Jass (@jasm33t) reported@FreedomMobile worst carrier of canada. I ported my number to freedom. No network even in Vancouver. it is one of the major city in the world. Go to surrey again same problem no network even in the centre of the city. It was worst decision of my life to port my sim to freedom.

Called your customer service and was told that Iphone 12 and 13 dont work for majority of your customers. Why would you sell these phones and charge customers $100 per month without providing any service. THis should be illegal, imo.
