@freedomsupport Everybody at ur customer care keeps saying that as I have been hearing that from over 2 weeks. Incredible service for a new client like myself. Why do I have to waste so much of my time trying to explain the situation to every other person I meet or talk to at your call centre?

Why am I being charged with a connection fee for a phone upgrade when I’m already an ongoing customer???? I was sent a SIM card that didn’t even work, I had to use my old one. I could have just bought this phone elsewhere. @FreedomMobile

@freedomsupport If not compatible so why should customer service agent told me that 40 Gb plan and 10 gb bonus which I already have from my previous plan total I got 50 gb. Because when I told her Fido offering me 50 gb then she gave me this plan

@FreedomMobile charged my partner (an ongoing customer) an activation fee when she purchased a new phone (from @FreedomMobile ) even though they did not give her a new number nor was a new SIM card used. I'm also a customer (but for how much longer?)
