    @FreedomMobile Hey, you guys need to get your act together & set up service in the Trail, Castlegar, Nelson, Rosland, & salmo area of BC ASAP. Why does this small region have no service yet there is coverage there? You guys have service in Grand Forks & in Creston. So?🤔?🤔?

    @FreedomMobile Reply Humayun Raina • 1m For close to a month and a half, I have been calling your customer service to get an issue fixed - my Roam Beyond data is being used and the allocated home data is left untouched. I am in Canada on 'Freedom/Nationwide' network all the time

    @JonFraserTF @TELUS I switched to @FreedomMobile for home and mobile last year. Cut my bill in half and don't pay roaming fees. The service has been the same as Rogers I had before. Highly recommend

    @FreedomMobile Can you please make sure a customer with full information about after services charges. Why did you introduce some new **** like giving connection fee refund with $5 over 9 months than full reimbursed.

    Hello @FreedomMobile I bought an IPhone XS Max from you as a customer and have since paid off the phone however the phone is till locked to freedom mobile after all these years. I have visited your service center and called tech support countless times.
