    @FreedomMobile Do not take their Phone Protection plan. If you want to cancel they will not let you. Hello! I called your customer service a few months ago to cancel the phone protection plan. I thought they did it but they did not. Reimburse me $90.00 plus tax.

    Honestly, @FreedomMobile is the worst service provider I’ve ever dealt with. Unreliable internet, endless wait times, and zero accountability. Customers deserve better

    5/ 10+years of being a loyal customer, it is truly disappointing having to fight for price transparency when @FreedomMobile advertises their Price Freeze Promise extensively. New customers beware, I highly urge you to clarify every discount advertised.

    Support sucks. I’ve spent 3 days and 9 hours on hold or with people who’s first language isn’t English. Trying to resolve a problem with the TV service. On day 4 now and on hold. #FreedomMobile @FreedomMobile
