    @FreedomMobile Just got off with 611 retention and it was the worst experience ever. A total disgrace by a @Quebecor subsidiary. The people they hire are a disgrace to Canadian society. Can't answer simple questions and threaten customers. @CRTCHearings

    - @FreedomMobile why am I being told "check back again tomorrow" and "it's probably a glitch and it'll fix itself" when I asked why I was double charged on my phone bill this month? That's disgraceful customer service from your team

    @FreedomMobile Hey, you guys need to get your act together & set up service in the Trail, Castlegar, Nelson, Rosland, & salmo area of BC ASAP. Why does this small region have no service yet there is coverage there? You guys have service in Grand Forks & in Creston. So?šŸ¤”?šŸ¤”?
