the employees @FreedomMobile as I visited the store yesterday. 24hrs later I got a security code from them meaning some accessed it today. Can someon help me and advise what else I can do? Thanks everyone

@Crackmacs @BradHenke2 From what I can see, Shaw is leveraging the Freedom LTE network. I was on Freedom from when they were WindMobile, back in the dark days before Calgary upgrades. I moved 4 lines from FreedomMobile to ShawMobile using the $15/line-month but discounted to $0 and just pay by the GB.

@diyyinah @FreedomMobile Oh damn. I picked up a $75 for 20GB plan at the beginning of the year. At least I have 5G? I don't trust Freedom coverage enough to hop over, though.

@FreedomMobile Hi Freedom, trying to upgrade online w/this offer, how come terms & conditions for your boxing week promo "Save an Extra $10/mo. x 24mo." don't state that this is in-store only? As per the agent currently helping me on text messaging, who is no able to help me Checkout. Thanks.

@FreedomMobile What are the best times to GET THRU to customer service over phone? The assistance I need is not offered online and the wait times are outrageous.

@FreedomMobile Been with you people since 2016. WORST experience EVER today. Parent company SHAW mobile is 50% cheaper yet shopping cart stuck on a loop with messenger. Idiots! #helloRogers #helloBell

@FreedomMobile Don’t let them trick you with a free phone or a large data plan. I can’t even open a webpage from a lot of locations in Ottawa I can send you the speed test results. And when you call the call centre they say if it is more than 1mbits, it is within the service agreement.
