@FreedomMobile I don’t know why people would ever call. I’m never going to answer. But if you do, I’d way rather have a follow up text explaining your call than have to listen to a voicemail.

@freedomsupport It’s been awesome I don’t try to give awful corporations a fake persona to relate to consumers on a pseudo intellectual level. It’s pure joy.

@freedomsupport we're experiencing no service at uplands and Paul Anka in Ottawa.

@freedomsupport speaking to the Loyalty department right now who said there was no solution except to "activate another new line". I've never been more frustrated with a phone provider before.

@freedomsupport The agent tried for me this morning but they got same error - credit card payments aren’t available at the time? And think it’s a glitch in the system, as I used top up last week to pay my tab off and it workd. I Do you know if there is an issue with the payment on ITs side?

@FreedomMobile @getrealmovement You just lost a 10+ year customer with five phones. You should be able to go to the states with you phone for less than $230/month, and not have to spend 2+ hours on the phone with 5 separate calls to figure out why you are being robbed.

  • Gerryfarkas9 Gerry farkas (@Gerryfarkas9) reported

@freedomsupport Now try and find a wide frame tv anywhere. It’s important to sell a customer on the benefits of a feature not just sell features. And back then they thought an 85” tv was crazy. They had asked me what size I wanted….

@vote4robgill @freedomsupport Good question! I’m not sure I think we need to check with our local cell service operators.

Recommendations wanted: I'm done with @FreedomMobile. The service has gone to **** ever since Shaw bought them & their latest billing screw-up is the last straw. The only thing about them I liked was the low monthly fee of $45. But I can get that with Virgin+, Koodo or Fido.
