    @FreedomMobile just ended the call with Aya c10480. After 2h, still got scummed by your company. Never again! No more talks! Folks - do not sign with FreedomMobile especially the prepaid services.

    @JonFraserTF @TELUS I switched to @FreedomMobile for home and mobile last year. Cut my bill in half and don't pay roaming fees. The service has been the same as Rogers I had before. Highly recommend

    @themainnetwork @FreedomMobile Been on hold for over an hour. 1.5 hrs on the chat. It's horrible. My number got ported, being charged as they did, unable to log into the account. Just a nightmare provider

    Hey, @FreedomMobile, quick question. Have any of your employees ever used your customer service systems? Because my experiences today have been astoundingly bad - among the worst customer service experiences of my life. I'm trying to give you money, and it's just brick walls.
