    @freedomsupport Hey there, J.L.! Read again. ⬆︎ I wasn't talking about your website, but your app. Aside from shutting down & restarting my phone (which I did, three times, with the same result on both cell & wifi networks), what would you suggest?

    @freedomsupport Why did you wait almost 5 hours to report an update? You could have probably avoided thousands of calls to your technical department.....I was in Scarborough and all the way to Hamilton and the service is down since 9am.

    @DOPEboyTHC @freedomsupport wow, my first outage in what 5 years I think. Or maybe I just keep missing it. I had more outages with bell mobile than I do with Freedom. I can't comment on any other mobile company.

    @FreedomMobile my husband is still waiting for a manager to call about his bill. Freedoms customer service is bad. The only reason we can’t leave them is because they would charge for cancelation.

    @FreedomMobile your customer service is bad. I have asked to speak to a manger and they told me they where going to call me back. The supervisor can’t do anything about the agents inability of do their job.

    So done with @FreedomMobile. Worst coverage in Canada,by FAR. Literally can't WAIT to switch back to @TELUS.
