@Cricrifi @FreedomMobile @freedomsupport Oh, yeah. He is at work and was doing delivery, now figuring out routes. Thats terrible. I am trying to call freedom customer service support its still busy, not getting response except all agents are currently busy😓. I hope everybody reach home safely

@freedomsupport You don't have the ability to address my concerns @FreedomMobile as your "service" reps told us multiple times. The continued bot replies are not helpful either.

@freedomsupport phone is dying and thought I'd upgrade to a new one but your site requires credit card info on an already existing customer.... I don't own a credit card, have never needed one for upgrading my phone before ...

@freedomsupport I've already called you multiple times and been lied to, and not been credited this promotion. Instead just threatened by @Freedom to keep service cut off before I've even had my first bill due date. No thanks. If you're going to keep lying you can do it oublically.

@freedomsupport Thanks for tweeting me back!!! Yes I blocked the number as it was an obvious thing to do. But it makes me wonder how this person got my Freedom cell phone number, ad my phone number is private and I never give it out to anyone… I might have to call in to change my phone…
