If you speak nicely and calmly to the customer service on call, they won’t help you. 1st time: Talked calmly - they dropped the call once I presented my problem. 2nd time: Talked calmly - dropped 3rd now waiting for the hold they’ve put me in. @FreedomMobile

Hey @FreedomMobile @FreedomSupport my phone’s cut off right now and I’m trying to login so I can pay my bill but I keep getting a blank white page with a “503 Service Temporarily Unavailable” message. Heaven forbid if there’s an emergency and I need my phone. WTF is going on? 🤬

Do any mobile carriers offer actual free phones on contract? I’ve been with @freedomsupport for years despite their service. They sent me a letter saying I’m eligible for a new $0 phone. When I go in, they agree, as long as I pay off the phone at $35/month…for a free phone.

@SeanMontani @FreedomMobile Every customer is subject to the fair use policy (data is unlimited at slower speeds), not just you. There is no such thing as "unlimited high-speed" data on any cellular network in Canada. Fyi: 4G is 3G on your device.
