@FreedomMobile are literal fraudsters - no one in person can help you and they refuse to help over the phone and they lie about what the app can do. Never ******* use them.

@FreedomMobile Myself Sidharth Mohan, I was a freedom customer for almost a year. I have experienced extremely bad service from Freedom mobile today. Yesterday, I visited the Freedom store near me to change my prepaid service to a post-paid service for upgrading my hardware.

@OfficeGuru247 @theJagmeetSingh @FreedomMobile I liked freedom when I was with them in edmonton. Should never have left. Figured bundling with Telus would be cheaper but they are such snakes !

@FreedomMobile I can’t understand how a company relays information to new customers via online chat, to then have a local retailer give different information? As a new customer, why am I the one running around to buy your product?? Am I missing something?? #poorservice

  • XylantExodus
    Andrew Vanderschaaf (@XylantExodus) reported

@freedomsupport not urgent, but my data says roaming. I'm at home on wifi, but I live in a city with solid coverage. I scanned manually for networks and I see 3 'away' options. Are the internet towers down in peterborough?
