    I just got gas lit & treated rudely by @freedomsupport, I actually hung up on the service rep mid way through his sentence ... seriously folks who is your provider & are you happy with them? I am done with @FreedomMobile

    @FreedomMobile @freedomsupport It's a shame that 'No Data' issue on my Tablet Plan has not been resolved in almost 19 business days today. Not sure what your tech team is upto. [Case Id - FSR00317210] Imagine if this was an issue with my primary phone line 😯

    @freedomsupport Fix your mobile app. Stop logging me out every time I open it. Get a more mobile-friendly UI that isn't just a wrapper for your website and release some updates for it once in a while. Like damn, you guys are a telecommunications service, this should be basic stuff in 2021.

    Who are your cell phone providers & how happy are you with them? I was super happy with @FreedomMobile but that has changed, they have a mess up on their end which keeps cutting my phone off & they won't fix it. Wish we could sue cell providers for services not rendered.

    @FreedomMobile I HAD 3 PAYMENTS COME OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AND YOU GUYS STILL HAVE NOT TOPPED UP THERE IS NOW $150 TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT WITH NO SERVICE

    @freedomsupport after 1h45m with "loyalty/retention" I was told my service might be cancelled because i have been out of zone too long (I was calling to get some extra data). I am at my parents avoiding covid in NL vs ON, they didn't seem care. Do better!

    @FreedomMobile Hi i upgraded my device yesterday at 11:20 hrs and called customer service at 11:45 hrs to cancel my order as I didn’t check my address was old one. So till now i called around 8 times and not a single customer service associate has given me same answer. 4372174297
