    @PKP_Qc @FreedomMobile customer since 2018 and have asked about a no cost phone upgrade as a loyal customer. At this time, all options presented to me as a client include auto-pay & this is a reason to leave Freedom. Can policy be reviewed in this?

    @FreedomMobile your service and internet is so bad. I’ve been a loyal customer for more than a decade and now I’m thinking of changing because all you care about is new customers
