@FreedomMobile it has been over 2 years sense I asked this but why do you still not carry the Galaxy watch, you said it was coming soon same as 5G and years later still no improvement in coverage or products. Think it's time to return to a real phone service provider

Either the CSR is unable to do anything useful, or @FreedomMobile is screwing her over intentionally. Neither one is good for phones. DO NOT use Freedom, unless you want to spend literal hours contesting the offers they promised and never applied.

The biggest mistake I have done is choosing #FreedomMobile as my phone connection. Their support team - @freedomsupport - is an absolute failure. I am trying to change my address for two weeks. two weeks ago they said it's done... but not done yet... anyone got any suggestions...

@FreedomMobile can’t get a straight answer from your company yet you talk abou “keeping lines of communication open”. All talk, very poor service!

@FreedomMobile The customer service this company provides is beyond terrible. After being on hold for 30 minutes, I tried the text option. Text made me wait another 25 minutes for an "agent" that won't confirm they are human. #freedommobile

@freedomsupport I fell down a completely different rabbit hole. I found a Pinephone (runs certain Linux ARM distros) that works with Freedom. It'll be interesting to see what happens after I set the thing up.
