    @FreedomMobile Hello Freedom Mobile team, I’m reaching out because I’ve been having difficulty getting in touch with your customer service team. Despite multiple attempts, I haven’t been able to reach anyone for assistance. I tried calling 611, app chat, and whatsapp!

    @FreedomMobile your cell coverage is so awful since switching to your service my phone is basically useless unless I am on wifi. It’s horrible. SOS mode constantly and we’re 10 min from a city.

    Hello @FreedomMobile I bought an IPhone XS Max from you as a customer and have since paid off the phone however the phone is till locked to freedom mobile after all these years. I have visited your service center and called tech support countless times.

    @FreedomMobile For close to a month and a half, I have been calling your customer service to get an issue fixed - my Roam Beyond data is being used and the allocated home data is left untouched. I am in Canada on 'Freedom/Nationwide' network all the time
