    Freedom Mobile cut off my service despite sending me an email confirming my billing was set up correctly. Beyond frustrated. Paying thousands per year for what? Called 611, can't speak to a person. Emailed no response yet, DM no response. @FreedomMobile @freedomsupport

    @freedomsupport hey! Was on with support for 30 mins and cut off. Unresolved. Everything working except SMS txting, since about 4pm est (Woodbridge ON). Any issues here otherwise?

    @freedomsupport been trying to reach live body for phone support since yesterday but keep getting message to call back within business hours when I’m calling DURING business hours … or were you closed yesterday at 3PM EST, 4PM EST & 6PM EST
