Disconnected my line with no explaination and waiting for more than 2 hours with someone else’s phone. I don’t know how think someone can reach the support line using others phone for two hours.

bren1818 (@bren1818) reported@FreedomMobile can you please review your APs in the Guelph (Kortright & Hanlon / Kortright & Edinburgh) area. I have 5g with between 2 & 3 of 4 bars but data is borderline unusable. IF it connects it's brutally slow.

Mike Bryan (@mikebryan) reported@PKP_Qc @FreedomMobile customer since 2018 and have asked about a no cost phone upgrade as a loyal customer. At this time, all options presented to me as a client include auto-pay & this is a reason to leave Freedom. Can policy be reviewed in this?

rehan (@wawast) reported@FreedomMobile I've not been able to get a hold of support regarding my cell phone service through freedom mobile WhatsApp support. tried multiple times but got no responses after waiting many hours. On one occasion the wait was 6+ hours and then I was kick'd off the queue.
