  @FreedomMobile - impossible to reach on phone, WhatsApp and chat. Disconnected my line with no explaination and waiting for more than 2 hours with someone else’s phone. I don’t know how think someone can reach the support line using others phone for two hours.

  Hello @FreedomMobile I bought an IPhone XS Max from you as a customer and have since paid off the phone however the phone is till locked to freedom mobile after all these years. I have visited your service center and called tech support countless times.

  Customer since 2017. @FreedomMobile says my contract showed the wrong TradeUp amount. 6 months later they added $669 and won’t waive it. Their mistake, my cost.

  5/ 10+years of being a loyal customer, it is truly disappointing having to fight for price transparency when @FreedomMobile advertises their Price Freeze Promise extensively. New customers beware, I highly urge you to clarify every discount advertised.

  @FreedomMobile Wow , my wife cannot even receive phone calls and all Freedom will do is a $10 month discount . Works perfect in Edmonton , but #Camrose it sucks . More Customers , lack of infrastructure = terrible service #FreedomMobile

  @FreedomMobile is a complete garbage service and I will disconnect all 3 accounts ASAP. I keep getting with the prepaid accounts and I hear is because we have some defect! My son ended up without the service in a dangerous situation because of your defect. There you have it!

  @FreedomMobile My grandparents are stuck in Dubai International Airport and there was a drone strike and their relying on Freedom to communicate since Wi-Fi is down but Freedom Support refused to provide them with roaming service waived or any help! Can you guys help please?
