    @FreedomMobile is a complete garbage service and I will disconnect all 3 accounts ASAP. I keep getting with the prepaid accounts and I hear is because we have some defect! My son ended up without the service in a dangerous situation because of your defect. There you have it!

    @FreedomMobile find out it was an issue on your end. 5 lines not working all day, can't get a hold of anyone until 6pm. Asked what is going to be done about 5 ppl not being able to work all day. Responses was nothing.

    @FreedomMobile I closed my acct. 8 months ago, paid the balance & have email confirmation. Why are you sending me a bill? I've tried to speak to customer service & no one will respond.

    Ugh! Tried to set up an account with @FreedomMobile, but their system is horribly broken! I've wasted too much time on this. Does anyone know where I can get a cheap plan for my upcoming backup phone? The original data requirement was 40 GB for the year at $15/month after taxes.
