@FreedomMobile Your messaging support system is horrible. I can't even activate my new SIM card. I've clicked "I need help" five times now and I got no response with regards to activating my SIM card. Wtf is this!?

@freedomsupport I truly appreciate that however I still have a bad taste in my mouth from the freedom home internet service that was so poorly handled in my case. I will touch base with a representative in my city in due course since I refuse to use Rogers, Shaw, or Telus for retail service.

@freedomsupport However, when I called customer care today, I was told I will not get any credit of 45 dollars so called up gradation fee Ok, is it a fault of mine or your sales policy? I was quite loyal to freedom, although I had offers from Telus via my company..cont

@FreedomMobile Cheaper is not always better. Service throttles often. I wont get texts til the next day, even verification texts. Service reads emergency calls only often. I feel like I pay for nothibg. It leeches service from my home wifi. Other than that, very poor all around. AVOID THIS!!!

  • BurnCity79 JJ (@BurnCity79) reported

@FreedomMobile Don't do it. I had the S21+ & it died after 3 weeks so I exchanged it for the S22 Ultra that had been released 2 days prior. This S22 Ultra has nothing but issues. I know a few others who have this phone & they have just as many issues with it as I do. Samsung has gone to crap.

  • TheyNamedMeJay Jay (@TheyNamedMeJay) reported

Do any mobile carriers offer actual free phones on contract? I’ve been with @freedomsupport for years despite their service. They sent me a letter saying I’m eligible for a new $0 phone. When I go in, they agree, as long as I pay off the phone at $35/month…for a free phone.

@FreedomMobile my plan flipped over yesterday and data is still super slow. What is up? Yes, I tried rebooting.

  • WEATHERxCALIPHA Calipha Turney (@WEATHERxCALIPHA) reported

@Exeoon @FreedomMobile They still have yet to provide true 4G nevermind 5G, not to mention much of their service outside of the major metropolitan areas is reduced down to 3G.

  • Rootbrian_ GNU/Linux-using Rootbrian's updates and thoughts (@Rootbrian_) reported

@SeanMontani @FreedomMobile Every customer is subject to the fair use policy (data is unlimited at slower speeds), not just you. There is no such thing as "unlimited high-speed" data on any cellular network in Canada. Fyi: 4G is 3G on your device.
