Question @Spotify - I have a family account and just got a new @LGCanada Velvet through @FreedomMobile Ever since I got the new phone, the app won't work. I've tried all troubleshooting options I can think of. How do I fix this? Do I need to bring my new phone in?

@FreedomMobile you broke my heart. I would have been loyal to you despite network reach being not the best everywhere I go. But the sale to Rogers is an utter betrayal.

  • Chaityadeep Chaityadeep S Mainee (@Chaityadeep) reported

@FreedomMobile But still rather than cooperating or at least informing me you just canceled my connection. When I got in touch with the customer care, they said it cannot be reversed & I’ll have to get a new sim & number. This is such a big harassment.

@Crackmacs @koodo @FreedomMobile Fair enough. I can't speak to data speeds on Shaw/Freedom, but I do have voice only with Shaw and I don't have any issues with reception in the city or out in Banff/Canmore.

@FreedomMobile Dont buy it or fall for anything that show or Sell They double bill and then deny it They take money without your authorization And the cover up all there wrong doing and then blame the customer for it

@FreedomMobile Well as a customer since wind first started, when I try to upgrade my device to the iPhone 12, I get shafted with my old data plan and it’s telling me to pay 120 upfront in addition to the $85/mo. Where new customers are getting 22gb with 0 upfront and $85/mo. Ready to switch.

  • wrongonanylevel WildlyInappropriate (@wrongonanylevel) reported

@Crackmacs @koodo @FreedomMobile I just moved 3 of my family’s accounts to Shaw - was on Bell - $25 / month for 25 GB (because I pay them a boatload of money for Gig internet and cable) - no issues. Some coverage ‘blips’ in certain small areas - but 98% of the time I don’t notice the difference.

  • Kyledavidson002 J Kyle Davidson (@Kyledavidson002) reported

@FreedomMobile I guess you don't want my payment your app refused it twice so you are now not getting **** all *******
