    @Rogers Aaaah were it so simple. @Rogers Did you learn anything? Can/will this happen again? Have you heard about testing in a Sandbox. Test new software in a real instance not live across Canada. Prove update or a patch works b4 shutting down Canada. PS: Not a customer. @FreedomMobile

    @freedomsupport day 2 of "server errors" when trying to make a phone call. Any incoming grts met with a busy tone (I am not on the phone at any point during this). Little hard to get things done when you cant contact anyone and they cant contact you.
