@FreedomMobile paid for 40 gigs only getting 20 and customer service refuses to fix the problem? What has happened to Freedom? Right now I am out 80 gigs and counting!

@freedomsupport Considering emergency alerts are suppose to go through WITHOUT any set up required, my phone has all alerts allowed. Turns out YOUR system can't handle Samsung S22+......perhaps you need to upgrade your technology.

@TheGlare_TM @RealCandaceO Dammit! I was gonna pay my @FreedomMobile bills and buy My Pillow products with this service. I guess I’ll have to cancel all of it. #ShatteredMAGADreams #KARMA

@FreedomMobile how come new customer gets 50gb of data for 40$ but old customer that has been with you for 10years doesn’t get that good of a deal ? Is that how you treat your loyal customers ?

  • Corinne35443671 Coco (@Corinne35443671) reported

@FreedomMobile no emergency alert here in BC, and I made sure my phone will receive them. This isn't the first time I've missed one. What say you?

  • MattOnDemand Matt Fraser (@MattOnDemand) reported

@freedomsupport Can I use that 50GB anywhere in Canada? If not, what is the benefit of Freedom over Fido which does have? Why pay the same price if your network is significantly smaller
