    @FreedomMobile @Rogers please help my freedom internet is down from last 10 days and still the issue has not been resolved.Called freedom services many times they said they escalated the issue to rogers but the issue still persist.Please help

    @FreedomMobile So quite disappointed! Looking at an upgrade with this promotion. Been a customer since U were created & U don’t provide any loyalty incentives to stay with U! Walked up to the local depot & just called your toll free line. No one is able to work with us. Goodbye Freedom!

    So very disappointed in @FreedomMobile!! Did everything that was required for myself and the person who referred me to get the referral credit. Have been contacting them the only way possible…..by email….only to get no reply. This issue has been going on for a month!!

    @FreedomMobile is a joke I bout a 75gb package and they throttled me to less than 1mbps after 10gb and their support offers nothing

    @deanholden0 @FreedomMobile Have had the exact opposite experience with @FreedomMobile - their support team has always come through for me. Good luck sorting it out. Still better than Bell!
