    @freedomsupport you have the worst horrible customer service. I had spent over 3 hours even talking to your supervisor on live chat about my phone bill but you can’t help me at all. I had been direct over and over. I’m never recommend my friends and family to you guys ever again

    @freedomsupport Is there anything wrong with service in Ottawa right now (this afternoon)? Both my mother and I cannot make any outgoing calls and any incoming g calls go directly to our voicemail. Do u know anything about this? Can someone look into it pls? Thank You, Christa

    @FreedomMobile Why is it that I can pre order an iPhone 13 as a new customer on a $60 plan and $35 tab, but when I log in as an existing customer I’m forced to a minimum $80 plan with $35 tab?? This seems pretty hostile towards existing customers.

    @freedomsupport Two things: Firstly, "what the cost it" -> "what the cost is" may wanna fix the typo; secondly: it mentions texting help to a shortcode to get info... is that free, at least? How does one go about figuring out the charge *prior* to incurring it?
