Switched to Freedom. Support rep told she can waive of the activation fee later call disconnected. Next advisors told it cant be waived of . worst part is when talked to supervisor Jeff his first sentence was if you don’t like the connection fee return the phone. @FreedomMobile

@freedomsupport @freedomsupport won’t be contacting you guys again to get insulted. If someone is asking for any waiver that doesn’t mean you guys can treat them like we don’t have any self respect. If I wanted to return the device I wouldn’t have purchased it at the first place.

Why freedom network is up and down today. Lost the signal several times and have to restart the phone to get signal again. Restarted phone multiple times @freedomsupport

It's unusual for me to actually thank my service provider @FreedomMobile but I think it's only fare as I still have the ability to have 2 communication devices in operation. I promise I will catch up on my bills ASAP. 🙏

@freedomsupport Well I never received any emails or message asking for my consent, Moreover maximum roaming charges are around 14-20$ per day, why would you charge 100$ for May be an hourly usage? I have specifically asked in past to shut down all my services that may cost me extra.

@freedomsupport and of course this is not just about money, the issue here is much bigger in terms of monopoly and dictating the charges and force it to the customers without their consent!
