    @freedomsupport been trying to login the app for the last 3 days, can't login even with the correct prin. I have reset it 3 times and still gives me an error- invalid pin, any ideas to fix this?

    @freedomsupport In Ontario, Canada, your service won't facilitate texts and when I called you guys, you said it would take "3-5 business days". How is that acceptable and why should I remain with your company?

    @FreedomMobile fix your app UX! Was absolutely terrible and is now even worst since latest update. So redundant. It’s called biometric login. It’s only been around for over a decade 🙄
