@FreedomMobile pathetic customer service. No updates on notes. Supervisor says different things and your agent says different thing even with case number. Moreover they hang up on you. You guys sucks. Improve your customer service. I mever recommend to anyone I swear.

.@freedomsupport been trying to get an issue resolved for 3 days. Customer service has been unprofessional and ridiculous. If I do not receive a response here, I am going public. You cannot charge people for being in the states when they were not in the states.

Hopefully, that support ticket with @FreedomMobile is taken care of soon as i really want to do an upgrade :(. damn system error, saying i owe 1 Dollar even after paying my tab in full lol.

I’ve been trying to pay a @FreedomMobile bill for over a month now and it just cannot happen for some reason. The app, website, automated phone, and live customer service have all just not worked. Do I have to try bitcoin or like sheep skins or something?

so was talking to someone from @freedomsupport about my issues with upgrading online and was told no i can not do it online i am not eligible due to a recent billing delay? i have to go instore. now tell me how can someone do that when my city is on lockdown?? makes no sense.

@FreedomMobile just lost 2 customers in one day. Never have I ever experienced such poor customer service. Been there since Wind. What a shame. Resolution was to wait 7 days on their end for my phone issues to be resolved.
