    @FreedomMobile is a complete garbage service and I will disconnect all 3 accounts ASAP. I keep getting with the prepaid accounts and I hear is because we have some defect! My son ended up without the service in a dangerous situation because of your defect. There you have it!

    @PKP_Qc @FreedomMobile customer since 2018 and have asked about a no cost phone upgrade as a loyal customer. At this time, all options presented to me as a client include auto-pay & this is a reason to leave Freedom. Can policy be reviewed in this?

    @FreedomMobile In Niagara Falls Canada last 2 days. Get a message yesterday that I roamed into the US and would be charged at such. Never left Canada. And now today can't get a call out. Not even to you for support. What happened to your twitter suport chat.

    @FreedomMobile hi- ever since I switched to freedom a month ago I can't receive or send group texts. Your support is telling me freedom will not work with text groups of 10 people or more. Is this true??
