    @FreedomMobile got scammed for the annual plan. Been paying my dad’s phone every year and they charged me for a plan that they never provided. Instead they gave me the lower plan but charged me for the higher tier plan. Now I’m stuck with useless agent refusing to pay that back

    Customer since 2017. @FreedomMobile says my contract showed the wrong TradeUp amount. 6 months later they added $669 and won’t waive it. Their mistake, my cost.

    @FreedomMobile no cell signal, sos mode or one bar in Vancouver May 11th and 12th, was ok on 13th now back to one bar of signal again, is there maintenance happening again today?

    @FreedomMobile you really need to fix the issues with this connectivity bs, I'm gonna switch to bell soon, I've had it I lost money last month due to my cellphone not putting my card number in properly. I have had this problem every month

    DO NOT SIGN UP WITH @FreedomMobile , they make you pay for something and then don’t offer the service. It’s a scam!!!!

    @FreedomMobile just ended the call with Aya c10480. After 2h, still got scummed by your company. Never again! No more talks! Folks - do not sign with FreedomMobile especially the prepaid services.
