@FreedomMobile the easiest thing to do on a website, should be to update your credit card for billing. Extremely unhelpful when the instructions from support are wrong. Then you end up in the hell of customer support and there is no effective way to communicate your frustration.

@freedomsupport I will when I have time. But been down this road before and the "fix" seems to make zero difference. Had a near emergency the other weekend out of town and despite having a signal on "Away" data did not work at all. Luckily a friend was there as well.

Was not allowed into a @FreedomMobile store today. When I called to file a complaint and cancel- I kept being transferred and no one would provide answers! Switched service providers right then and there and so are my friends! #CustomerExperience #Vancouver @vancitybuzz

@FreedomMobile This Trade up thing is the worst possible idea by Freedom. Some of us never want to give up our things. Without Trade up Eligible you guys are more expensive and with far lesser coverage than Rogers or other big guys. Just my honest Feedback.
