    I signed up weeks ago for Freedom Home Internet. My activation date was yesterday BUT I'VE NOT RECEIVED MY MODEM OR ROUTER. My other ISP has been cancelled and I have no internet for my home. That's a huge problem. I NEED THE HARDWARE TODAY!!!!!! 🤬 @FreedomMobile

    @FreedomMobile been on hold for over an hour twice to get a usage report for Aug 15- Sep 15 2025. Why is it so difficult to get in touch with support. Texted, WhatsApp, called. What else can I do? Please get in touch and help out. @FreedomMobile

    @FreedomMobile please investigate your outsourced employees as one or more of them are sending scam text with links. These text only started coming after reaching out to your support team after a double payment off my credit card a few months ago

    @FreedomMobile I’ve been a loyal customer for 2.5 years, and lately the monthly plan has become tough to manage. Others R offering better prices with similar data & intl minutes. I’d genuinely prefer to stay, but I need help to make my plan more affordable. can do to help me stay with freedom?
