    @FreedomMobile Switched to freedom 4 months ago and now I get dropped calls repeatedly it's been so annoying never had this issue with any other carrier and when you try to phone customer support it takes up to an hour to get thru been to the outlet a few times. ready to give up on this plan

    @MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport I pay $44 (after tax). US Canada Mexico. 90gb. Price guarantee so they'll never change it even if my plan is grandfathered. Come to @FreedomMobile grab a prepaid plan for 1 month to test out, if you like it port your number over after.

    @FreedomMobile is a complete garbage service and I will disconnect all 3 accounts ASAP. I keep getting with the prepaid accounts and I hear is because we have some defect! My son ended up without the service in a dangerous situation because of your defect. There you have it!

    Hey @FreedomMobile... just filed a formal complaint to the CCTS on you. 16 years as a loyal customer and you wrongly shut my phone off due to an "unpaid balance" that wasn't posted until yesterday, and shows DUE MARCH 19. Your customer service reps were no help.
