Hey guys I has a question.... if I pick up the iPhone 11 for free because I qualify for it, is there any type of damage coverage akin to AppleCare+ that comes w/ the 2 year contract and getting the phone? I’m worrying about breaking it accidentally. Thanks @FreedomMobile :)

  • Crackmacs cm (@Crackmacs) reported

@freedomsupport I know, we talked 3-4 times already and in our last call you said if it is more than 1mbit, we can’t do anything, that’s an acceptable speed. What you don’t understand is, having 1-2mbit speed outdoors mean you will have connectivity problems indoors like malls.

  • BaDOAN BaDOAN (@BaDOAN) reported

Trying to upgrade my phone and plan with @FreedomMobile but they don’t have stock online and won’t honor reign checks or provide alternative options. Only option is in-store with inventory. Really not appreciating freedoms lack of understanding for a #covid conscience customer.

@freedomsupport Ok so let me tell you before you ask. I have an iphone 11, with the latest FW. Yes I resetted the network settings a couple of times. This is an ongoing problem for two months not happening only now. I have 17Gb left for this month.

@freedomsupport I’ve had no cellular service for over an hour now. What gives?

  • Crackmacs cm (@Crackmacs) reported

Will be switching from @Koodo to @FreedomMobile today. Phone service has been great for me (Mrs CM has constant tech issues), but the customer service has been awful every single time. Going from $58 for 10gb to $45 for 20gb /mo.

@Crackmacs @BradHenke2 From what I can see, Shaw is leveraging the Freedom LTE network. I was on Freedom from when they were WindMobile, back in the dark days before Calgary upgrades. I moved 4 lines from FreedomMobile to ShawMobile using the $15/line-month but discounted to $0 and just pay by the GB.
