    I know retention reps for people like @FreedomMobile need to follow a script. But how about you treat your clients like people and listen to what they stay instead of just rattling off the next line in the script. damn.

    @FreedomMobile anyone thinking of going with Freedom PLEASE DON'T for your own sake don't the network sucks and service is garbage. Do yourself a favor pay $10-$20 more a month for any other company it will be way more reliable. Only use Freedom 2 get a better rate somewhere else

    @FreedomMobile Hi there, for the second month in a row I have to pay my bill via my bank website because your website won't respond after I input my CC info. My roommate has been having the same issue too.
