    Thanks, @freedomsupport I know you always give me good service, finished product, I just think telecommunications is one of the least over-sighted industries. You guys need the government researching better programs to help people pay their bills and how to care for cell phones

    @freedomsupport Hers is on the "home" network as opposed to having access to "away" network. I didn't know if have to pay for a different/additional package for her to have mostly unencumbered service. Thanks for the reply.

    @freedomsupport Everybody at ur customer care keeps saying that as I have been hearing that from over 2 weeks. Incredible service for a new client like myself. Why do I have to waste so much of my time trying to explain the situation to every other person I meet or talk to at your call centre?

    @freedomsupport I alrdy mentioned my sim hasn't been activated, my no. hasn't been ported, I was promised a bill of $35 but just in activating my online A/c I recieved a bill of $45 in just 5 days? No resolution to my issues, no sim activation, no service usage nothing at all but I need to pay?
