Brent (Weatherman) (@Weatherman2709) reported@YPM1982 @eeone @FreedomMobile I was told to go into the store and get them to do a reversal and the store told me to go and phone customer service and get them to look into fixing it. Tun around with several days battling with a mess that should never had happened.

The store took the original hardware but didn’t do a reversal of the value of the phone back to consumer account. They made it look like I broke the service agreement also value of full new phone plus activation of $70
