Alien Trading (@alien_trading1) reported@FreedomMobile spoke to your 2Lvl tech support and the guy telling me that 1Mbps is acceptable 5G speed for Freedom? the issue I'm having is not related to network but ME. I did 10 test and average speed was 5 Mbps and I get buffering videos, unwatchable. Before this issue I was getting 50 Mbps. Clearly it's not me.

GPR (@71GPR) reported@RogersHelps @Rogers I did call within business hours. It's ok. I've gone with @FreedomMobile. Way cheaper for the same service anyways. After being with Rogers for 30 years, I've never felt like I was a valued customer.
