@FreedomMobile Don’t know it’ll be buffering for 30 minutes on your “network”. 3G only in half the CAPITAL OF THE COUNTRY is a joke. Tech confirms your network is like Swiss cheese. Guess I’ll spend money elsewhere. It’s 2021, 4G shouldn’t be a challenge, and not sending half my texts…

  • Sammy_xooxo Sam (@Sammy_xooxo) reported

@FreedomMobile “no-term contracts” my ***. do not go with this phone company. The service is ****. They lock you into a plan even though they promise it’s not a plan and you’re not locked in. You’ll have to pay $500-1,000 to get out of it. Just don’t. They’re ****.

@FreedomMobile You need to expand your service between Windsor to Leamington. Very very very bad coverage to a point where I am looking for options to go to another carrier.

  • Truewags B Wags (@Truewags) reported

@FreedomMobile what up with the network? I can send or receive texts from non iPhones!

  • akshitraheja AKSHIT RAHEJA (@akshitraheja) reported

@CrystalGs_World @freedomsupport I am having the same issues. @freedomsupport you need to escalate this. You guys are not even aware of the issue. What are your field analysts doing if they are not aware of the issue? Everytime end user has to complaint and then it’s escalated. Ridiculous.
