  @FreedomMobile I can't recommend @FreedomMobile. Long complaint wait times (often not able to reach anyone), top up funds missing from account, no standardized billing statements. Very disappointing. More work to move carriers but poor customer service + missing funds is not acceptable.

  @FreedomMobile Been a customer since back in the Wind days. As of yesterday my Sony Xperia can no longer find any network. 40 hours without connection. Need help here.

  @freedomsupport Every time there’s clouds your service goes to ****. Not to mention if I leave a major city I have **** all for reception. Your service is a joke.

  @FreedomMobile Charging me twice a month the past 3 months now saying I'm over my limit. Impossible, I'm on home wifi mostly, plus proof on my phone how much network data I use not even close! #freedommobile

  @freedomsupport my tab is already down to 0 and i switched my number to another carrier yet i still got a bill. do i have to pay it off or no?
