    @AskISED @freedomsupport Thank you. They refuse to look into it as they claim that I never attempted to pay my bill. It does show on my bank statement and the bank has confirmed the money was in fact sent and delivered to @FreedomMobile - thank you for your help, it’s really appreciated.

    Very bad experience with @FreedomMobile i initiated port request to @Fidomobile but freedom claiming they didnt receive it even i have proof.@FreedomMobile continue to prove how bad is this company. #poorcustomerservice #poornetwork #freedommobile

    @FreedomMobile anyone thinking of going with Freedom PLEASE DON'T for your own sake don't the network sucks and service is garbage. Do yourself a favor pay $10-$20 more a month for any other company it will be way more reliable. Only use Freedom 2 get a better rate somewhere else

    @FreedomMobile is absolute garbage its by far the worst company to have a phone with. The reception sucks. It's complete garbage. You get what you pay for that's why it's the cheapest but it's still way over priced given the garbage service

    Hey @freedomsupport spoke to the CRTC you guys are in TROUBLE! you can’t make up terms and conditions. Told me to call in and have you point out where my contract said I can’t upgrade online but can in stores, you can’t. @Bell_Support do u have hidden conditions? #Toronto #summer

    @donnaisreading @FreedomMobile It’s because they literally have the worst customer service in the world and can’t provide a single straight answer. I’d go to bell or Rogers
