    @freedomsupport Hi there, I'm looking at possibly switching to your service and bringing two devices with me. Do you still support a Samsung Galaxy S7 and an iPhone 8 for BYOD?

  • llilprince lilprince (@llilprince) reported

    @FreedomMobile garbage *** company.

  • ArcticEidolon Jimbob Jones (@ArcticEidolon) reported

    @freedomsupport Like, I spent multiple hours and 2 months chasing down my LG phone, you still tried to ambush me with the $30 fee nobody could be bothered to mention (Walmart's marketing, fyi, makes literally no mention of this. I checked!) And... now I'm caught doing it again? Really?

  • mssthang1971 erica (@mssthang1971) reported

    @FreedomMobile you guys have the worse customer service ever and I will be cancelling my line

  • ArcticEidolon Jimbob Jones (@ArcticEidolon) reported

    @freedomsupport I don't wanna just be a **** disturber, but like, seriously. What is this? I wanted to, and I often did recommend you, but I really can't do that any more. I'm not sure what drives the process at your company, but it's actually difficult to comprehend its execution.

    @freedomsupport I'm tired of dealing with customer service been trying to get an issue resolved since around November or December and I keep getting the runaround and the fact that I cannot speak to someone higher then customer service is absolutely ridiculous and UNACCEPTABLE

    Dudes, I need sugestions for a new service provider for cell service in Ontario. Any sugestions anyone? Been with @FreedomMobile for a bit but man, this might be the last straw here. SUGGESTIONS ANYONE PLEASE?

  • ashmeloche ashley ∞ (@ashmeloche) reported

    @freedomsupport Can you explain more what that means? I want to drop down to the $55 plan instead of $80 plan I don't need 15GB of data in lockdown. I don't want to pay $878 for that change

    @FreedomMobile Hi. I am currently using the postpaid plan. I would like to change to prepaid. I am currently outside Canada. I tried calling the international freedom customer care number but it's not in service. What am I supposed to do?
