    Hello @FreedomMobile I bought an IPhone XS Max from you as a customer and have since paid off the phone however the phone is till locked to freedom mobile after all these years. I have visited your service center and called tech support countless times.

    @ericzawo @rory_mg @FreedomMobile Agreed. Was very happy with them. I just didn’t like how I got 0 service in cottage country. Has the network been improved? It’s been a few years since then

    @FreedomMobile I’ve been trying to get in touch with your customer service team for 2 days now with no luck. All 5 times I’ve been on hold for more than 30 minutes. No agents available on WhatsApp either. I’m having issues with my home internet and need technical support.

    @FreedomMobile Switched to freedom 4 months ago and now I get dropped calls repeatedly it's been so annoying never had this issue with any other carrier and when you try to phone customer support it takes up to an hour to get thru been to the outlet a few times. ready to give up on this plan
