    @FreedomMobile So if you do actually want to fix anything. Don’t both contacting their support via phone or website. Just contact @freedomsupport They helped me and won back my trust!

    Dear @FreedomMobile, since I purchased a Sim card on your network, I have been receiving calls from different people i don't know, which shows the line was recycled. I have also tried to call to change the number but I haven't been able to get through. Please reach out. Thanks

    Need a new phone company too! Since @FreedomMobile can't/won't process my payment. Customer service tried and it came right back. It's not my bank so don't ask dumb questions. #help or disconnect my line and let me go. #justsayin

    @freedomsupport If you’re going to slow me down so much that I can’t even load your app, first what makes you think I can load a web page? And second, what makes you think I feel like paying for that level of service?
