@freedomsupport Which... effectively represents a penalty to your grandfathered customers who've supported you for some time. Hate to say it, but with the current arrangement on my account - the requirements to switch would bring the value of your service into serious question.

@FreedomMobile I gotta say, your upgrades policy in regard to grandfathered plans is really lacklustre. It means nothing more than a penalty against customers who by definition have been around for quite some time. Is their business not worth retaining? There's a fix...

@FreedomMobile I am freedom customer for almost 2 years and i work around amazon in ottawa ! Still after almost a year there is no coverage around that area ( boundary road ottawa ) this is ridiculous ! When you guys want to fix that ? I had no signal for whole day today 😡

@FreedomMobile Not to mention being hung up on 3 times by technical support trying to figure out why my brand new phone from them can't even send a picture or watch YouTube on data. 20GB of unusable data
