Went to the mall today the guy convinced me to to switch from @chatrmobile to @FreedomMobile I can only deal with bad service for so long like literally everything was bad and I mean everything

@FreedomMobile Can someone give me a call to refund my money as freedom never provided the services to me properly? I have been told that you port the number to the other company, so we can't refund? 5 months, 5+ tickets with your team, no issue resolved.

@freedomsupport relay to your superiors that we are approaching 2023 & customers are waiting for a full 5G roll out plan or announcement, in addition we need more service towers in the GTA. Weak signal strength is plaguing Etobicoke. Thanks.

Worst decision ever made after moving to @FreedomMobile, these guys just cheat on you. Worst customer service and customer service executives. They quote something else when selling and say something else after its sold.

@freedomsupport @FreedomMobile Now when I try to call customer Care, they keep disconnecting my call after sometime automatically. I visited the Freedom store Fairway Mall Kitchener , They said we cannot do anything , it's a billing issue only handled by customer care service.

Hey @freedomsupport last few weeks its been very hard to get pictures sent to me via text messages; didn't have any problems before that. They often take forever to download/multiple tries, or don't download at all. Any ideas?
