    .@freedomsupport $45 charge to upgrade a phone. Just a B.S. cash grab. No service improvements. No wonder cell phone companies are universally hated. Freedom promise to be but they're all the same in the end. Time to bring in competition from the USA.

    Not one to complain, but @FreedomMobile and its network just stinks. 6+ years as a loyal customer with multiple line. Network is getting worse + lucky to even connect many times. Even for emergencies. Brutal. I guess you get what you pay for. #wireless #unhappycustomer

    @freedomsupport Is internet down ….. yesterday mobile data was not at all working and today its the same thing … nothing loads up … what’s going on?

    The worst phone company in toronto has to be @FreedomMobile , the lack of customer service, lies, and agents unable to write notes promised into my account is beyond infuriating.

    @FreedomMobile I was verbally and physically abused by a freedom employee. Don't use their network! I am still in the process of recovery.

    @Inferno593 @FreedomMobile Don’t be fooled. Freedom is absolutely awful, go with Bell or something. Their service is actually reliable

    @freedomsupport I’m happy with everything else about Freedom, but the service that day was really bad. Just kept blaming us. Didn’t care we were 20-30 kilometres away from the US in Canada.
