@freedomsupport There are know issues at the time as two people have told you so. It came back online. Look at the server logs to verify and if you are so inclined apologize.

@FreedomMobile tried setting up auto-pay from your mobile app, website, IVR, customer chat suppot over whatapp, but I am not able to do it and not getting adequate support from customer service. Its getting too much for such a small issue.
