🇨🇦Jay🏴 (@jaytheredneck1) reported@FreedomMobile Well as a customer since wind first started, when I try to upgrade my device to the iPhone 12, I get shafted with my old data plan and it’s telling me to pay 120 upfront in addition to the $85/mo. Where new customers are getting 22gb with 0 upfront and $85/mo. Ready to switch.

Martin Beattie (@andrewsdad2007) reported@Crackmacs @koodo @FreedomMobile i’m on the Shaw free plan, pay $10 a gig for data that rolls over if i don’t use it. you connect to their hotspots all over the city so don’t use much data. No issues at all.

Ashish Goel (@ash_goel) reported@FreedomMobile why mislead customers? You overcharge customers on top of connection fee even when the discounted rates should apply. I paid a large bill the first month. Moreover, ur customer care is rotten. In this lockdown, they ask me to go to the store & register a complain🤮

We switched to Shaw which we already had for internet and now we pay $6.66 for 2 phones! Poor phone reception in the house but we switched to wifi calling and that fixed it.
