@FreedomMobile How do I escalate a customer service complaint. Pls. do not tell me to phone the 800 number which is the problem.

  • tipeiomaserious Stan 🇿🇼🇨🇦🇺🇸 (@tipeiomaserious) reported

@FreedomMobile not happy with the level of service provided by your associates and your vendor Likewise. I need my phone repaired ASAP, mailing it in for repairs without a temp replacement is not an option. 10 year customer with 4 lines... 😞😞😞😞😞

  • NateDrescher Nathan A. Drescher (@NateDrescher) reported

So @Videotron now owns @FreedomMobile and is promising 5G across the network and prices 20% lower than the big three. Could this be the beginning of good things for #Canada?

  • CanadianRacc00n CanadianRaccøøn (@CanadianRacc00n) reported

@FreedomMobile I am having issues with the app but I want to be able to get a new phone plan that gives me more data per month. Mainly because I fly through my data in less than 2 weeks.

  • hantar2022 Raj Joshi (@hantar2022) reported

@FreedomMobile if all you do is make roaming fees reasonable I would switch to your service. $15/day is ridiculous - roaming in Canada with a phone from India is $1/day.

  • ninetteibanez ninetteibanez (@ninetteibanez) reported

@FreedomMobile I cannot send a message to your Freedom Mobile Care @freedom support

  • rushtonrj Ryan Rushton (@rushtonrj) reported

Terrible experience with @FreedomMobile. Tried to order a phone plan for my son for CHRISTMAS and it still hasn't arrived. My wife has called MANY times and nobody has been helpful. They promised to call her back multiple times and never do. Hoping we can cancel the plan!

  • LorcanDuval carsoflondonontario (@LorcanDuval) reported

@FreedomMobile When will LTE plus be available for all of Ontario? I'm in London Ontario, and I only get LTE+ in two areas, but it's as slow as 3G

  • AlefYei Alef Yei (@AlefYei) reported

@FreedomMobile better get home zone service in #Quebec real quick now that they’re owned by #Videotron.

  • _BrianMahoney Brian Mahoney @Brian_Mahoney@mas.to (@_BrianMahoney) reported

@FidoSolutions The notice was buried in your abysmal account details. Regardless, I/we have other options now. @freedomsupport and @Videotron offer better plans at better prices. Was the $2 worth losing a customer? A five year customer?
