So very disappointed in @FreedomMobile!! Did everything that was required for myself and the person who referred me to get the referral credit. Have been contacting them the only way possible…..by email….only to get no reply. This issue has been going on for a month!!

Hey @FreedomMobile it's 2025. You've been in ( #VancouverBC since 2010 ) 15 Years I think it's time to fix your Data & Call Coverage. Can't even go on the SkyTrain without losing service all over.

PSA: Don’t trust the @FreedomMobile store at Jackson Square. I cancelled my prepaid plan on July 15 after switching to @koodo, but they still charged my card for August. Now I have to wait 5 business days just to see if I can get a refund. Your customer service number is a joke
