Spike (@HeyimSpike) reported@FreedomMobile My grandparents are stuck in Dubai International Airport and there was a drone strike and their relying on Freedom to communicate since Wi-Fi is down but Freedom Support refused to provide them with roaming service waived or any help! Can you guys help please?

This Is a Collective (@thiscollective) reported. @FreedomMobile - I have 4 phones / internet and tv with Freedom - been a customer since it was WIND - like 15 years. Your TV app is failing after its latest update. At the very least you could email customers to say 'we are having an issue'.

After bombarding me to converting marketing emails, I visited their stall at Fairview Mall in Don Mills Toronto- guess the worst experience I had from the sales man in the store he wanted to beat up bse I over questioned him.
