They got your SMS Port Out request, but sent from 45537, a Canada Short Code - the reply will never reach you. The Toll Free # alternate is Canada-only. We suggest using a local # for both instead.

It is clear that your Port Out process does not consider customers who wish to Port Out but are not physically in Canada at the time they submit their request. Despite calls and chats by your customer, multiple Port Out requests have been rejected by FM

They called but the 2nd Port Out request was rejected. They chatted but still, no luck. I hope you can resolve it. DM us for the phone number.
