    I find it sooooo stupid that the only 2 options you have to add a phone to your account with @FreedomMobile is thru either messaging or leaving your house and putting yourself at risk just to go into the store because calling in is NOT an option 🙄🙄

    @freedomsupport Worst Service ever. Have 3 lines with freedom for 2.5 years. Ordered 2 Iphone 12 Pro and put down deposit towards both in October 2020. Still haven't received the device nor any information. No one has the answers neither retail store or online customer service. Bad decision

    @FreedomMobile @freedomsupport I would not recommend this network for anyone. I placed an order since Dec 21, 2020. It did not came to me. I wanted to cancel it while they say wait to receive it then cancel. I asked when can I get it? they answer that they do not know where is
