    @FreedomMobile @SamsungCanada .... and they sent me back to the phone number that I talked to. And it still shows it's available online. Customer service means I shouldn't be jumping through hoops to get a straight answer

  • thewantedryan Ryan MacGorman (@thewantedryan) reported

    @freedomsupport I’d 100% recommend getting better customer service lines where you guys don’t constantly try to harass me offering me promotions and refusing to let me out of my contract. Saying nobody was available to do that. For 48 hours.

    @jimbugg @TELUSsupport @FreedomMobile It’s a terrible issue for sure Jim

    @FreedomMobile @SamsungCanada I'd like to capture the sport you guys providing customer service. Do you know what that means? I'm trying to get a phone, and online it says it's available, but the guy I called about your special deal for customers says it isn't, so I dm'd your service people for an update

  • albermarle99 rosssboys (@albermarle99) reported

    @AnthonyLacavera @FreedomMobile Original wind customer will go back to landline before going to Rogers or bell

  • BizDirector Howard (@BizDirector) reported

    @freedomsupport Cant get any more negative than having someone hang up when you want to speak to a manager. By the way she kept on saying 50 cents instead of 50 dollars, perhaps when outsourcing, try and hire people that actually speak the language. She did call back to apologize, a bit late

  • AnthonyLacavera Anthony Lacavera (@AnthonyLacavera) reported

    The last time we had a real competitor in the industry was in 2009, when we brought WIND Mobile to market (@FreedomMobile). The launch of WIND resulted in an average savings of $400 a year to every Canadian household with a mobile plan — whether they were a WIND customer or not.
