@FreedomMobile As suggested, I went to the store they said the Buyers remorse is not for prepaid. Replaced the sim and the issue (FSR00321702) still exists and the team has still not reached out to me let alone fixing the issue. Please fix or refund as I still cant use your service

@FreedomMobile I am currently having an issue with being charged nearly double on my phone bill with no change in my phone usage, customer service on the phone was completely unhelpful and I was hoping you could contact me in regards to this problem.

@freedomsupport I explained what the problem is, and I keep getting these generic messages. I don't want to DM you. I want you to check & see why I can get nationwide data access at full speed, but despite having a gig of data left that gets renewed tomorrow, on freedom, I get nothing.

@FreedomMobile why mislead customers? You overcharge customers on top of connection fee even when the discounted rates should apply. I paid a large bill the first month. Moreover, ur customer care is rotten. In this lockdown, they ask me to go to the store & register a complain🤮

@JPSaucier21 @FreedomMobile Freedom mobile is far from freedom. On my way to Guelph from Warden & 401 when I realised that by Campbellville my Waze was out. No internet connection on my "5G service". Shouldn't #CRTC be looking into this?
