@FreedomMobile IS A SCAM !! They will charge you for things you don't use. They will incorrectly advise you. And they will lie to you and waste your time. Their customer service is trash. Do yourself a favour pick literally any other company

@freedomsupport I will when I have time. But been down this road before and the "fix" seems to make zero difference. Had a near emergency the other weekend out of town and despite having a signal on "Away" data did not work at all. Luckily a friend was there as well.

@FreedomMobile the easiest thing to do on a website, should be to update your credit card for billing. Extremely unhelpful when the instructions from support are wrong. Then you end up in the hell of customer support and there is no effective way to communicate your frustration.

@FreedomMobile You guys are terrible. I went in to get a zero down phone and was told to buy the phone outright before I was eligible to get it. Makes no sense. Needless to say I went back to fido.

@FreedomMobile This Trade up thing is the worst possible idea by Freedom. Some of us never want to give up our things. Without Trade up Eligible you guys are more expensive and with far lesser coverage than Rogers or other big guys. Just my honest Feedback.
