@FreedomMobile Are you adding more towers in Kingston soon? 4G in my basement is terrible. Was told you would be upgrading soon. Dont want to move to Bell.

  • NeoCumsockism lari on the toilet (@NeoCumsockism) reported

@ClassicNews7 @FreedomMobile The data is unlimited, but then throttled after 20GB. So basically you can use all the data you want while avoiding overage charges but after a certain point it gets slowed down. So after it slows down, you can still use it but it is indeed slower.

@freedomsupport please help me restore my phone number it’s the only thing that can help me stay connected to loved ones

Paying $45 when you upgrade your phone has to be the biggest scam. I’m legit already a customer, and I have the same number… what could you possible have to do that would warrant an additional $45? Phone bills are already not cheap like let me keep my money @FreedomMobile 🙄

  • eliizabethxoxx єℓιzαвєтн ✨ (@eliizabethxoxx) reported

@FreedomMobile you guys are SHARKS. You don’t care whatsoever about your customers & have the WORST billing service I’ve ever experienced. Not only do I pay a bunch of $ for **** service but on top of that your company has the nerve to not even provide any time to pay off a bill.

WHY ******** DID A @FreedomMobile REP GO IN MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY CONSENT AND CHANGED MY ****** PLAN. THATS A BREACH OF CONTRACT!!!

  • BillYates12 Bill Yates ⚾️ (@BillYates12) reported

@freedomsupport I actived a second line today. Was told at the store to call billing who would take care of the activation fee (for being a long term customer). Billing refuses to do anything. Was also planning on bringing over a third line but now we will cancel everything if not resolved.

  • svanheyningen7 Sonya van Heyningen (@svanheyningen7) reported

@FreedomMobile Trying to cancel my phone (BECAUSE I MOVED TO THE US) and your customer care rep just had the nerve to try and convince me to switch to a yearly plan or find someone else to take over my phone number. Better believe I'm gonna spread the word #unprofessional

  • benFsinger Ben of the Dead (@benFsinger) reported

@freedomsupport Likewise, but this stuff is very concerning. The fact that your customers are targeted BECAUSE they are customers on your phone network should provide more impetus to actively fight this. Older, or less savvy people could have easily fallen for this. Many already have, I am sure.
