    @freedomsupport hey, why am I being told by the customer agents at Freedom stores that if I choose the tradeup offer I would have to bring the phone back “in perfect condition like its new” after end of contract? The website reasonably states “good condition”

    @FreedomMobile due to issues with your website I was unable to add a roam pckg and despite several attempts while in CA as well as over wifi in Mexico I was u successful. I finally was able to add the add on on the 11th but not without incurring ppu data charges help or I cancel

    @FreedomMobile as bad is your online/phone customer service,I found a excellent service at one of your store at kingsway,Vancouver,executive:Flora,the amount of effort from store she tried to solve this easy thing. 10% of that effort from your backend would have solved the issue

    @FreedomMobile it’s next to ******* impossible to reach you on the phone. Your text help and twitter team has already told me to reach out to a rep on phone so I have no other choice. Can you please have an agent call me? I’m not even being told where the hell I am in the queue
