@freedomsupport Anyone else still waiting for their Pre order for IPhone Pro Max 13? I am and I did my preorder on Sept 17 2021 and no one from Freedom knows anything. No one can help. So much for Freedom. Maybe it's a code for leaving your company

Hi @FreedomMobile, I am travelling to India due to a family emergency. Will I get incoming text messages by default or I need to activate some package. I do not need to call or use my mobile data from India. I just need incoming text messages.

@FreedomMobile We bought the $100 plan with freedom mobile for our child. Do not get it for your kids. It cannot recieve or make calls or texts indoors. Anyone else with this issue? Freedom mobile doesn't care after you get it either.

@FreedomMobile I think you really need to rethink your customer support training. I'll be cancelling my account after speaking with a "manager" about a technical issue and seeing how rude and condescending he was. Manager Name: Ali C69099460
