Even can’t receive any text or call and C.Service doesn’t have any clue what’s going on! Hats off to you guys! 🙏🙏 She replied it is a rare case.

It's not giving any offers despite being a loyal customer. Hence, I don't have any optionbut to leave. At least, I will get good discount and better network if I switch
