  @FreedomMobile 1/2..I bought a phone outright from a Freedom store, without a connection. And now Freedom is trying their best to not unlock that phone. Have spoken to atleast 5 cust. care reps and everyone gives a different solution which were proven wrong later.

  @freedomsupport does freedom take network issue reports anymore? There's a very annoying problematic area in the middle of Vancouver that's persisted for years.
