  @freedomsupport @FreedomMobile Now when I try to call customer Care, they keep disconnecting my call after sometime automatically. I visited the Freedom store Fairway Mall Kitchener , They said we cannot do anything , it's a billing issue only handled by customer care service.

  Hey @freedomsupport @FreedomMobile My account +1 226 5078470 is billed Incorrectly. Payment deducted from my credit card automatically. While talking with Support They said Your refund is processed and you will get back within 5 working days. It's been 10 days but no resolution.

  Omg, @FreedomMobile, you can't even send me a text so that I can log into my account. Little wonder I'm leaving. That and the crappy coverage. And the dropped call to the ambulance service.

  @freedomsupport I tried to do with your employees at the branch where I purchased my plan and they only took my information, to "comment it to the manager and for him to call me", he never called me, that was two weeks ago
