Will be switching from @Koodo to @FreedomMobile today. Phone service has been great for me (Mrs CM has constant tech issues), but the customer service has been awful every single time. Going from $58 for 10gb to $45 for 20gb /mo.

tried buying a phone with @FreedomMobile today, they didn’t approve me and when i contacted them to find out why the customer service representative said my credit score was “TOO HIGH” to buy a phone with them... don’t know how to feel about that🤔🤔🤔

Hey guys I has a question.... if I pick up the iPhone 11 for free because I qualify for it, is there any type of damage coverage akin to AppleCare+ that comes w/ the 2 year contract and getting the phone? I’m worrying about breaking it accidentally. Thanks @FreedomMobile :)

@FreedomMobile Too bad its not available to existing clients

  • kylemsguy Kyle Zhou (@kylemsguy) reported

@diyyinah @FreedomMobile Oh damn. I picked up a $75 for 20GB plan at the beginning of the year. At least I have 5G? I don't trust Freedom coverage enough to hop over, though.

@FreedomMobile Don’t let them trick you with a free phone or a large data plan. I can’t even open a webpage from a lot of locations in Ottawa I can send you the speed test results. And when you call the call centre they say if it is more than 1mbits, it is within the service agreement.

@freedomsupport So, as an example, look at. The LG 8x atm, I see it says to check stores, but unless I login, there's nothing about online stock. Or is that the sign in and of itself?

@freedomsupport @BaDOAN hi, did you get anywhere with Freedom as I have the same problem

  • Crackmacs cm (@Crackmacs) reported

@gfinockio @koodo @FreedomMobile Mr went with freedom. Hes never been a client. Looking forward to seeing if they have improved

  • MetroManTO Pedro Marques (@MetroManTO) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@FreedomMobile I’ve had a 5G capable iPhone for over a month now and still no idea of when Freedom will provide the service. Should I just go back to @Bell? Please don’t send me a link to an old page on your site that’s been promising 5G for years. Give your customers a date.
