    . @FreedomMobile - I have 4 phones / internet and tv with Freedom - been a customer since it was WIND - like 15 years. Your TV app is failing after its latest update. At the very least you could email customers to say 'we are having an issue'.

    @FreedomMobile please investigate your outsourced employees as one or more of them are sending scam text with links. These text only started coming after reaching out to your support team after a double payment off my credit card a few months ago

    Hello @FreedomMobile I bought an IPhone XS Max from you as a customer and have since paid off the phone however the phone is till locked to freedom mobile after all these years. I have visited your service center and called tech support countless times.

    @FreedomMobile I have to say I went to upgrade my phone at your South Surrey BC location on the weekend and it smelled so terrible in there I couldn’t even stay in the store and had to leave. I don’t know if it was a customer or an employee, but the smell was absolutely atrocious.

    @FreedomMobile @FreedomMobile I have officially filed a CCTS complaint regarding the refusal of service for fraud victims and the loop between 611/Retail. I am waiting for an Executive Case Manager to call me to honor the deal confirmed in record C103123786. @FreedomMobile

    @FreedomMobile just ended the call with Aya c10480. After 2h, still got scummed by your company. Never again! No more talks! Folks - do not sign with FreedomMobile especially the prepaid services.
