.@FreedomMobile My Better Business Bureau claim is still open, why haven't you responded to them. They make it public how you handle yourself and any of these cases are simple to settle if you side with the customer that they were told free phone with two year plan repay not free

Hey @freedomsupport @FreedomMobile My account +1 226 5078470 is billed Incorrectly. Payment deducted from my credit card automatically. While talking with Support They said Your refund is processed and you will get back within 5 working days. It's been 10 days but no resolution.

@freedomsupport @FreedomMobile Now when I try to call customer Care, they keep disconnecting my call after sometime automatically. I visited the Freedom store Fairway Mall Kitchener , They said we cannot do anything , it's a billing issue only handled by customer care service.
