@freedomsupport @francescsr If this was true than you’d provide better customer service, go agents would be trained in customer service & wouldn’t be allowed to talk over a customer or tell them hey are lying

@FreedomMobile since your services are completely unavailable in the province of Ontario, you would think you would make setting up a phone for an 83 year old more user friendly. After zero assistance from your help line, thankfully I am competent and can figure things out.

IT TOOK HALF AN HOUR TO SEND A GIF. **** YOU @FreedomMobile

  • ashley_hynd Ashley Hynd (@ashley_hynd) reported

Who are your cell phone providers & how happy are you with them? I was super happy with @FreedomMobile but that has changed, they have a mess up on their end which keeps cutting my phone off & they won't fix it. Wish we could sue cell providers for services not rendered.

  • supersnuka JR (@supersnuka) reported

@freedomsupport Escalate all you want. It’s very very stupid to be telling people to go in store when they really do not have to. You have the ability to ship phones but hey let’s just do everything we can to prolong the pandemic.

  • efeidugie Efe Idugie (@efeidugie) reported

@FreedomMobile your customer service called my number while I was still talking he hung up the line, he sounded so rude and arrogant how that is customer service is beyond me, I have been a customer for over 10years, someone has to listen to that conversation

@freedomsupport 2 weeks ago I switched from Telus to Freedom, but the past week or so network has been dreadful, like switching from high speed to dial up. Many dead areas around the GTA. Have there been any problems, or this is as good as it gets? Thanks
