oohlive🫒 (@oohpiphany) reported@FreedomMobile has the worst customer service ever. Everytime I talk to them, all they answer is " I'm sorry there's nothing else I could do". When it should be "Sorry, there's nothing at all that we will do". Never get freedom mobile. They are the worst.

Please make this make sense. Gain new customers while losing loyal ones?
