    Customer since 2017. @FreedomMobile says my contract showed the wrong TradeUp amount. 6 months later they added $669 and won’t waive it. Their mistake, my cost.

    @FreedomMobile just ended the call with Aya c10480. After 2h, still got scummed by your company. Never again! No more talks! Folks - do not sign with FreedomMobile especially the prepaid services.

    I have a @Fidomobile cell & the signal is terrible where I live. Frequent dropouts, no 5g. I'm done with it. Went to a @FreedomMobile store and, respect to them, they admitted their signal is weak where I live too. They're new, so I'll wait, and their integrity won't be forgotten

    @FreedomMobile is the ABSOLUTE worst service provider ever! 14 years as a customer and I’m being treated so horribly, cancel your services with them abhorrent customer service
