    @FreedomMobile How long must one stay on hold with freedom? This is ridiculous I've been waiting to connect to an agent for over an hour, sitting on the phone listening to this terrible music while on hold, desperately hoping someone picks up the friggin phone.

    @FreedomMobile just ended the call with Aya c10480. After 2h, still got scummed by your company. Never again! No more talks! Folks - do not sign with FreedomMobile especially the prepaid services.
