    @FreedomMobile Totally garbage.. 600$ for closing existing deal even after one year and 0$ for new customers.. ridiculous.. keep away from freedom for peace of mind

    I'm really ******* furious at the lack of compatition for cellular service in #Canada !!!WTF !!! DOES IT TAKE TO UNSEAT THESE MOTHER ******* FROM POWER ?! I am dissatisfied @freedomsupport & also @JohnTory as share holder with Rodgers network & with the current lack of choice !

    @FreedomMobile confirmed several times the phone i wanted. Even though you “record calls for quality assurance” you won’t honour the price I was quoted. The error was on the part of your agent. Not me. Why not honour the price to keep an existing customer since its recorded? 2/3

    @freedomsupport It’s impossible to “require” me to do anything when I don’t need anything from you. I already spent my money elsewhere. And I need you to do better in quality control of technical education and customer service skills.
