  @FreedomMobile Please work in listening to customers. Your customer service is subpar and get rid of double verification. So when calling should take 6 verifications via 3 modes to verify who I am. No other cell service provider does this.

  @freedomsupport According to your rep. I have to have had shaw at my home before. He solution was to get shaw hooked up ! Which is not a solution. If you can give me Freedom Home internet without the shaw factor I am in. I have the postpaid account.

  @FreedomMobile Don’t trust Freedom! Was lied to that I’d get a call from higher management, two days later nothing! The whole chat and phone CS team is highly incompetent and horrible! They’ve made multiple mistakes on my account over the last few days and my issue has still not been resolved

  @freedomsupport I should also mention that since the device was the best one I could get for $0, and it was out of stock online, (and presumably still is since it's no longer in production) I was not given a choice but to go down to the store, or else I would have ordered online and saved money.
