@FreedomMobile We bought the $100 plan with freedom mobile for our child. Do not get it for your kids. It cannot recieve or make calls or texts indoors. Anyone else with this issue? Freedom mobile doesn't care after you get it either.

I just had one of he worst customer service experience at the @FreedomMobile in Marlborough Mall here in Calgary. There’s nothing like trying to pay a bill and the two employees not wanting to help AT ALL!! 😡😡

@rickk_james @freedomsupport Feeling the same way, being told tickets are resolved, when they're not, being told I might have to wait, meanwhile watching the phone sell out elsewhere. I was actually told my order was processed by an agent, only to find out it never was.

@freedomsupport Best Buy is selling for $1179 as well, it's not a wholesale price. As a longtime customer who just finished a 2 year term, and may be in the market for a new device, I don't appreciate the misrepresentation.
