@FreedomMobile I’ve been a customer FOR YEARS 5 months ago I switch over to a contract, doubled my original bill ONLY for BOTH phones to stop charging within weeks of each other n y’all are tryna TELL me there’s nothing you can do and I have to spend more money to get new phones

@freedomsupport I'm absolutely certain your Customer Retention team member missed the boat on this one... forget the fact that I had to argue to get money back for the US pkg that didn't work as promised, but when I said I was looking at taking my business elsewhere, they were literally silent.

@freedomsupport Do you have access to the long conversation with Support I had today (ended right before tweeting you) or would I need to repeat all of it?

Jesus Christ @FreedomMobile could you make your website any more difficult to deal with? WTF?!?

We've been through this so many times with @FreedomMobile. Terrible backup service – a Mayne Island power outage shouldn't mean the Mount Parke transmitter goes offline within minutes. I wish they'd come clean about what backups they do have.

@freedomsupport @AndreArsenault1 I really dislike these trouble shoot answers when most of the time it's your networks and you guys always fail to acknowledge it until too many customers start complaining online , instead of hiding things from customer be honest just like how rogers is buying you guys out
