    @FreedomMobile won’t let me port out my number. Been on the phone with them all morning and it’s problem after problem. First, I get hung up on. Then they tell me no port request was put through. I call Koodo and they say it has, but we still put out another………

    Posting this on behalf of my parents.. @FreedomMobile has the absolute worst customer service. Mom got a phone that she ended up returning 2 days later but they refuse to remove it from her tab and have been charging since over 7 months. (1)

    @FreedomMobile you must have one of the absolute worst networks and service I've ever seen. For more than half of the year I've had my phone I haven't been able to use it in one way or another. Yet my repeated requests for reimbursement, assistance, or to replace have done zero🖕🏻

    I confirm the freedom account number with the Koodo rep to make sure it goes through with no problems just to be told by @FreedomMobile we didn’t send the right number. Why do you want my number so bad?
