@freedomsupport Is your site having issues? It's refusing to bring up the 2FA dialog when I attempt to log in. Then it just says login failed. Would be cool if I could see my bill to pay it, thanks.

  • edditingy Eddie (@edditingy) reported

@freedomsupport can’t log into MyFreedom account as the page is down, and the app isn’t working either atm

  • ruthirwinlee Ruth Lee (@ruthirwinlee) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

@FreedomMobile You charged me for a call made from my Kanata home to Hamilton. When texting with support today, the first person said I called from an area that gets Nationwide Calling and asked for my postcode. The second person said I had called a national no.

  • G_ademie Ganiyat Aderonke (@G_ademie) reported

@freedomsupport I requested for a change in plan a day earlier to my cycle bill, I wanted a bigger data plan which they did. I was not informed there will be cost implications for changing plan before the old plan ends and your customer service insisted I have to bear that cost myself.

  • MediaMilly Cathy Quinton (@MediaMilly) reported

@freedomsupport I'm a current customer. I'd like to get my son on a better cell phone plan. He's currently being gouged by another provider. Does anyone offer unlimited data?

  • ecnepsnai Ian? (@ecnepsnai) reported

@freedomsupport Ah, my apologies. A reboot seems to have fixed the issue. Thanks!

  • tabu424 T_Bell (@tabu424) reported

If it's Friday in Canada then it's time YET AGAIN for @Rogers cable, #Ignite and that little thing we rely on CELLPHONE / Mobile Access to CRASH! Can't reach LIVE CSR so any guess when service will be restored including partners SHAW & @FreedomMobile? @CRTCeng FIX THIS NOW!

  • valdaymusic Xander Valentine (@valdaymusic) reported

Hey, @FreedomMobile @freedomsupport why is it so difficult to change a billing address; why do you guys even have an address that’s saved and verified, that’s an address I haven’t lived at since 2014, and would have never given that address out to you, but yet it’s verified? 🤔

  • Richard70177172 Richard Oliveira (@Richard70177172) reported

@FreedomMobile so what's the use in having your customer service staff have no clue what they are doing??

  • MattToronto 爪att (@MattToronto) reported

@freedomsupport The saga continues. Reached out to support for the 3rd time. 2nd line still not ported, apparently because the IMEI contained spaces. If that's an issue, the agent should've caught this, or the system should've caught this, and it should've been corrected. Imbiciles.
