    @FreedomMobile I've now been disconnected FOUR TIMES on The Freedom website trying to order a sim card and sign up for services. I'll literally be in the middle of typing a message and they disconnect. Piss poor customer service, AWFUL first impression. I'll have to go elsewhere

    @freedomsupport Do you understand the word cash? I’m paying cash for a reason. My bank account is currently having issues. I don’t have a card to use right now. A fee for cash payments is discriminatory to lower income people too. Drop the fee. I shouldn’t have to pay extra to use it.

    @freedomsupport Hi, It's not a concern you need to honor your tv commercial and salespeople. Look, if you're financially in trouble the government under Trudeau hears that from every telecomm Company. seems a loser's game. he issued huge funds for Bell, Telus, Rogers and YOU collect money

    Be careful with @FreedomMobile you contract a plan, they offer you the service and you end up paying 200% more at the end of the month

    @freedomsupport It doesn’t seem like normal protocol to me when I have spent over 6 plus hours on the phone plus having to go to a Freedom store for security issues that keep happening over and over again. Last time I was credited why not this time?

    .@FreedomMobile My Better Business Bureau claim is still open, why haven't you responded to them. They make it public how you handle yourself and any of these cases are simple to settle if you side with the customer that they were told free phone with two year plan repay not free
