@FreedomMobile I payed my prepaid bill yesterday and you cancelled my service today and won’t refund me what a way to treat customers I only got 3 hours of service for 67.50 what a joke

@freedomsupport I truly appreciate that however I still have a bad taste in my mouth from the freedom home internet service that was so poorly handled in my case. I will touch base with a representative in my city in due course since I refuse to use Rogers, Shaw, or Telus for retail service.

@FreedomMobile I don't where some ppl in the comments live, but besides the early WIND days, I've never had an issue w/my service. Even at work when no one has a signal, I do. I contacted to enquire about this plan & got an even better deal. So thanks @FreedomMobile, I'm never leaving y'all.
