    @FreedomMobile Why is it that everytime shortly after I pay my bill I have issues with connection on BOTH MY CELLULAR PHONES ! It's not the first time ! The cost is rediculous ! I expect service !

    @freedomsupport I'm still experiencing no internet connection on my Samsung Galaxy phone. I hope your representative at a kiosk near me has a thick skin because I'm fuming. I will calm down before I go. Waiting for my laundry to dry which should be enough time.

    @FreedomMobile has horrible customer service and their supervisor Ali is a horrible person who is very rude and disgusting. They don’t understand integrity. They give empty promises and they waste time tbvh. Like Ali can respectfully jump off somewhere.

    @FreedomMobile Worst customer service experience with Freedom’s agents. Been given misinformation about my plan by TWO agents! It’s disgusting how they treat their loyal customers and how poorly they train their workers! UNACCEPTABLE!
