    @FreedomMobile I don't get any network in my office building in downtown Toronto and when I call you technical support team, the people either shout or cut the call. If this is the service one receives I am done with your service. Scammer company

    Hello @FreedomMobile I bought an IPhone XS Max from you as a customer and have since paid off the phone however the phone is till locked to freedom mobile after all these years. I have visited your service center and called tech support countless times.

    @FreedomMobile Mind you, my phone bill is paid. Everything’s paid. So humour me on why I haven’t had any service since yesterday & it keeps saying no sim or invalid sim. Mind you I have a sim from yall & an e sim too. So kindly humour me on why my reception is on sos on day 2?
