    @freedomsupport is the worst phone provider there is. 2 separate times in 3 days spent a hour and half on the phone with customer support for them to pretty much say it's not our problem. The phone was bought from freedom. Freedom plan. But it's not there problem. Ridiculous

    @FreedomMobile $240 for 24 min call to customer support toll free number with @AirCanada for a cancelled flight. The call fees were not listed beforehand. The customer rep said toll free calls cost more but could not give me a link with this information.

    @freedomsupport The problem is there is no warning if and when they will be deleted. There also is no way to back them up to my pc for example. I'm pretty sure mine is 90 days or more. Never really looked into that detail. Never had that issue with previous provider.

    @FreedomMobile Eh, I remember those days. Just never listened to the song beyond two times. :D Never even tried doing the shake either. Especially after lunch.

    @FreedomMobile does Freedom offer a vacation mode to suspect service for a month (while on holiday) and pick the same package back up on return to Canada?

    @bellabigdeal @FreedomMobile emails me everyday various options for upgrades.. it’s like they know my **** old af
