    @freedomsupport I understand that it takes time to wait in queue for an agent. Totally acceptable. After you connect it shouldn't take 5 minutes between messages. That's poor customer service.

    Call from @FreedomMobile : Me: Can you email me the details? you Me:Can you email me the details? FM: No, we can only share it with you once you accept the offer Either a hacker is spoofing your customer support phone numbers, or your marketing/sales contractor needs firing.

    @FreedomMobile why do I keep getting “cannot verify server identity” whenever I try to use wifi outside of my home? Why do I need to turn wifi off to access cellular? Terrible service. Many dead spots even in towns (Osoyoos).

    @freedomsupport I have received about 100 bogus calls supposedly from Service Canada or Canada Border Services - all telling me a warrant for my arrest has been issued etc. Always different phone numbers which I block after the call. How do I stop this nonsense?
