@freedomsupport I got hung up on so I'll try Twitter. I want to remove the Phone Protection Plan 9 from my account. I've had the phone 3 months now, I think I'm good. There used to be codes you could use to cancel various add-ons; text that code & it gets cancelled.

@FreedomMobile I am really frustrated dealing with you and your customer care. If your systems are always down and under maintenance, why don't stop selling new connections? I have requested a new sim card, and poor me decided to buy from you. 3 weeks and the order is not gone!

@FreedomMobile @Brightstar [2/2] customer service I was told the request is expired and can not be recreated (which I never submitted), the rep hung up on me without resolution. Terrible experience and my insurance money is not returning any repairs.
