    @FreedomMobile just lost 2 customers in one day. Never have I ever experienced such poor customer service. Been there since Wind. What a shame. Resolution was to wait 7 days on their end for my phone issues to be resolved.

    @FreedomMobile, I've tried to play nice for 3 yrs, but I'm moving. Coverage has been brutal + tech support has pushed me off multiple times. 3 people in my house + know of at least 5 others that are moving bc of poor coverage. It's embarrassing trying to have a (1/2)

    @Rogers The internet was down all day on Thursday and last Sunday in my neighborhood in Toronto. Luckily we used my @FreedomMobile cellphone as a hotspot so my kids could do on line school. Still no explanation from Rogers on the cause of the outage.

    .@freedomsupport been trying to get an issue resolved for 3 days. Customer service has been unprofessional and ridiculous. If I do not receive a response here, I am going public. You cannot charge people for being in the states when they were not in the states.
