Hey @freedomsupport , Is there an outage right now?

  • annechoy Anne Choy (@annechoy) reported

Dear @FreedomMobile I might have to cancel my plan with you guys. I get no data reception at my workplace. (130 Bloor St. Toronto) Can this be remedied before I have to cut my service and switch?

  • Adiking123 Adarsh dil (@Adiking123) reported

@freedomsupport @freedomsupport won’t be contacting you guys again to get insulted. If someone is asking for any waiver that doesn’t mean you guys can treat them like we don’t have any self respect. If I wanted to return the device I wouldn’t have purchased it at the first place.

@freedomsupport I dont have a question but I do have a comment as a very loyal customet. I was on the US Big gig roam plan just recently....my cell service was not reliable/consistent 2 say the least! Dropped calls, failed calls & texts,no service, etc. Truly disappointing 4 the $$ I spent

@nationalpost Thank goodness! @Rogers is pure garbage. Let @FreedomMobile be left as it is.

  • imleannem 🌟 Leanne M. (@imleannem) reported

@freedomsupport The issue is that Freedom Mobile blocks anonymous calls. That should not be happening. It limits my ability to receive calls as not all "Private Number" calls are spam; people have the right to their privacy when sharing personal information, like their phone number.

@FreedomMobile what ******** is up with your coverage in Sherwood Park. One minute I have four bars LTE and the next it's two bars of 3G. And I didn't even leave my home. You guys got a little goblin deviously running around with the cell tower or something?

  • Chrome262 Chrome262 (@Chrome262) reported

@L1ghtsword @FreedomMobile Only company that still gives free phones and the only company that has subways service. The others could but done care. Would be nice to have 5G
