@freedomsupport why do you restrict the characters I can use in my password for your account? makes it harder to use a password manager and generate complex passwords. Poor practise, contrary to what every security expert recommends.

@freedomsupport customer here in Ontario, I am getting spam calls hourly from spoofed numbers, anything that can be done without blocking all inbound calls?
