  • CarolP_media CaP (@CarolP_media) reported

Hi @FreedomMobile just switched to you last week but have since found out your system has both my name and my email spelled incorrectly. Getting the runaround from customer care about correcting it because I can't even get a PIN

  • RickHorn72 Rick Horn🇨🇦 (@RickHorn72) reported

@FreedomMobile You guys have seriously deteriorated. Your app has issues, you don't answer your phone. Was on hold for over 30min and hung up. Not good enough. What I owe is wrong in your system, and haven't been able to top up through app for 2 months now. Time to change company

I had experienced a very bad customer service today @FreedomMobile While chatting agents (customer care representatives) disconnect the chat when they can not answer the question .... created a mess with my account Totally unprofessional and untrained staff 1. Shady 2. Hossam these two wasted my time today ...

@FreedomMobile Your outbound sales team offered me a discounted plan, but the discount wasn’t applied. I’ve spoken to multiple customer service reps—no resolution. Can someone actually help fix this?

  • WesDJones Wes Jones (@WesDJones) reported

@FreedomMobile your shameless lack of professionalism is unacceptable. After 12 years of loyal patronage, I have switched to Telus because of you. You can explain to the CCTS why your staff refused resolution.

@Rogers @RogersHelps dealing w/ AI today(Anna) it was wrong about damn near everything. waiting for customer service I was 100 in queue. Then dealing with the multiple reps, who didn't seem to give a damn. I've been a customer 20 years, considering @FreedomMobile in Jan '26

@FreedomMobile can’t have the worst customer service if you can’t get hold of anyone…

  • JASONHA17381011 Dr. Suggon Deeznutz, PhD (@JASONHA17381011) reported

Maybe instead of spending all that money on marketing for a product that isn’t even available, @FreedomMobile could focus on network expansion.
