    @FreedomMobile is a complete garbage service and I will disconnect all 3 accounts ASAP. I keep getting with the prepaid accounts and I hear is because we have some defect! My son ended up without the service in a dangerous situation because of your defect. There you have it!

    @FreedomMobile next step will be to move all my lines to Roger’s and pay the penalty with freedom. That’s how disappointed in this company who is willing to loose a customer of 6 years

    @FreedomMobile please investigate your outsourced employees as one or more of them are sending scam text with links. These text only started coming after reaching out to your support team after a double payment off my credit card a few months ago

    After 15 years we dropped @Rogers they offered no price match or customer retention. And wouldn’t even offer the same rate as their “new to Canada” offer… @FreedomMobile FTW exact same everything and bill is down $100 month
