@freedomsupport You charged me $100 in roaming during my less than 24 hour stay in Seattle last month. After 4 years of paying for two lines your cust service reps are unwilling to help. I'll be closing my tab ASAP and moving on to a better provider. #disappointed

  • NateDrescher Nathan A. Drescher (@NateDrescher) reported

So @Videotron now owns @FreedomMobile and is promising 5G across the network and prices 20% lower than the big three. Could this be the beginning of good things for #Canada?

Looking for a new cellphone service provider. Done with @freedomsupport (or their lack there of). Anyone particularly happy with their cellphone package?

@freedomsupport I’ve already done this but I still can’t get an esim until the 25th of April when my billing cycle restarts, unfortunately I need this solved a lot sooner then that. If you’re able to provide me an answer, I would love to get on the phone with someone that could possibly help me.

  • PeterVarnai3 Peter Varnai (@PeterVarnai3) reported

@freedomsupport Hi, my service has been down since yesterday evening (no data, no texts/calls). My payment for April was automatically deducted a day prior. I also cannot access my online account - after sending a security code to my email, it just gets stuck. Any tips?

@FreedomMobile Why don't you offer online service and shopping to new customers? it's much more convenient than having to go down to a store.

  • brunikx Bruno Maia (@brunikx) reported

@freedomsupport is your service down? I somehow haven't had service all day and all my payments are up to date? YYZ region

@FreedomMobile How do I escalate a customer service complaint. Pls. do not tell me to phone the 800 number which is the problem.

@Crypto__0x @unusual_whales I used Wind because they were an outlier, cheap and offered the most data at the time. Then Shaw bought them, @FreedomMobile was the moniker they adopted. OK at first, but couple years later they performed typical shady telecom practices & pimped blatant lies from tech support…
