  @freedomsupport I totally understand that Freedom wants to make sure the account to be authorized but how can a customer trust an agent who will have the PIN visible? Can’t it be encrypted? Trust should be on both ends!

  What’s the issue with your service @FreedomMobile? The power may be out in certain areas but I’m having SERIOUS issues connecting but you have no problem calling me when my payment is a day late. #FIXIT

  @freedomsupport My husband and I have tried that several time. Doesn't work on roaming either, at best we have had 1-2 bars at best and calls and texts still not going through. Just looking for information on what is happening mostly to hopefully get some sort of eta on service restoration.
