    @freedomsupport I don't wanna just be a **** disturber, but like, seriously. What is this? I wanted to, and I often did recommend you, but I really can't do that any more. I'm not sure what drives the process at your company, but it's actually difficult to comprehend its execution.

    @FreedomMobile your network-provided time zone gives me MST without DST, I almost missed church for goodness sake!! Please use the right default time zone!

    @freedomsupport Like, I spent multiple hours and 2 months chasing down my LG phone, you still tried to ambush me with the $30 fee nobody could be bothered to mention (Walmart's marketing, fyi, makes literally no mention of this. I checked!) And... now I'm caught doing it again? Really?

    @freedomsupport If there's something practicable to be done on that, telling you the phone should at least be enough for you to know if you can in fact help with it. I'm not going to waste even more time on DM's to resolve this. Why offer this to your customers when it's basically a farce?

    @hey_trev @FreedomMobile Same! As a new Canadian ten years ago, it was the only phone service that provided options/rates similar to what I was used to seeing in the US. This was in the era when 3-year contracts were normal here 😱

    @freedomsupport My phone thinks I'm in a different timezone when I get automatic date time from the network. How do I fix that?
