    @FreedomMobile Pretty upset that I was called a liar from your employees when I have proof of the issue. I also have the conversation from your employee on my phone. Is this how you treat everyone who has an issue?

    @freedomsupport Anyway to urgently contact, the normal contact centers are closed and i need urgent support. My number has been ported to a wrong number.

    @freedomsupport Sending texts stopped working yesterday. Issue is Freedom SIM bc phone works with Bell SIM. Your 611 won't ring and 1-877 number not accepting calls. No answer to DM. What's going on Freedom? #freedommobile
