    @FreedomMobile In Niagara Falls Canada last 2 days. Get a message yesterday that I roamed into the US and would be charged at such. Never left Canada. And now today can't get a call out. Not even to you for support. What happened to your twitter suport chat.

    @TELUSsupport Just got your WINBACKTELUS email offer but it's not even as good as an off-the-shelf plan with @FreedomMobile. Also your AI chatbot is comically terrible. Don't even bother trying again until you rehire human beings and create competitive plans.
