@freedomsupport Are you kidding me? How am I supposed to call customer service back if I'm in the area where I keep loosing signal? Do you not see the issue with what customer support is asking me? 3 years I been with freedom and you guys have done nothing to offer anything for all my problems.

@freedomsupport Guess what, you aren't being helpful. You are being unrealistic to a long term customer. My advice to anyone looking for a company is to run, your customer service over the past 9 years has been unacceptable. And it continues...

@AnthonyLacavera @FreedomMobile @WINDmobile Wind was great value over the other players. Yeah, there were some problems with dead zones but as the infrastructure was built up these were less of an issue. Was sorry to see the company acquired by Shaw. Hope your bid to reacquire is successful.

@FreedomMobile so your supervisor solution to me loosing signal in my city was for me to drive back to the spot where I lost reception and call him back.... do you see what's wrong with this solution?? I have called multiple times about my service issues to get the runaround.

I am officially pledge that as soon as my contract is done I will be leaving @FreedomMobile . Over 10 yr customer with 5 lines. I am sick of getting screwed over every month. I am one of the first customers when you were named Wind. Sad to go.

@freedomsupport Has there been a disruption to service or has something changed? I'm constantly getting "waiting for connection" and weak to no signal in my own home lately and that's never been the case the past 10 years

also now realizing that I’ll have to reconfigure my phone plan when I move to North Bay bc @FreedomMobile doesn’t have service there other than Nationwide hopping onto other providers and my current plan will be all but USELESS for data up there. But that’s a problem for Sept 🙃

@freedomsupport Only models with "U" can't do VoLTE. My phone is SM-G950W I currently use VoLTE and have it enabled on my phone. I have used it while roaming in the past as well. So when you say "not eligible" what means @FreedomMobile won't support it?
