    Hey @freedomsupport last few weeks its been very hard to get pictures sent to me via text messages; didn't have any problems before that. They often take forever to download/multiple tries, or don't download at all. Any ideas?

    Omg, @FreedomMobile, you can't even send me a text so that I can log into my account. Little wonder I'm leaving. That and the crappy coverage. And the dropped call to the ambulance service.

    @freedomsupport @FreedomMobile Now when I try to call customer Care, they keep disconnecting my call after sometime automatically. I visited the Freedom store Fairway Mall Kitchener , They said we cannot do anything , it's a billing issue only handled by customer care service.

    @TrifGaming @FreedomMobile I never dealt with there customer service. But I can say there service areas are really really bad.

    @freedomsupport It’s not just internet, it’s my phone service and your customer service support is no help, your representatives at the store are no help instead started an argument with me. I have it all documented and video taped!

    @TrifGaming @FreedomMobile Correct. Freedom is cheap, but there's a reason. I'm in waterloo and work at telus if you need a hookup. Boxing week starting soon so not a bad time to be in the market
