    @freedomsupport The shipping is by Purolator. The fact it took 5 business days for the shipment to even be started is the main issue here... have an explanation for that?

    Me: *pays @FreedomMobile bill* <error> Me: *Checks bank...money sent. Messages Freedom* Freedom: We got the payment, but we didn't get it. You'll get it back in 5 days. Do you want to make another payment? Me: What? Freedom: Do you have another card? Me: This smells really bad.

    @FreedomMobile truly horrible customer service and after being with a company for years you think you would get something out of it. Disappointing.

    I was really excited when I joined @FreedomMobile. Felt like I had finally found a cell provider who put integrity & care into providing service. Sadly their @freedomsupport has become mostly automated just like all the other cell companies

    @freedomsupport 3 times escalation. No solution. You have more questions than we do and I just had a one hour chat which was futile. Dont want to send you a message anymore

    @freedomsupport is there a problem with the signal? it has been one week my location is not working, with any app, google maps, strava, nike or find my friends, it only works with Wifi. I'd was my phone but my wife's has the exact same problem

    So unprofessional behavior @FreedomMobile @freedomsupport. My complaint for WIFI-calling is unresolved from past 2 weeks and no hope for resolution from your customer support. Have been chasing from so long but no one ever calls back with resolution. Always misguiding clients.
