    .@FreedomMobile Can you guys fix your accounting system? Don’t send people overdue notices unless they actually are overdue. I got an email at 06:41 PDT that my payment was received. Almost 4 HOURS later, at 10:00 PDT, I got an “overdue notice”. I checked my balance; it’s $0.

    @FreedomMobile Rogers and Telus waived their long-distance charges to Iran to support their customers so they can reach their loved ones. As the government of Iran shut down the internet in Iran. Freedom Mobile will support the customers too?

    @freedomsupport It's taken me 3 different conversations across 3 different platforms, to a single reasonable resolution. 2 hours of my day have been consumed by this, and it's still ongoing.
