    @ri_ni_b @FreedomMobile The number thing is just how it works. You are able to port out to another plan at another phone service company if I am correct but if ur just gonna terminate your contract, and not port out, then you lose your number. That’s what happened when I switched to freedom from bell.

    Hey @freedomsupport spoke to the CRTC you guys are in TROUBLE! you can’t make up terms and conditions. Told me to call in and have you point out where my contract said I can’t upgrade online but can in stores, you can’t. @Bell_Support do u have hidden conditions? #Toronto #summer

    I’ve called so many times trying to fix my service and still yet my calls are being dropped. I literally cannot receive calls or place calls ! @FreedomMobile
