    @freedomsupport is forcing me to go into a mall to return a phone and putting me (7 months pregnant) at risk in a pandemic because THEY forgot to send a shipping label to return a phone. This company has been nothing but terrible to deal with when trying to upgrade.

    Hi @FreedomMobile, I am travelling to India due to a family emergency. Will I get incoming text messages by default or I need to activate some package. I do not need to call or use my mobile data from India. I just need incoming text messages.

    @FreedomMobile Hey Freedom Mobile, your Back Office reversed your decision to change my phone plan a month later without notifying me!!! Either fulfill your promises or take back your phone and cancel all my services, because I feel scammed here.

    @FreedomMobile Well done Freedom, you just brought back the worst day of some people's lives. It's not funny or edgy, its just cruel and callous. That's a well-know trigger, and the smart thing would be to take this down now.

    @FreedomMobile HORRIBLE company who gave away our phone number that we were STILL paying for. Number has been ours for 19 years. Gave it to a daycare and never ever told us. Now offering $10 monthly credit for 6 months when we were out of service for several months. More to come
