@freedomsupport I'm not reaching out to you I've called multiple times nothing gets fixed and done about how **** and unreliable the network is. I get accused of changing settings which haven't been touched. Just letting people know Freedom is **** and pay more to go with a different company

@FreedomMobile told me once my problem is resolved they would reimburse me my money for the months of my service not working! Now that they can’t fix it they don’t want to give me my money back

@FreedomMobile Great job Freedom for doing NOTHING to repair the problem with my husband's phone on his Birthday no less! I guess you don't care at all about customer retention nor do you care about customer service. The worst telecom provider in existence. #freedommobilesucks

@FreedomMobile Worst customer service experience with Freedom’s agents. Been given misinformation about my plan by TWO agents! It’s disgusting how they treat their loyal customers and how poorly they train their workers! UNACCEPTABLE!
