Is anyone who's with @chatrmobile and @FreedomMobile having trouble connecting to a @Bell home phone? It's been 2 months and it's still happening. Ugh

  • _tweeeet_ ◽️tweet◽️ (@_tweeeet_) reported

@iamgroot11 @FreedomMobile Yeah, they don’t have that…but their iPhone 12 ads never state that tidbit.

  • Samsung__Sam Samantha Samsung⚪ (@Samsung__Sam) reported

@FreedomMobile This is a bad ad.

  • AzeleahW Azeleah Wonder (@AzeleahW) reported

@TheJUNOAwards @FreedomMobile Trying to hold us down #JFCShawnMendes

  • _tweeeet_ ◽️tweet◽️ (@_tweeeet_) reported

@freedomsupport Um, I think you missed my point. The link in your ad is broken, and you're just ignoring that.

  • Mvcavarretta Maria Cavarretta (@Mvcavarretta) reported

Horrible Customer Service for an existing and repeat client!!! @FreedomMobile

  • hanzoyyc no1yyc (@hanzoyyc) reported

@freedomsupport just spent 45 min via text support but getting passed around by 3 different reps already - each time they ask the same questions - I have an account with you, I want to add a new line, I want to give you business, why are you making this so hard for me!?

  • _tweeeet_ ◽️tweet◽️ (@_tweeeet_) reported

@freedomsupport @Ani1u7 Yah - a page you've never been to before fails because of your cache. LOL. And Clearing your cookies loses every auto-logon to every site - because some social media guy thinks cookies can cause a 404 error.

  • _tweeeet_ ◽️tweet◽️ (@_tweeeet_) reported

@freedomsupport Your responses were to tell people to do something totally meaningless. Caches and cookies are only relevant for repeat visits. Next time multiple people report the same issue, assume you have an issue, not us. To do ANYTHING otherwise makes you sound like *****. Big time.

  • Curlyshaw Connor Shaw (CS Kid) (@Curlyshaw) reported

@freedomsupport Nothing you can fix. I know Freedom is just competing for their own seat at the table of the Telecom oligopoly, but lately you’ve made absolutely zero efforts to improve your service, and your plans no longer compete with any of the 6 other companies offering big gig and 5G.
