@FreedomMobile Why didn't the BC Emergency alert system test come on the network. No one in my house on Freedom got the notice. My work phone on Rogers received the notice.

@freedomsupport Can I use that 50GB anywhere in Canada? If not, what is the benefit of Freedom over Fido which does have? Why pay the same price if your network is significantly smaller

@freedomsupport I want to cancel my service and apparently your phone support is incapable of doing that. No option to cancel on site, several hour wait for a “call back”, only reinforcing my decision to leave
