@FreedomMobile U couldn't resolve my technical issue. I had no service. Your team said you couldn't fix it. I had to port out. I try to return my device and now all the sudden you wont let me return it, even after you told me I could return my iphone @CBCNews @cbcmarketplace

@FreedomMobile is the worst phone company out there… if you are looking to switch please beware of them. Pay the extra money for quality service and quality customer service. They can’t help you with anything ever.

@FreedomMobile - I am appalled tech support getting rid of difficult technical issues faced by customers. I’ve had horrendous experience since d past 12 days. Only 1 tech associate has partially solved the issue with roaming beyond pass. Just got dumped. Complaint - c98068779

@FreedomMobile I spend 2+ hours with technical support, they say they can't fix my issue so I had to port out. Then you claim that no rep accessed my account and you have no record of it---how convenient @cbcmarketplace @cbcmarketplace
