    @GodotNayra @freedomsupport Don’t use them, I had them last year in ottawa and the coverage Absolutely sucked. Dropping calls, slow data, didn’t have service for 3 days st one point.

    @freedomsupport can someone please contact me asap to 1) update my address (which I've attempted to do 6x in 3 years and it was wrong to begin with) 2) fix my bill (I have paid off my device however my bill hasn't gone down)

    @freedomsupport It is particular disconcerting when no monies are owed and I have not been a customer for over one and a half years. Shame on you! Your business practices leave a lot to be desired.

    @freedomsupport Got it. So in theory if I change phone/plan being an existing customer I shouldn't see a connection fee charge. In theory.

    @freedomsupport My top-up was charged when my I setup my new account but the system won't register it and cut service. Support says it'll take 3-5 days, anything that can be done to speed things up
