@freedomsupport How about - one of your agent makes a mistake on a customer account and you make the customer pay for it for 3 months, and on top of that you refuse to issue refund? @FreedomMobile

@FreedomMobile I have a plan with @FreedomMobile that does not work 100% of the time. I have a plan with @FreedomMobile that i pay for, however my phone is useless as there is no connection to their ‘unlimited’ network is useless

@FreedomMobile An extra $300!!! Thanks for the “free upgrade”. Customer service won’t help....I was fine waiting out my contract. This is the crap Bell does and why I left. It’s dishonest.

@freedomsupport Will you be offering the Pixel 6 Pro on release day? If so, which colours & storage options? I'm a long time Freedom customer but Telus is offering pre-registration for the Pixel 6, and I need to upgrade to the 6 the moment it's released (my Pixel 2XL is dying)
