  @freedomsupport Nobody new the PIN on my account not even my wife who is an authorized user. Next day went to the store, manager playing stupid. Saying she cant see who did the SIM swap and where. Went to the police filled a report. Still checking and sorting out what and how much was stolen.

  @freedomsupport No help at all from the support staff. The store is located: 252 Mayfield Common Northwest Unit A011, Edmonton, AB T5P 4B3. I visited that store on Dec.26. 2020 at exactly 4:38pm as that was the time the staff were entering my info in the system and I got a text with

  Just got off the phone from a support supervisor @FreedomMobile. Had a return call to assist in stopping SCAM call, no luck! Will need to seek another provider. I return back to freedom after trying another provider. Mistake on my part!!
