  @TheJUNOAwards @FreedomMobile The gate at my home was locked not by me on April 13 ! I was unable to get into my own home until a lock smith came to open the gate with difficulty !!! Reported to 'police' but they will not help at all and said they can see nothing suspicious ! Hong Kong is no longer safe!

  @freedomsupport can someone please explain why I’ve not been able to pay my bill since April 3?? I’m in a different country and haven’t had phone service for over 10 days. Customer service doesn’t care and keeps telling me it’s an issue on my end. Your system error, not mine!!

  @FreedomMobile i have never seen a more ****** customer service than freedom. they promise you something and then back off their promises and promotions, ridiculous !!

  @FreedomMobile is the worst phone company my phones been out since 5:30 can’t send texts and I’m working so I’ve been out 2 hours now I’m absolutely pissed. End of month new carrier 🙌
