@AureliaCotta @RogersHelps @FreedomMobile Freedom doesn't offer the *same service as Rogers, though. Freedom Mobile is still a regional provider. Their 'Nationwide' network is roaming on the other networks like Rogers. Note the limited data when not on Freedom network. Rogers offers true Nationwide service

@CRTCeng Why are you allowing networks like @FreedomMobile to charge connection fees to customers who are already on the network? They are just switching devices and aren't being connected to a damn thing. This should be treated as fraud.

@freedomsupport The other providers with 'unlimited' plans don't charge overage either. Access to full data allotment at full data speeds Nationwide is vastly different from 1-4 Gb full data speeds off-Freedom network

@FreedomMobile for telecommunications company you need proficient customer service agents , they are slow & lead to aggravation… like why am I in a chat with an agent to change my service and it’s been 5-7mins and they’ve still not asked what plan you’d like to switch to ?

.@freedomsupport Hi! A friend has been receiving duplicate texts from me for months. Usually, it's not so bad and its once or twice, but today it's really bad. He sent screenshots so I know he isn't kidding around. I'm with freedom, he isn't. Can you help?

@freedomsupport @FreedomMobile just noticing I can’t send or receive calls on my freedom account, or get data either I don’t think. Is there some sort of issue? I’m in downtown Toronto and normally get great service

@FreedomMobile. Not the greatest mobile provider honestly customer service is terrible. If you go in the store they tell you different then by phone. Honestly didn't have my phone working for more then 3 days. Had to cancel still waiting on the money I sent them Honestly Terrible

@FreedomMobile You have LOST me as a customer. And next year, when my kid gets a phone, you WON'T get her: Your rep is insisting on a data overage I did NOT incur -- and I can prove it. But, she keeps insisting I did, and then hangs up on me. Buh-Bye!

@AnthonyLacavera @FreedomMobile Well I hope when you buy it back you get actual coverage. I switched to freedom mobile for like 3 months. Yes it was amazing to pay so little for cell service until I realized how little cell service I actually got.
