    @FreedomMobile since the #OttawaOutage hit it’s almost impossible to get service in my area. How about extending your nation wide data temporarily so people can use more than 500mb.

    Hey @TELUS why does the power outage affect your customers more than @Rogers and @FreedomMobile ? Same area, similar reception because of the tower being shared between you two. I have all 3 in my house and only Telus lines are struggling.

    @FreedomMobile ONCE AGAIN I’M PAYING IN ADVANCE FOR A SERVICE THAT IS UNRELIABLE. #FIXIT #FIXITNOW !!! I’m so over this. I’ll have 3 lines and can’t even call you directly BECAUSE I HAVE NO SERVICE.

    @freedomsupport I totally understand that Freedom wants to make sure the account to be authorized but how can a customer trust an agent who will have the PIN visible? Can’t it be encrypted? Trust should be on both ends!
