Not Op Cue (@NotOpCue) reported@FidoSolutions When I spoke to you rep on the phone he did not care about the price raise and when I said I was going to cancel he did not try to keep me. A company that has no respect for loyalty and paying every month on time does not deserve my business. @FreedomMobile offered me a great deal when I was leaving them years back, but I still said no cause the data was trash in some areas. @Rogers raised the price randomly on me several times, left them cause why pay $55 a month for something when you can get the same thing for $25 a month.

Jay (@sh_jags) reported@FreedomMobile Service down

Mike Bryan (@mikebryan) reported@PKP_Qc @FreedomMobile customer since 2018 and have asked about a no cost phone upgrade as a loyal customer. At this time, all options presented to me as a client include auto-pay & this is a reason to leave Freedom. Can policy be reviewed in this?

Catchy name (@Catchyname5) reported@FreedomMobile your service and internet is so bad. I’ve been a loyal customer for more than a decade and now I’m thinking of changing because all you care about is new customers
-
Farhan Z (@Far4Truth) reported@CRTCeng Finally. It has been long due. Telcos have been charging it to exploit customers further, although the plans pricing is still high compared to rest of the world but thanks for @FreedomMobile, at least now overall service providers charge less than what they used to few years ago
-
ShadowMonk (@4ndrewrhodes) reported@FreedomMobile How long must one stay on hold with freedom? This is ridiculous I've been waiting to connect to an agent for over an hour, sitting on the phone listening to this terrible music while on hold, desperately hoping someone picks up the friggin phone.

This Is a Collective (@thiscollective) reported@FreedomMobile - 90 minutes on hold. Internet still down. You text messaging support it sporadic at best. May need to find another provider.
