@FreedomMobile Until our kids catch covid because of our crap government plans and then we are home caring for our sick kids. Seriously? Are any parents excited about school in the middle of a 4th wave? Worst advertisement ever!

  • Redhead_Canuk James Taylor (@Redhead_Canuk) reported

@freedomsupport How is that unfortunate for you? It's unfortunate for me that I've stuck it out this far. When I need to juggle some bills I don't expect to be suspended for a mere $146 and told by CS that it's just policy. No mention of help, just pay up.

@freedomsupport is your text messaging service down?

  • Soroosh19 Soroosh (@Soroosh19) reported

@freedomsupport The problem is that the @VirginPlus staff manipulated me, into getting a phone so I would be stuck in their contract for two years paying too much for a outdated phone. They are truely the worst scammers out there. Taking advantage of peoples boredom during a pandemic.

@freedomsupport I rather have your tech team come out with a status of your services because right now online on web pages it shows lots of people having issues

@FreedomMobile I just wanted to share what an absolutely positive experience I had setting my son up with a new mobile phone from @FreedomMobile at White Oaks Mall in #ldnont . Hilary deserves a pat on the back. Excellent customer service! #timeslikethese

@freedomsupport You're saying I didn't ask for help in the approved manner? 🤦 Just forget it. I have enough companies making my life difficult already.

  • MashTheBatch Mad Mash (@MashTheBatch) reported

@freedomsupport I already have a ticket for the issue I wanted to spread the word since your company were aware enough of the situation to offer a fix but not responsible enough to warn your customers of the very serious problem! What up with that?!
