    PSA: Don’t trust the @FreedomMobile store at Jackson Square. I cancelled my prepaid plan on July 15 after switching to @koodo, but they still charged my card for August. Now I have to wait 5 business days just to see if I can get a refund. Your customer service number is a joke

    Hey @FreedomMobile it's 2025. You've been in ( #VancouverBC since 2010 ) 15 Years I think it's time to fix your Data & Call Coverage. Can't even go on the SkyTrain without losing service all over.

    @deanholden0 @FreedomMobile Have had the exact opposite experience with @FreedomMobile - their support team has always come through for me. Good luck sorting it out. Still better than Bell!

    @FreedomMobile is a joke I bout a 75gb package and they throttled me to less than 1mbps after 10gb and their support offers nothing
