    I've now been disconnected FOUR TIMES on The @FreedomMobile website trying to order a sim card and sign up for services. I'll literally be in the middle of typing a message and they disconnect. Piss poor customer service, AWFUL first impression. Total disregard for new customers

    Worst decision ever made after moving to @FreedomMobile, these guys just cheat on you. Worst customer service and customer service executives. They quote something else when selling and say something else after its sold.

    .@FreedomMobile My Better Business Bureau claim is still open, why haven't you responded to them. They make it public how you handle yourself and any of these cases are simple to settle if you side with the customer that they were told free phone with two year plan repay not free

    Be careful with @FreedomMobile you contract a plan, they offer you the service and you end up paying 200% more at the end of the month

    @freedomsupport Do you understand the word cash? I’m paying cash for a reason. My bank account is currently having issues. I don’t have a card to use right now. A fee for cash payments is discriminatory to lower income people too. Drop the fee. I shouldn’t have to pay extra to use it.

    @freedomsupport @FreedomMobile Now when I try to call customer Care, they keep disconnecting my call after sometime automatically. I visited the Freedom store Fairway Mall Kitchener , They said we cannot do anything , it's a billing issue only handled by customer care service.
