    @freedomsupport Everybody at ur customer care keeps saying that as I have been hearing that from over 2 weeks. Incredible service for a new client like myself. Why do I have to waste so much of my time trying to explain the situation to every other person I meet or talk to at your call centre?

    @FreedomMobile I have been since day one when it was wind Mobile. Customer care was great. Now im considering to change causes. Any promotion comes up only non existing customers. Loyalty is on the bottom. Finally non of the promo are comparable to other phone companies. Existing customers not

    @freedomsupport Hers is on the "home" network as opposed to having access to "away" network. I didn't know if have to pay for a different/additional package for her to have mostly unencumbered service. Thanks for the reply.

    @freedomsupport also , the auto pay setup isn't allowing adding Credit card to avail the 5 dollar discount on monthly bill probably coz you don't want to give that to us in covers of the technical issue which is not fixed in months as i read from the thread online,kindly fix asap

    @freedomsupport At 40$/mth I pay for my teen's phone, I'd expect her to have calling coverage nearly everywhere, even if data wasn't available. Was not told about network vs nationwide when I signed up. Just about the great deal... which is only great if she can call me in case of emergency.

    @freedomsupport If not compatible so why should customer service agent told me that 40 Gb plan and 10 gb bonus which I already have from my previous plan total I got 50 gb. Because when I told her Fido offering me 50 gb then she gave me this plan
