    @FreedomMobile has the worst customer service ever. Everytime I talk to them, all they answer is " I'm sorry there's nothing else I could do". When it should be "Sorry, there's nothing at all that we will do". Never get freedom mobile. They are the worst.

    @freedomsupport gotta say im pretty dissappointed at the service I just received at one of your retail locations. It has me looking for a new cell phone provider.

    @freedomsupport is there an data outage in the London, ON area. I can text and call but have no data connection. I have rebooted, reseated the Sim card and manually scanned to no avail.

    @FreedomMobile does not refund pre-paid accounts. They keep the money if you cancel early. Robbers!!
