    @Rogers @FreedomMobile @Bell your service really suck! Nothing works inside the houses. Are we supposed to just rely on wifi in house? Your services just work outside with best speed. Look into this matter

    @FreedomMobile I closed my acct. 8 months ago, paid the balance & have email confirmation. Why are you sending me a bill? I've tried to speak to customer service & no one will respond.

    Hello @FreedomMobile I bought an IPhone XS Max from you as a customer and have since paid off the phone however the phone is till locked to freedom mobile after all these years. I have visited your service center and called tech support countless times.

    @FreedomMobile My grandparents are stuck in Dubai International Airport and there was a drone strike and their relying on Freedom to communicate since Wi-Fi is down but Freedom Support refused to provide them with roaming service waived or any help! Can you guys help please?

    @FreedomMobile got scammed for the annual plan. Been paying my dad’s phone every year and they charged me for a plan that they never provided. Instead they gave me the lower plan but charged me for the higher tier plan. Now I’m stuck with useless agent refusing to pay that back
