  @FreedomMobile just lost 2 customers in one day. Never have I ever experienced such poor customer service. Been there since Wind. What a shame. Resolution was to wait 7 days on their end for my phone issues to be resolved.

  so was talking to someone from @freedomsupport about my issues with upgrading online and was told no i can not do it online i am not eligible due to a recent billing delay? i have to go instore. now tell me how can someone do that when my city is on lockdown?? makes no sense.

  Made a huge mistake switching to @FreedomMobile saving $70 a month isn’t worth having to sleep inside a cell tower to get service. You suck
