@FreedomMobile thank you for taking my money and then suspending my service. Two hours of my time wasted and a refusal for a refund. Not very good customer service.

  • SarahBurssty Sarah Burssty 💙💛 (@SarahBurssty) reported

A suggestion, @freedomsupport, if you actually care about the safety and the wellbeing of your customers, please get me someone who is actually able to recover a "quarantined" number. Your staff are incompetent by your choice and are given little to no account information to help

  • dokterhill Brad Hill (@dokterhill) reported

@freedomsupport You lost me as a customer and everyone l told about my experience. Could have so easily been solved. Word of mouth travels fast.

A peice of paper isn't a problem A phone isn't a problem -- @TMZ @Pontifex @FreedomMobile -- A man is never allowed to access a peice of paper in a magical way And definitely not a phone -- A squirrel beside a phone No problem No rules need to be around Except no men again

It sucks not having data while having a low battery and being a customer of @FreedomMobile

  • MsMo0881 Ms. Mo (@MsMo0881) reported

@freedomsupport @TheRealMrMic Is there a reason why my daughter's service was suspended after we put a top up credit on back on February 26? I spoke to one of your reps this morning who was not only rude but also unhelpful

  • mattruss905 Matthew Russell (@mattruss905) reported

@FreedomMobile if I'm clearly in one of your coverage areas but consistently have your network fail and my phone reverts to roaming on Nationwide why is it me who suffers the loss of full speed roaming data access? It is not me choosing to roam, it is your network failing me.

  • Rubyhav Ruby (@Rubyhav) reported

@freedomsupport Well after speaking to 5 different people I was told nothing we can do. In a very rude manner actually. Can send the screen shot of it if you prefer.

  • DimitriA26 James A (@DimitriA26) reported

@FreedomMobile I love my human rights being violated at your stores! Just a freedom customer for over 10 years! You know, such a good way to treat loyal customers

  • TheRealMrMic Mr. Mic (@TheRealMrMic) reported

@freedomsupport It seems to@be a connection issue with your towers
