    @freedomsupport I've already called you multiple times and been lied to, and not been credited this promotion. Instead just threatened by @Freedom to keep service cut off before I've even had my first bill due date. No thanks. If you're going to keep lying you can do it publically.

    @FreedomMobile no network in the Kitchener Doon South area where as your network coverage shows 4G… I cannot even make a normal phone call… always show SOS… you are losing a loyal customer!

    @freedomsupport Yeah, it doesn't sound like you value good customers when you don't offer good customers anything at all for being a good customer. We can say what we want about the big 3 telecom companies, but at least with them the experience improves by being a good customer.

    @freedomsupport Thanks for tweeting me back!!! Yes I blocked the number as it was an obvious thing to do. But it makes me wonder how this person got my Freedom cell phone number, ad my phone number is private and I never give it out to anyone… I might have to call in to change my phone…

    @MobileSyrup I've been with @FreedomMobile for about 10 years and I'm very happy. They just recently upped my monthly data to 30gb and reduced my bill to $30 a month via a long-term customer bonus. I haven't had a phone bill that low for 20 years. What's not to like? 😎

    .@CRTCeng pls ask @FreedomMobile 2 investigate the police using stingray technology to hack into my phone on a daily basis They are hiding on maplesugar lane and the park down the street from bentwood cres. I've informed you and the police of this many times and nothing gets done

    @freedomsupport No worries, I have transferred my loyalty… you lost a loyal customer! Try improving your network outside GTA and stop showing you have 4G across! @FreedomMobile
