@Crackmacs @koodo @FreedomMobile i’m on the Shaw free plan, pay $10 a gig for data that rolls over if i don’t use it. you connect to their hotspots all over the city so don’t use much data. No issues at all.

  • Movay22 Mo (@Movay22) reported

@freedomsupport why is their no service tdy?

  • Chaityadeep Chaityadeep S Mainee (@Chaityadeep) reported

@freedomsupport My freedom mobile connection got canceled without warning. I’ve been your loyal customer making payments on time, this treatment is unacceptable. I had informed freedom that I’m stuck aboard & I’m not in the country currently.

  • Chaityadeep Chaityadeep S Mainee (@Chaityadeep) reported

@FreedomMobile You just don’t care about your customers or the current situation in the world. Rather than making things easier for your loyal customers, you just made it much worse. I had not at all expected to be thrown away like a garbage after giving you business for 2 years

@freedomsupport damn some pretty horrible customer service here. Got connected to an agent from the messaging platform that takes 10-15 minutes to respond on each message. It’s been over an hour talking to the guy and he’s still asking basic questions. So ridiculous!

  • Crackmacs cm (@Crackmacs) reported

@wrongonanylevel @koodo @FreedomMobile hey **** that ain't too bad! It's faster download for me on Koodo but all I do is social media and e-mail, don't really care about that. Our upload is about the same speed.

@FreedomMobile you broke my heart. I would have been loyal to you despite network reach being not the best everywhere I go. But the sale to Rogers is an utter betrayal.

  • MightyHalifax Mighty Halifax Donair (@MightyHalifax) reported

@Crackmacs @koodo @FreedomMobile We were paying Bell $163 for 2 phones and 3 tablets. We switched to Shaw which we already had for internet and now we pay $6.66 for 2 phones! Poor phone reception in the house but we switched to wifi calling and that fixed it.

  • gtez Jesse Houston (@gtez) reported

@FreedomMobile I just moved to a complete dead zone. Do you have range boosters or something I can plug into my home network to get LTE?

  • KassTheBroken KW. (@KassTheBroken) reported

@Crackmacs @koodo @FreedomMobile I’m on Virgin. 25gb for 45$ a month. Service is great, have never had an issue. No buffering ever.
