    @freedomsupport At 40$/mth I pay for my teen's phone, I'd expect her to have calling coverage nearly everywhere, even if data wasn't available. Was not told about network vs nationwide when I signed up. Just about the great deal... which is only great if she can call me in case of emergency.

    Thanks, @freedomsupport I know you always give me good service, finished product, I just think telecommunications is one of the least over-sighted industries. You guys need the government researching better programs to help people pay their bills and how to care for cell phones

    @FreedomMobile two customer reps hung up for lack of being clueless on how to resolve the issue. I called to opt out of the service and they clearly don't want to respond to me opting out after cheating me. I need help.

    @freedomsupport @ophelialie Bull crap! What network expansion? 5G is out of the roadmap, this is robbery! Freedom hasn’t expanded its service in over a year, if not longer

    @FreedomMobile I’d like a number for the backend office, NO MATTER what I ask, you can’t won’t help me. Loyal customer since 2018. And no I do not want the loyalty department because loyalty is nothing to you. DM me with a direct number BACK END OFFICE! AND NOT AN EMAIL! 😤
