@FreedomMobile Ordered a SIM online and the next day Canada post went on strike. They were unhelpful so I tried to buy another SIM and have it shipped via purolator or FedEx. They refuse to offer another shipping method despite the nationwide Canada post strike. Customer service says I can buy one in store. I would have done that already if it wasn't a 5 hour drive. Pathetic.

@FreedomMobile FYI, I've tried 5 times to sign up for home internet, everytime I try I get sent to the worst call center I've ever dealt with. Impossible to properly communicate, very painful to try and listen with a bad connection and people with poor communication skills. Back to Telus I go.

Maybe instead of spending all that money on marketing for a product that isn’t even available, @FreedomMobile could focus on network expansion.

@FreedomMobile spoke to your 2Lvl tech support and the guy telling me that 1Mbps is acceptable 5G speed for Freedom? the issue I'm having is not related to network but ME. I did 10 test and average speed was 5 Mbps and I get buffering videos, unwatchable. Before this issue I was getting 50 Mbps. Clearly it's not me.
