    @freedomsupport Not at your prices sorry dropped calls cost me big money. It is bad enough cell phone service in Canada is over priced I am not going to pay over priced and sub standard. But good luck out there.

    @FreedomMobile An extra $300!!! Thanks for the “free upgrade”. Customer service won’t help....I was fine waiting out my contract. This is the crap Bell does and why I left. It’s dishonest.

    @FreedomMobile Problem isi would never pay what you charge for services given your poor coverage and unreliable services About 6 people I work with are with you and I was years ago Dropped calls even in the city, poor service and hardly work out site the City Virgin Bell Telus and Rogers work

    Hi @FreedomMobile, yesterday I purchased a 6mth prepaid plan and just today learned that your network doesn't cover even the very urban neighborhood of Steveston in Richmond, BC. Is it possible that there is no cancellation/refund available?
