  Hey @freedomsupport I requested my old auto pay setup and number to be removed - you have still debited my account for 3 months after this request, every time I phone customer support they tell me it is removed and cancelled but I am still being debited! WTF is going on?

  @freedomsupport terrible support. On hold for hours be given a deal and have it taken always. Walk away from kudo bc u give a better offer and reneg. Terrible. Supervisors leave incoherent voicemails with no return number. What is this?

  @freedomsupport Very frustrating that you wouldn’t be able to offer anything at all, even to meet me part way, for a loyalty customer who wants to stay with Freedom but you make it difficult. Perhaps you could reconsider please?
