@freedomsupport 10+ years been with you and your uncaring unfeeling "customer support" is demeaning and non Canadian I can tell you shipped it overseas. Support has hit a low water mark with this

@FreedomMobile just was on hold to speak with a specialist and they dropped my call and no one returned my call? I am a customer and you expect me to callback to wait in queue again. Horrible

@freedomsupport your new year’s resolution should be to fix the app so that’s it’s not malfunctioning at every click like it has been for years now… now i can’t even log into my account after having to jump through hoops just to top up my account
