  • _BrianMahoney Brian Mahoney @Brian_Mahoney@mas.to (@_BrianMahoney) reported

@FidoSolutions The notice was buried in your abysmal account details. Regardless, I/we have other options now. @freedomsupport and @Videotron offer better plans at better prices. Was the $2 worth losing a customer? A five year customer?

  • CharlesMicah Charles T (@CharlesMicah) reported

@freedomsupport @meadoval4lyf I'm on the subway today too and finding the same thing! No Freedom service in any downtown Yonge stations or tunnels that normally have coverage.

  • b2caron Brandon Caron (@b2caron) reported

@FreedomMobile will Freedom's home network be expanded with Videotron's Quebec network? I don't want to be roaming when I go to Montreal anymore 😢

  • meadoval4lyf person (@meadoval4lyf) reported

@freedomsupport @CharlesMicah I think you're being told it's not a device issue. It's something at your end. Can't your socials team tell your tech team? @BAICanada

  • _Tj_h Tj H (@_Tj_h) reported

@TTChelps @TReaper999 @FreedomMobile +1 to this. I'm on freedom and i still get no service between stations

  • CanadianRacc00n CanadianRaccøøn (@CanadianRacc00n) reported

@FreedomMobile I am having issues with the app but I want to be able to get a new phone plan that gives me more data per month. Mainly because I fly through my data in less than 2 weeks.

  • NateDrescher Nathan A. Drescher (@NateDrescher) reported

So @Videotron now owns @FreedomMobile and is promising 5G across the network and prices 20% lower than the big three. Could this be the beginning of good things for #Canada?

  • ReplicatorUnit STARFLEET REPLICATOR UNIT (PARODY) (@ReplicatorUnit) reported

@FreedomMobile so, now that you sold out - yet again - what will happen to our rate plans etc.? Will @Videotron use lube, when they take over our service etc? Will we get a choice on plans etc? We the users of #FreedomMobile need answers.

  • _BrianMahoney Brian Mahoney @Brian_Mahoney@mas.to (@_BrianMahoney) reported

@FidoSolutions What's to go over? I paid you $49.46 for four and a half years, no problem. Now it's $51.46 because Rogers bought Shaw. Hell, I'm not paying for that. @Videotron offers a much better plan for $50.00. 20 Gigs! @freedomsupport is up next.

  • ikon400 manDem (@ikon400) reported

@FreedomMobile why do i have to pay 11.30$ for having my own simcard converted to esim. I’m changing my network for such unreasonable act.
