    @FreedomMobile I am a customer trying to add a prepaid plan for another phone and about to give business to another carrier. Frustrated to no end using your website on desktop computer. I click the plan and there is no next step showing up.

    DO NOT SIGN UP WITH @FreedomMobile , they make you pay for something and then don’t offer the service. It’s a scam!!!!

    @FreedomMobile I closed my acct. 8 months ago, paid the balance & have email confirmation. Why are you sending me a bill? I've tried to speak to customer service & no one will respond.

    @FreedomMobile @FreedomMobile I have officially filed a CCTS complaint regarding the refusal of service for fraud victims and the loop between 611/Retail. I am waiting for an Executive Case Manager to call me to honor the deal confirmed in record C103123786. @FreedomMobile
