Tried to dispute $36 in bogus charges w/ @FreedomMobile Can't believe I had to escalate to a supervisor to get SOME resolution. For all their efforts to attract new customers, I would say #buyerbeware. If you're looking for helpful customer service, Freedom might not be for you!

@freedomsupport You're missing the point, I already reached out & wasted over 2 hrs of my time with service reps that have no clue. And of course, you're a communication company that can't call and communicate with your customers, how ironic is that! I'd like compensation for my time!

@freedomsupport So @FreedomMobile customer service cannot call customers.!?! Its a phone company! I guess they just expect us to line up like sheep and hope we get tired and give up.
