@FreedomMobile Just the worst company to deal with. Their parent /sister company, #ShawMobile, is just as sleazy. If your #cellphone account is with either run to damn near any other #mobility carrier. Like dealing with the worst used car salesmen ever. @ShawInfo

@EricaEhm @FreedomMobile Oh their central customer service is awful. Occasionally you get someone good in a store, but I don't go out that much anymore. Sorry you had that on top of everything else. Sounds like you've had a crappy day!

@EricaEhm @FreedomMobile Unfortunately, customer retention is a low priority for major mobile Carriers in Canada nowadays. Churn makes the bottom line sparkle for them. I simply wait until my current carrier messes up too badly to fix, then move on to a competitor. Repeat cycle every 2-3 years, sadly.

@freedomsupport I’d love you to give me a solution not an excuse via DM. Unlocking a cell phone should not be this hard. That you make it this difficult makes me wonder what kind of game you’re running. Please give me a solution via DM. @freedomsupport @FreedomMobile

@freedomsupport Thanks for the offer. There's nothing you can do. I used to overlook the spotty service area because the price was low. Now your plans aren't significantly different from other carriers, but your coverage area is. Solving that issue isn't in your job description.

@freedomsupport Hey, is unconditional call forwarding a paid service ? If yes, what are the charges

@freedomsupport All unknown callers go straight to voicemail for a few weeks now. This has been going on for 8 years at least. Chinese robocallers and others harassing my phone. It never stops, and they keep using new fake numbers each time. I hope STIR/SHAKEN can be active on iPhones soon!

@EricaEhm @FreedomMobile Mobile service in Canada is one of the things that makes me hesitate about returning. I know nobody there who doesn't hate their carrier.

@freedomsupport A lot of song and dance. I’ll wait to see any results. The runaround just to get basic service from @FreedomMobile is ridiculous.
