@FreedomMobile Honestly you guys are the worst in customer care . Tell me something how does it make sense when a customer pays their bill and your system glitches out on the app and then I have to pay again to have my phone line restored ?

  • Gamer2Gainz Gamer2Gainz (@Gamer2Gainz) reported

@FreedomMobile Systems and apps are so bad that when your pay your bill, and it comes out of your bank bank account. Their system says you didn’t pay . So their response is. Pay again and then wait 3-5 business days to have your other payment refunded
