Raman (@rdsraman16) reported@FreedomMobile, THIS IS ABSURD ! I placed an order for iPhone 13 pro 256gb at Dufferin location paying extra $100. I was told it’d take 3-4 weeks at max but it’s been more than 9 weeks now. I’ve been a customer for the past 3 years. Is this how you treat your customers ?
-
Paul Renaud 🇨🇦 (@mrpaulren) reported@AnthonyLacavera @FreedomMobile I have been using wind basically since I could. I still can't find better pricing on anything else. An upgrade in the tower network through quebec would make it a no-brainer

ChrisW (@ChJWo) reported@freedomsupport And why wouldn't I qualify for the BYOP discount? I never buy a phone through the carrier. Why reward new customers and not give that same reward to existing customers?
-
planet sandwich (@pIanet_sandwich) reported@FreedomMobile Anyone considering Freedom should know their coverage is poor and their customer service is awful. Recently moved and it was like pulling teeth trying to explain to them that a fully detached house doesn’t have apartment numbers. Then they turned off auto bill and blamed us.

ketul kansara (@KansaraKetul) reported@Hemal3490 @freedomsupport They should not charged once customer went away or port out. It’s doesn’t matter some one setup auto payment or not. System must stop charging the credit card. It’s ridiculous.
