    @FreedomMobile This Trade up thing is the worst possible idea by Freedom. Some of us never want to give up our things. Without Trade up Eligible you guys are more expensive and with far lesser coverage than Rogers or other big guys. Just my honest Feedback.

    @freedomsupport can anyone help me using hotspot/usb? @TekSavvyBuzz lost my internet connection and I'm desperately trying to get back online. i called tech support but the only thing they were able to get me connected via bluetooth.

    @freedomsupport Hi whe. I open my mail box the first message won't play. Sometimes is will say the name of the person who left a message but never plays the actual message can you help?

    @freedomsupport I can't login to my account to pay my phone. I tried express payment but it tells me my number is not valid. Called 611 but the call is disconnected after asking to press 1 for french. How am I supposed to pay if I can't get through?
