  Had an @AppleSupport iPhone 11 but the speaker volume didn’t work. So I bought a brand new iPhone 12 from @FreedomMobile and guess what, same problem. Can’t hear phone calls unless I am on speaker phone, regular volume won’t work. I just want a phone that works

  @FreedomMobile Freedom mobile is too bad, can’t even open My account right now. Without crossing border they are charging me international roaming. Bullshit! Get your thing together or will have to fight the lawsuit.

  @freedomsupport Well, for starters - your whatsapp support it's ridiculous. Don't even think you're trying on that one.. I've bought roaming packages without being able to actually use them? I think I spent 90$ on an international 10 day package and missed an entire day cuz it didn't work
