๐ก๐ฎ๐ฒ๐ฒ๐บ ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ (@Jamhooriat) reported@FreedomMobile Today, Pathetic service quality and poor coverage all the way from Rupert to production way on Lougheed Highway. No signals permanently on the east side of Burnaby mountain, Its quiet frustrating. I'll definitely change my service provider, soon.

Tania Tomicic (@mstomicic) reported@FreedomMobile wow! customer service gets worse! I was told 24 hours to get my number back that you changed without my permisson, I waited patiently and now another 24-48 hours? This is ridiculous! Unacceptable.

Yosh & Rusty's Mum (@Rustykitty65) reported@FreedomMobile @TASSCouncil @cityoftoronto Well done! This is a great example of being a good corporate citizen. The digital divide is a real problem. A lot of people only have enough money for rent & food. Phones & plans are just too expensive but with everything going online have become a necessity

Laine Robson (@robsonlaine) reported@Crackmacs @FreedomMobile @koodo If you generally stick to the city center, Freedom should be just fine. I live in Auburn Bay, and often have service drops on my Freedom phone (which doesn't have "roaming" plan coverage). My work phone is on another carrier, and never has issues in the same spots.

Sahil Kataria (@djuc14) reported@FreedomMobile You guys have the worst customer service experience. Not even sure why you call it customer support? Most of your store employees are rude and calling your support for help yields exactly ZERO results. I'm taking my business elsewhere #ByeFelicia

Steve Ma (@StmakMa) reported@FreedomMobile Don't be fooled by their carrot deals. Their network coverage is the worst!

Yosh & Rusty's Mum (@Rustykitty65) reported@freedomsupport I'll give you a call later. As an existing customer I can switch to one of the deals? Also, do you have simple phones with big screens for seniors?

Raj Sidhu (@rajsidhxu) reported@freedomsupport I am really disappointed with the customer service. I guess loyalty donโt play much in freedom network

Kiana (@kiana_sao) reported@virginmobilecan Honestly, you have to be the worst mobile company. Locked into contract until Nov 2020. Phone is now paid but my bill did not go down. Called and was told the plan isnโt reduced unless I call in. You guys are crooks. Hello @FreedomMobile
