@ThorneDoesStuff @FreedomMobile That’s pretty expensive… just switched away from Freedom and pay $85 for 50GB at 5G speeds on Telus. Bigger network, but less expensive, but still expensive, cause ya know, “Canada”.

@FreedomMobile upgrading some customers to get them more data but legacy customer don’t get anything. Happened with my family. Very unfortunate that loyalty isn’t valued. :(

@freedomsupport 2FA is great, but the site should remember me and I shouldn't have to 1) perform 2FA when the site recognizes me, and 2) require me to enter my phone number or email address every. single. time. That's absurd and bad practice. Especially with the app, but even in a browser!
