I switched cell providers. Pretty darn happy with @chatrmobile. Way better coverage. The data is only 3G but, I'm okay with that. It felt good to rip off the @FreedomMobile shackles after 6 yrs of spotty coverage and customer service that was anything but helpful.

@freedomsupport Nothing you can fix. I know Freedom is just competing for their own seat at the table of the Telecom oligopoly, but lately you’ve made absolutely zero efforts to improve your service, and your plans no longer compete with any of the 6 other companies offering big gig and 5G.

@TheGolfSpace @chatrmobile @FreedomMobile That’s what I thought as well Tony. Maybe my LTE was that bad because I haven’t noticed much of a drop off. 5G is just starting here.

@freedomsupport Your responses were to tell people to do something totally meaningless. Caches and cookies are only relevant for repeat visits. Next time multiple people report the same issue, assume you have an issue, not us. To do ANYTHING otherwise makes you sound like *****. Big time.

@FreedomMobile You’re pushing the latest iPhone, yet you don’t support the its best feature: 5G. Worse, you don’t even seem to know when you will. A mobile company that doesn’t know their own future plans? That’s worrying.
