Go into the store. Which we did yesterday. Guy updated her plan no problem but no phone in stock. She’s there again today and now they won’t upgrade her device, that they now have in stock…. Bc her married last name is different. @freedomsupport why do you guys make things hard?

@TheLastLinda Glad to know he’s trying. I’m with @FreedomMobile which is cheap but they only have a 4G network. And since Shaw announced the sale to Rogers, which has Videotron buying Freedom, talk of upgrading their network has ceased.

@freedomsupport Barrie Essa drive location as everything else is closed on a Sunday been unhappy with freedom as a whole since the shaw takeover by y Rogers was announced customer service has gone to -10

@FreedomMobile please help. Bought my daughter her FIRST phone line. activated it yesterday. it's not working. Freedom says we didn't pay (even though I have shown them the receipt). They say they can't help me and I have to go into the store which is now closed!!!!

@freedomsupport And then they told me to call 611 to have an agent try to call me phone number. And only then did that new person mention that Freedom has been having an outage in Alberta since yesterday, and that no, I don't need to go to the mall.
