@freedomsupport hi there, I’m at home in Ireland and my phone won’t pick up reception, I’ve tried manually selecting carriers but it doesn’t give any service on any of them. Just wondering if you could please help? Thank you

  • ChiefHubbaBubba Paul (@ChiefHubbaBubba) reported

@freedomsupport You can’t we’ve been through this song and dance many times. Respect to your customer service for always reaching out even though the company has failed to make the service any better for years now.

**** @FreedomMobile This has been over 2 months now and I’m still dealing with this ****. They keep telling me I haven’t paid my bill and now they have called collections on me. There’s a reason I am no longer a freedom mobile customer. The worst customer service in the world

  • mrpaulren Paul Renaud 🇨🇦 (@mrpaulren) reported

@AnthonyLacavera @FreedomMobile I have been using wind basically since I could. I still can't find better pricing on anything else. An upgrade in the tower network through quebec would make it a no-brainer

  • DB_flygirl DB (@DB_flygirl) reported

Beware of @FreedomMobile @freedomsupport they will take you $$$ and give you no support or customer service at all…

  • ChJWo ChrisW (@ChJWo) reported

@freedomsupport And why wouldn't I qualify for the BYOP discount? I never buy a phone through the carrier. Why reward new customers and not give that same reward to existing customers?

My phone is out of data again! @FreedomMobile sucks

  • Ely_Vasquezz Elizabeth Vasquez (@Ely_Vasquezz) reported

@FreedomMobile I need help with my account please

  • darrellito D (@darrellito) reported

@freedomsupport customer for 8 yrs and they still disconnect my outgoing if I'm 1 day late.. the app won't take payments.. crashes.. repetitive pop ups.. chat is just bots repeating log in ?s over & over with no wait time estimate or help from agents.

  • ChJWo ChrisW (@ChJWo) reported

@freedomsupport Yes, but as an existing customer looking to BYOP and upgrade the plan on an existing line - I'm better off switching the line away from Freedom and coming back as a "New Customer/Line" to save that money. No reward for a loyal customer to keep an existing line...this is my point.
