@FreedomMobile i have received horrible customer service from one of your stores and they have lied to my face about certain things while ordering an iphone 12 pro max. Its been a month and when i ask them about an update they it could take a month or year, they dont know.

@freedomsupport You fail to understand there was no customers there was no cleaning going on. If Freedom is concerned about safety then why say your open physically? If no customers then open up and look after your customers who are available In this case SOON 2B FORMER CUSTOMER #NoExcuses

@FreedomMobile 1/2 I wanted to pay my bill since I was shopping I also wanted help with a promotion for an upgrade. The store is open door is locked im instructed to call a Number yo secure a time and place I can come into. Another lousy customer service Covid excuse.
