  @freedomsupport My husband and I have tried that several time. Doesn't work on roaming either, at best we have had 1-2 bars at best and calls and texts still not going through. Just looking for information on what is happening mostly to hopefully get some sort of eta on service restoration.

  @FreedomMobile Freedom mobile has continued to accept my direct payments from my bank account yet not apply them to my account I have finally got it the payment issue straightend out It cost me over $100.00 to do so Money that I will never see and should never have been taken from my account

  @FreedomMobile are the most incompetent service provider I have ever come across in my life. Terrible customer service and inept. Do yourself a favour and run the other way from Freedom Mobile #carrier #mobile #cellular
