@freedomsupport If not compatible so why should customer service agent told me that 40 Gb plan and 10 gb bonus which I already have from my previous plan total I got 50 gb. Because when I told her Fido offering me 50 gb then she gave me this plan

@freedomsupport I alrdy mentioned my sim hasn't been activated, my no. hasn't been ported, I was promised a bill of $35 but just in activating my online A/c I recieved a bill of $45 in just 5 days? No resolution to my issues, no sim activation, no service usage nothing at all but I need to pay?

@FreedomMobile two customer reps hung up for lack of being clueless on how to resolve the issue. I called to opt out of the service and they clearly don't want to respond to me opting out after cheating me. I need help.
