    @freedomsupport Its ok I found a few other carriers willing to talk to me about taking me on as a customer.

    @freedomsupport I get that they are not refundable . But if I have not received a service as promised , it should be refunded . The line has been activate but I was not able to make even one call . This was escalated 10 days back , the response was will be resolved in 5 days , still no progress

    Thanks to @FreedomMobile for not giving a **** about customers who’ve been with you for 4 years. Considering your coverage stinks, I’d put a little more effort into customer service.

    @FreedomMobile Promises are broken even if they give you a case ID. I found being with @Rogers they commitment is much better dealing with their loyalty team. I say if you do talk to them, record the call and then bring it to the #CRTC

    Hi @FreedomMobile if u hav installed glass shield in ur store, does it mean ur employees doesn’t hav to wear Mask??Please keep ur customer’s health in priority. I thought Govt has made it mandatory to wear mask in stores unless u have a different rule for ur stores! #disappointed
