    @FreedomMobile I’m on a prepaid plan and am having trouble topping up (both on my own account and through express payments). I get an unexpected error when using any of my multiple credit and debit cards. Is it possible to top up in store at all?

    @freedomsupport I want chicken. Doesn’t matter if it’s grass fed, GH or GMO. I would’ve thought customer loyalty mattered… I’ll just port out if I’m ineligible. Please lmk.

    @freedomsupport Actually, going to the States for 5 days and getting a $230 charge is NOT AFFORDABLE. Other carriers charge $11/ day, that works out to $55 for 5 days vs $230. Don’t give me this Affordable BS. Then we get the rudest 2 agents. That is NOT striving for great customer service…

    @freedomsupport I am so disappointed and disgusted with your Customer Care team who would not help us out for ridiculous US charges. Every other mobile company we deal with has a $10/ day US plan and Freedom just soaked my son. Your staff would not listen and only wanted to argue
