@freedomsupport is freedom having issues in the edmonton area? I can't seem to text out and neither can other family members using freedom. Calls are still working and internet seems to be working as well.

  • Takinagrumpy T.J. Smola (@Takinagrumpy) reported

@FreedomMobile my texting has been down since 6pm christmas day everything else works fine. Anyone else have this issue?

  • CenkOran 🌘𝟛ℕ𝕜 (@CenkOran) reported

@FreedomMobile Don’t let them trick you with a free phone or a large data plan. I can’t even open a webpage from a lot of locations in Ottawa I can send you the speed test results. And when you call the call centre they say if it is more than 1mbits, it is within the service agreement.

  • virtuous_sloth Bruce Elrick (@virtuous_sloth) reported

@Crackmacs @BradHenke2 From what I can see, Shaw is leveraging the Freedom LTE network. I was on Freedom from when they were WindMobile, back in the dark days before Calgary upgrades. I moved 4 lines from FreedomMobile to ShawMobile using the $15/line-month but discounted to $0 and just pay by the GB.

  • sistermedia Maria Miccoli (@sistermedia) reported

@FreedomMobile Been with you people since 2016. WORST experience EVER today. Parent company SHAW mobile is 50% cheaper yet shopping cart stuck on a loop with messenger. Idiots! #helloRogers #helloBell

  • KeilKeri Keri Keil (@KeilKeri) reported

@freedomsupport Really? Spend 3 hrs trying to get to a bill resolution and agents and supervisors were of no help. Will be porting out to Rogers tomorrow. Customer service sucks.

  • Esther46370627 Esther (@Esther46370627) reported

@freedomsupport @BaDOAN hi, did you get anywhere with Freedom as I have the same problem

  • Esther46370627 Esther (@Esther46370627) reported

@freedomsupport #COVID #BOXINGDAY please can I get a DM link as I am currently being abused by a Freedom agent named S.C on Twitter. This person does not read and is infuriating - agent also keeps telling me to go to a store - please help

  • CenkOran 🌘𝟛ℕ𝕜 (@CenkOran) reported

@freedomsupport I know, we talked 3-4 times already and in our last call you said if it is more than 1mbit, we can’t do anything, that’s an acceptable speed. What you don’t understand is, having 1-2mbit speed outdoors mean you will have connectivity problems indoors like malls.
