@FreedomMobile I was on Freedom once, about the only thing you guys freed me from was service and reliable data. Just sayin'.

@miskalo1 @FreedomMobile Last I heard, nobody has to buy money. Then again, if her credit is down the drain or in the ditch, she has no other choice but to buy outright. Especially if Equifax or TransUnion give the final say (NO!!). If the device isn't physically damaged, factory reset.

  • lexomatic Alexis Gee (@lexomatic) reported

@FreedomMobile are you having issues? Suddenly having text problems.

@FreedomMobile The s13 isn't a bad device (if you're coming from the s6 that is). Just don't transfer that junk data. Export and import your contacts and that's all you need.

  • tylerismith Tyler Smith (@tylerismith) reported

Maybe this is a @FreedomMobile issue though? The whole system needs to improved or people are going to ignore them.

  • dariajuniper Daria ૮⍝◜ಠ_ಠ◝⍝ა (@dariajuniper) reported

@freedomsupport Just strive for better service. Dunno what else to suggest. I switched providers because of the poor connectivity.. *shrugs*

  • LucaFilipozzi Luca Filipozzi (@LucaFilipozzi) reported

@FreedomMobile Worst level performance. I should know. I’m a subscriber (via Shaw).

@freedomsupport Is your network down today?

  • Rootbrian_ GNU/Linux-using Rootbrian's updates and thoughts (@Rootbrian_) reported

@radgod31 @FreedomMobile Your plan has a high-speed allotment, then slower speeds thereafter. Prices never increase either. Just thought I'd bring that up. Also a customer. 11+ years.
