@freedomsupport No, if I’m paying theses kinds of prices, I want good service to go along with it. I’ve discovered that you guys don’t offer that.

  • Ougasam 𝕊𝕒𝕞𝕦𝕖𝕝 𝕆𝕦𝕘𝕒 (@Ougasam) reported

@freedomsupport @manisukhi I have been trying to upgrade or buy iPhone 24 pro max but the system says my line is not eligible. My calls went to some clueless agent in call centre in India. Text messages at answered by BOTS. Once a customer @freedommobile doesn't care.

  • RallyMD Chris Topher (@RallyMD) reported

Does anyone else find that the @FreedomMobile page is utter garbage and won't ever load properly? I find it terribly annoying. Trying to look at their phones and what not but even when I log in with the app it refuses to load.

  • sikntrd15 Billy (@sikntrd15) reported

@freedomsupport @imeldamata I cant believe how absolutely crap this company is. Practically zero phone service and no willingness to help

  • Melie_C22 Melissa C (@Melie_C22) reported

Switched from @FreedomMobile to @koodo because freedom doesn't have service in small towns and was cheaper at koodo for more data, just to realize I barely have service in Peterborough which seems to be a pretty big city 🤨 one bar and finicky data is pretty ******.

  • CraigDax25 Craig Dax 🇨🇦 (@CraigDax25) reported

@freedomsupport Hahaha that’s all you can say? 😒 I don’t have Wi-Fi at work. How about offering better service so I don’t have to keep my LTE antenna off all the time or so I don’t lose signal when I’m at the mouth of the Etobicoke creek, which is in Toronto in case you didn’t know.

@freedomsupport You've told me it's at the discretion of the location to determine "like-new" & to proceed by calling your support line; I'm following up on the phone whilst hoping to have the terms & conditions looked over for unlawful practices that lock customers in deals with no real "trial"
