@freedomsupport 😔No no DM right here because I can't call my mom downtown or my dad who needs me to call him because he has a problem in another province in Canada and the company is really hurting me by not connecting my line.

  • albermarle99 rosssboys (@albermarle99) reported

@AnthonyLacavera @FreedomMobile Original wind customer will go back to landline before going to Rogers or bell

  • Toulla101 Toulla (@Toulla101) reported

@FreedomMobile Shame on you Freedom Mobile and your company the way you treat others is brutally is unacceptable. Cutting my line when I said I will pay the small remaining balance and I don't care about that dumb promise to pay policies that you inforcse. I can't make a call or text😳

  • BizDirector Howard (@BizDirector) reported

@freedomsupport Cant get any more negative than having someone hang up when you want to speak to a manager. By the way she kept on saying 50 cents instead of 50 dollars, perhaps when outsourcing, try and hire people that actually speak the language. She did call back to apologize, a bit late

  • AnthonyLacavera Anthony Lacavera (@AnthonyLacavera) reported

The last time we had a real competitor in the industry was in 2009, when we brought WIND Mobile to market (@FreedomMobile). The launch of WIND resulted in an average savings of $400 a year to every Canadian household with a mobile plan — whether they were a WIND customer or not.

@FreedomMobile Oh my god @dreamwastaken they put you in a PHONE?! 911 HELP

  • BizDirector Howard (@BizDirector) reported

@freedomsupport And if you want to help. Dont message. Have a person who can communicate properly in english call me from a center in Canada.

  • knightrider2007 Richard A Murray (@knightrider2007) reported

@FreedomMobile @SamsungCanada .... and they sent me back to the phone number that I talked to. And it still shows it's available online. Customer service means I shouldn't be jumping through hoops to get a straight answer

  • Toulla101 Toulla (@Toulla101) reported

@freedomsupport NO I will not talk to a company that pushed me down to the core. The manager on the phone was cold and brutal and that's the reality of the matter and she has to deal with thar in her own subconscious because I would never treat a person that way. I want my phone line connected

  • Toulla101 Toulla (@Toulla101) reported

@freedomsupport What's the point will you connect my line? Even if it shows a few broken promises a policy that Freedom created.
