@freedomsupport hello. Would you please send me the text number to report a fraudulent Text I just got. I can not remember it. And I just got a text saying a delivery couldn't be make to me due to payment issue. I haven't ordered anything online...

Just had a phone conversation with @FreedomMobile customer service and it was the most frustrating thing ever. Why do they even have one because nothing can be done over the phone, it has to be all in store, which during this pandemic, I don't want to go into a store.

@Rogers Aaaah were it so simple. @Rogers Did you learn anything? Can/will this happen again? Have you heard about testing in a Sandbox. Test new software in a real instance not live across Canada. Prove update or a patch works b4 shutting down Canada. PS: Not a customer. @FreedomMobile
