@FreedomMobile love that my service inexplicably couldn't be renewed this morning so I had to borrow a friend's phone to get to the hospital for a pregnancy emergency and now the website won't let me top-up either. 👍

@FreedomMobile What does it take to get someone to call you back after an issue has been escalated? I have been waiting 3 weeks for a call back from a manager. In the meantime I have spoken to multiple agents and none of them have been able to resolve the service issues.
