@freedomsupport If there is anyone specific with the company I could send a formal email to with a better explanation of the ideas and how they'd improve consumer experience without hurting profit/network integrity I'd be totally willing to do so if you'd forward me that info via DM.

@freedomsupport why bother? it's just going to happen again next month. If it weren't for the fact i should only be paying $15/month for this, i would have left already. since you guys keep hitting me at $20, i'll just find another service

  • abrod91 alexander brodhagen (@abrod91) reported

@FreedomMobile why is it when I have full bars that I get the least amount of service, can’t even load a tweet with this service!

@FreedomMobile @Brightstar Is this how good your service is? Been waiting on a hold for 1.5hrs and still waiting with the corporate manager of Likewize Gave my phone for repair to likewize and it's been 3 weeks since it was received by them, and still no status on my phone :(

  • Kimakazee_ Kimakazee👻 (@Kimakazee_) reported

holy hell, I have NEVER dealt with someone so rude as i did today with @freedomsupport , thankfully i saved the conversation, but you guys need to teach your employees what customer service actually is, instead of berating the customer and making them feel stupid.

  • Fire4418 tooyoung (@Fire4418) reported

@FreedomMobile is the worst carrier in Canada. It is impossible to unlock the phone and the people in call center hang up when you call. Despite law in Canada, they are keeping your phones locked. It is time to contact @ccts

@FreedomMobile This is definitely NOT the 7% solution
