    @freedomsupport As discussed on DM, the order, surprisingly, could not be located on Freedom's system. This was not what we expected and unfortunately, seems no resolution feasible.

    @FreedomMobile I really hope you aren’t trying to force me to change my plan by refusing to accept payments from methods that have worked fine for over a year. Because no. I like my legacy plan. Fix your billing.

    @alexandradove @FreedomMobile Yeah they only offer the 64gb iPhone. @FreedomMobile can hire me for customer service
