Pete Evans (@p_evans) reported@freedomsupport @FreedomMobile just noticing I can’t send or receive calls on my freedom account, or get data either I don’t think. Is there some sort of issue? I’m in downtown Toronto and normally get great service
-
Aurelia Cotta (@AureliaCotta) reported@RogersHelps No point in lying about how I feel about the company — (I know you are just the social media person, certainly not your fault personally) It’s why I switched my cellphone from Rogers to @FreedomMobile Better or same service, way less money. Competition helps us all
-
General Foamhead (@Foamhead2) reported@FreedomMobile I'm returning my new phone tomorrow, unopened. Charging a "connection fee" when I am already a customer is outrageous. You aren't connected squat when I'm already on the network. The $2000+ and $90+ per month isn't enough? Time to find a new network.
-
laurie grant (@smiley37555) reported@AnthonyLacavera @FreedomMobile I'm a Freedom customer 😎
-
Tom More (@TomMore9) reported@freedomsupport I have no service in Bayview ON for two days. Cyber attack? Usually I get Nationwide service.

-
General Foamhead (@Foamhead2) reported@CRTCeng Why are you allowing networks like @FreedomMobile to charge connection fees to customers who are already on the network? They are just switching devices and aren't being connected to a damn thing. This should be treated as fraud.
-
K. (@KONRADKASPAREK) reported@AnthonyLacavera @FreedomMobile I’d like @FreedomMobile to look at my rate and help me out. I’m being overcharged
-
RHO (@TravelEatAwe) reported@freedomsupport First I was told it would take 24 to 48 hours, then 72 hours, then five days to unlock a #cellphone. Now you’re telling me to try another cell phone provider’s SIM card. All to do the simplest customer service. Can’t wait to hear your 3rd solution. @FreedomMobile @freedomsupport
