@FreedomMobile Hello, I am out of Canada and trying to pay my bills. I forgot my PIN, so I would like to reset my password, but I never got the link sent to my email that helps reset the password. Please help.

@Bell I wanted to migrate over to your network back in September but due to non delivery of sim card from your end I put in a request to cancel the port request which never happened. @FreedomMobile says that they can still see a port request active from your end. 1/2

@therobmilne @FreedomMobile They stole 50 bucks from me last year. Said it would go back on my card if I was charged twice. I never got it back. I tried arguing with the useless customer service but gave up.

@FreedomMobile You guys have the worst customer service experience. Not even sure why you call it customer support? Most of your store employees are rude and calling your support for help yields exactly ZERO results. I'm taking my business elsewhere #ByeFelicia

@WINDmobile @FreedomMobile Is your service any good? Because, frankly, I've had it with incumbents. Are you a subsidiary of Telus, Rogers, Bell or Videotron?

@FreedomMobile My data just renewed im supposed to have full lte data. I usually have it where I currently am. It is slow and buffering. I am really regretting re-signing with Freedom.

@Crackmacs @FreedomMobile @koodo If you generally stick to the city center, Freedom should be just fine. I live in Auburn Bay, and often have service drops on my Freedom phone (which doesn't have "roaming" plan coverage). My work phone is on another carrier, and never has issues in the same spots.
