    @freedomsupport Can you tell me whom to ask to speak to, I will call, but I have just changed to a new plan and now I am ready to change to a new carrier, yes over this annoying issue. Im sorry you have to deal with my generations failings as parents as young adults now

    @FreedomMobile @freedomsupport ...has the worst customer service...and I thought @SamsungCanada was bad...the supervisor was horrid...and management is non responsive...

    Dear @FreedomMobile, since I purchased a Sim card on your network, I have been receiving calls from different people i don't know, which shows the line was recycled. I have also tried to call to change the number but I haven't been able to get through. Please reach out. Thanks
