@freedomsupport No, I have six hours worth of screenshots of your incompetent agents unable to help me which I will send you no problem, but I would like to enjoy my vacation. I've already wasted more than half my day doing this. And still no service.

@icestickerart @freedomsupport Bluetooth earbuds are great. I think wired earbuds are going out but I still have some professional, high quality open and closed back wired headphones that I have no interest in replacing. USB C to headphone jack adapters are so terrible 😓. But I guess it's time to embrace them

  • Dave75135374 Dave (@Dave75135374) reported

@FreedomMobile l just activated new mobile service, service experience is not so good, there were issues for Freedom transferring my old phone number over, every time I called support, were asked the same info and resubmit request, without looking into the cause of issue.

  • valdaymusic Xander Valentine (@valdaymusic) reported

Hey, @FreedomMobile @freedomsupport why is it so difficult to change a billing address; why do you guys even have an address that’s saved and verified, that’s an address I haven’t lived at since 2014, and would have never given that address out to you, but yet it’s verified? 🤔

  • EvanKalnitsky Evan Kalnitsky (@EvanKalnitsky) reported from Oshawa, Ontario

@freedomsupport What is Freedom Mobile doing for its customers to make up for the recent catastrophic service disruption?

  • Breaking_NewsCA Breaking-News.ca (@Breaking_NewsCA) reported

  • edditingy Eddie (@edditingy) reported

@freedomsupport can’t log into MyFreedom account as the page is down, and the app isn’t working either atm

  • Breaking_NewsCA Breaking-News.ca (@Breaking_NewsCA) reported

@freedomsupport No. It is a server side issue and not a client side issue hence the nginx error.

  • ruthirwinlee Ruth Lee (@ruthirwinlee) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

@FreedomMobile You charged me for a call made from my Kanata home to Hamilton. When texting with support today, the first person said I called from an area that gets Nationwide Calling and asked for my postcode. The second person said I had called a national no.
