@freedomsupport Terrible Protection Plan with “Likewise”; they are a bunch of scammers!! People don’t buy protection plan from @FreedomMobile - “Likewise” will happily collect your money but will not help you if you need them!

@freedomsupport Thank you for your response! Likewise told me that the processing fee starts from $139 and goes upto $499. Seems like either you are not updated or they are charging more. I have been following up with them since Oct 16; still no resolution! Complained to CCTS

@freedomsupport It is not just a concern for me. Look at Reddit and see how many customers are reporting being told their credit card was declined. We all know our credit card is good. Your processing system has a flaw and your customer rep was rude. Fix those issues.

@freedomsupport why is my data not working when I’m at work? It works well outside, but when I go inside it changes to 3G and nothing loads for me.

@freedomsupport Will it be the same run around like I received from alleged customer service? Will I speak with a real person?

@freedomsupport Called Freedom mobile when it happened, advised to go to kiosk to reactivate service. In kiosk payment can't be completed and I better of with postpaid plan. So basically needed to cancel phone number, and pay with SAME credit card for postpaid plan, which I also asked to prepay
