refused to provide them with roaming service waived or any help! Can you guys help please?
