@freedomsupport Hello, I've just had a very frustrating experience with a CX Care agent in one of your call centres, perhaps located in The Philippine, going around in circles about my specific billing inquiry. Can I get some Canadian on-site help please?

@freedomsupport Hers is on the "home" network as opposed to having access to "away" network. I didn't know if have to pay for a different/additional package for her to have mostly unencumbered service. Thanks for the reply.

@freedomsupport Got it. So in theory if I change phone/plan being an existing customer I shouldn't see a connection fee charge. In theory.

In a Mexican standoff over the cell phone credit increase thing. @FreedomMobile says it's a creditor problem, bank says it's an @Equifax issue, they say there is no issue & says I should talk to the phone people. Someone has to know the answer to this! It's exhausting.
