    @FreedomMobile everybody was complaining about all the emergency alerts yesterday. I was in Edmonton the whole day connected to mobile internet and I'd not get any alerts. Not 1. How is that possible?

    @freedomsupport No, because your website is shite, there's nothing you can do to help, I have to physically go to a store and waste my time there as opposed to just ordering off the web because I've been a customer for seven years

    My daughter and son in law both have @FreedomMobile and zero coverage in Hamilton, Ontario right now. Anyone else experiencing this? Any answers from customer service?

    @Cricrifi @FreedomMobile @freedomsupport Oh, yeah. He is at work and was doing delivery, now figuring out routes. Thats terrible. I am trying to call freedom customer service support its still busy, not getting response except all agents are currently busy😓. I hope everybody reach home safely

    @freedomsupport I have always used wifi calling option. As soon as i m out of the house, its gone. It doesnot connect Partner’s network rightaway. It takes few minutes to connect. Its okey if u cant give us coverage but website claim is way off than its showing.
