@FreedomMobile charging me international roaming while I was on Vancouver Island is not right. Customer service is refusing to reverse the charge even though the coverage map shows that it's covered under Nationwide. @CCTS_CPRST @CTVNewsVI

@freedomsupport hey on the road in Kelowna. My phone only works on wifi and says emergency calls only. Wife's is also acting up. Is there a network outage?
