@FidoSolutions I sent message 1 response that's it. Nothing else. If you can help me to end service with Fido so that I can switch to @FreedomMobile

  • sesamejar Mehrad (@sesamejar) reported

@freedomsupport That is not true! Because I paid the previous bill where cap was reached and activated the add-on on the next bill! @FreedomMobile has the highest price based on the quality of service you receive!

@VictoriousOwO @FreedomMobile And nobody said you were mandated to buy a new device to remain a customer.

@freedomsupport I’m starting to get really annoyed with how reliable service is. Haven’t been able to send txt msg for 3 days now and no one there can help. Are you guys have outages?

  • foretheshow Fore The Show (@foretheshow) reported

@freedomsupport For the past 48 hours I have no data connectivity. Nothing loads. Are there outage issues or is this a throttling of my data?

  • VanCitySlug socialnorms (@VanCitySlug) reported

@freedomsupport @sesamejar Great customer service there bud. "Hey so like we said before, it's your problem, deal with it. But please leave a testimonial and tell your friends about us"

  • leeanne_walker Lee-Anne-Rose Walker (@leeanne_walker) reported

@freedomsupport That’s not true. Just spoke to someone on the phone and my ticket will not be escalated to be resolved. Im paying $150 a month to not be able to send txt msgs and no one can tell me why or help.

  • LocalRaccoon156 Canadian Raccoon. (@LocalRaccoon156) reported

Making data speeds slow because you went over you data limit is not a bad policy. However, making it so slow to the point it's basically unusable is so unbelievably evil. Paying 62.00 for 19gb is not worth it. @FreedomMobile is trash and I can't wait to leave this company.

@freedomsupport I just got off the phone with your colleagues — they were unable to help me, but thanks for the offer. I was told I would need to turn off my Wifi every time, which isn’t much of a fix.
