@FreedomMobile How do you expect me to pay my bill if your app and website have issues? I've been trying to log in and it just kicks me out, back to the login page. Your app and website are an absolute joke. Fix this. This is getting beyond pathetic

@freedomsupport Your app and website have had major issues for years and the issue hasn't been fixed. You need to develop a new software because the one you have is super slow. If you look on the Play Store reviews, they're mostly negative.

@FreedomMobile So new customers on black Friday can get 40GB data deal for $80 Canadian but me a customer for over 5 years can't get mine changed from 25Gb for $100 to anything close to the above offer. Please make this make sense. Gain new customers while losing loyal ones?

@freedomsupport Your LTE+ data connection has been painfully slow the last few days. I'm at full bars and not past the throttling limit yet, and basic pages are taking forever to load or even fails saying there's no network connection. What's going on?
