    @FreedomMobile I asked for help in summer when locked out of work and you did nothing for me. Now I’m locked out again and my two contracts are up. So you increased my data cost by 100%. This relationship will not last as your completion is offering data plan for 39 dollars compared to the 85

    Hey @FreedomMobile how’s about when u send someone a new SIM you include a tiny tidbit of info about NEEDING TO GO INTO A STORE TO ACTIVATE IT. Like WTF it’s 2020 #insane #bullshit

    @freedomsupport It has already happen which I have proof. And my next message will be to the executive since I have their contact after I been screwed over multiple times this year and even the reps and managers felt so bad. t

    Called customer service at freedom mobile dealt with a so called supervisor named Hossam Aslan who refused to give me his employee number. 7 years with freedom after this experience cancelling my line. #freedommobile
