@FreedomMobile I'm standing here in a Canadian city of medium size and we are now going into day five of having limited to no service in the middle of the city. Standing outside of a building in an open grass field, Freedom is not able to deliver proper services over a week now

@FreedomMobile you know what’s dumb being 1 day late paying my invoice last month and you guys won’t let me upgrade my phone over the internet or phone. My account has always been in good standing with zero balance. Please fix this #FreedomMobile

@Rootbrian_ @freedomsupport First time I see a troll supporting a cell phone provider. I guess there is one of everything. None of those troubleshooting issues helped.

I am a costumer for 2 years now with #FreedomMobile and never had an issue= fine Co.

  • CanadaOooh

@freedomsupport I did view your plans! That's when I realized you had a gimmick like the other mobile service providers. Instead of charging for overages, you slow down/upload speeds after a limit is reached, to encourage customers to move to a more expensive plan. Gov't regulations are needed.

  • MacDKB
Brian Keith MacDonald (@MacDKB) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Oh, interesting. It would SEEM that @FreedomMobile now provides service in the subway tunnels, not just at the stations. That's pretty handy...

  • SunshinesDad
Sunshinesdad (@SunshinesDad) reported from Lethbridge, Alberta

@freedomsupport No, not a customer. I was waiting to re-up with my provider till Freedom arrived but decide that until your "In-Network" covers more territory it wouldn't work for me. You now have 2 years to improve it and then there is a good chance I will switch.
