Pay directly via freedom's website if urgent.

gi_gi (@CostaLariva) reported@FreedomMobile you guys have no customer service. You have been charging my husband 198$ a month for a plan that was supposed to be $65. Because the person that activated the line forgot to add the long distance. We have called twice and they are still charging for long distance.
