    @FreedomMobile Yes stuck on repeat with no one taking ownership. I've been bounced btwn two depts for 2 hrs!! 9 people I spoke to!! u have effed up my profile in the DB either a sync issue or corrupted and I'm stuck in middle. I'm going to CRTC if I don't get help ASAP

    Hello @FreedomMobile I bought an IPhone XS Max from you as a customer and have since paid off the phone however the phone is till locked to freedom mobile after all these years. I have visited your service center and called tech support countless times.

    @FreedomMobile just ended the call with Aya c10480. After 2h, still got scummed by your company. Never again! No more talks! Folks - do not sign with FreedomMobile especially the prepaid services.

    @FreedomMobile I’ve been trying to get in touch with your customer service team for 2 days now with no luck. All 5 times I’ve been on hold for more than 30 minutes. No agents available on WhatsApp either. I’m having issues with my home internet and need technical support.

    @FreedomMobile what is going on with your network? One week Bell customers can't get calls through and today my Dad's phone didn't work all afternoon. Not good!!
