@FreedomMobile Hi, I had a prepaid account which expired because freedom mobile failed to execute auto pay on my card. The card is stilI valid and subsequent transactions of freedom mobile have passed without any problem. I had about $500 balance in the account and it was made 0

@freedomsupport can someone please explain why I’ve not been able to pay my bill since April 3?? I’m in a different country and haven’t had phone service for over 10 days. Customer service doesn’t care and keeps telling me it’s an issue on my end. Your system error, not mine!!

@freedomsupport I have been struggling with my e-sim transfer. I haven't been able to use the wifi calling option since I migrated to e-sim. I'm going to switch to some other network if this isn't resolved in next 2 days or if I'm not given a proper resolution. Fed up of chasing you guys.

@FreedomMobile Now I am being offered only $100 by your customer care which is not acceptable at all. Customer care says they have authority to only give upto that amount and only back office can approve higher refund.
