Trouble with @FreedomMobile? They locked my phone, I called Revenue Canada from Mexico on their traveler plan ($0.50/min). My phone is set to "roaming OFF" but they billed over $300 for international roaming for "calling USA." 9hrs live chat. No reply after 4 emails. #badservice

@FreedomMobile so... anything to say on this whole business, or are you just going to ignore it? I really do not enjoy getting pulled around every which way and I do not enjoy that I can't count on any level of consistency with you guys. I need resolution.

Disappointed longtime customer. @FreedomMobile You cannot charge a connection/activation fee for the same existing phone line without first notifying and only after signing a plan upgrade contract. This is not an acceptable business practice. Poor service. #FreedomMobile

@freedomsupport So far I have talked to 3 people. Only the third one was helpful. I think she has given me a pin that might access the account. To update a date on a visa would not seem to be a problem. But it is bloody annoying dealing with freedom mobile.

@freedomsupport Thanks! How long is the 'bonus' offer included? Less than 10-15Gb doesn't work for me so is it the duration of the 2yr agreement? Looking to replace the phone as well. TY
