@freedomsupport My statement stands. Your responses are arrogant. I could not imagine dealing with such a company. You actually think our caches could be the culprit…don’t think you understand caches. More likely you have a DNS propagation issue. Your end.

  • samianathan Samia (@samianathan) reported

@FreedomMobile Don’t trust Freedom! Was lied to that I’d get a call from higher management, two days later nothing! The whole chat and phone CS team is highly incompetent and horrible! They’ve made multiple mistakes on my account over the last few days and my issue has still not been resolved

  • _tweeeet_ ◽️tweet◽️ (@_tweeeet_) reported

@freedomsupport Um, I think you missed my point. The link in your ad is broken, and you're just ignoring that.

@FreedomMobile Hi, I being trying everything, maybe is I write you directly will be easer. My Doctor is calling and I do not get the calls, they are not in my history and they do not go to voice mail. Please can you help is very urgent, the doctor is my oncologist. Read next message

  • TCHWRX Tommy Christensen (@TCHWRX) reported

@freedomsupport can you stop sending me emails every 15 minutes informing me that I cancelled my service with you? I have been receiving these since noon.

  • ohnojen jennifer stephens (@ohnojen) reported

@FreedomMobile You guys are the worst. Improve your customer service and policies ASAP

  • Curlyshaw Connor Shaw (CS Kid) (@Curlyshaw) reported

@freedomsupport Nothing you can fix. I know Freedom is just competing for their own seat at the table of the Telecom oligopoly, but lately you’ve made absolutely zero efforts to improve your service, and your plans no longer compete with any of the 6 other companies offering big gig and 5G.

  • Rui_MP_Carvalho Rui Carvalho (@Rui_MP_Carvalho) reported

@FreedomMobile horrible customer service. Shockingly so!

  • _tweeeet_ ◽️tweet◽️ (@_tweeeet_) reported

@freedomsupport @samicoteli If everyone is telling you it's broken, IT'S NOT US. The fact that it works for you doesn't mean everyone's cache and cookies need clearing. Is this how your mobile support works? FAIL.

  • _tweeeet_ ◽️tweet◽️ (@_tweeeet_) reported

@freedomsupport Your responses were to tell people to do something totally meaningless. Caches and cookies are only relevant for repeat visits. Next time multiple people report the same issue, assume you have an issue, not us. To do ANYTHING otherwise makes you sound like *****. Big time.
