    @FreedomMobile Hi. Your CSR said she would call me back yesterday but of course she didn’t and that’s how your customer service has been for quite a few months now. Do I have to talk to the CRTC for customer support?

    @FreedomMobile worst service ever wasting my time since 3 days . I am the victim for your carelessness and errors on my home internet account . I have been with freedom for 4 years and I am done .I don’t give a **** . I am getting out of freedom network and choose a different one

    @freedomsupport love love that it's now 3 hrs still no issues resolved and it's only been 4 days since I requested to speak to a Manger and yes manager not supervisor

    @freedomsupport I already have a ticket for the issue I wanted to spread the word since your company were aware enough of the situation to offer a fix but not responsible enough to warn your customers of the very serious problem! What up with that?!
