@FreedomMobile the worst network and the customer service for any network. They are thieves so please stay clear. I bought 2 lines and it was completely unusable. I had no reception half of the city and moved out promptly. Now they are not refunding my money saying tough luck.

@freedomsupport been a customer for over 4 years and trying to port my number out from Freedom to another cell company because I don't get service in my new condo so I need to leave my residence to make a call. It been 10 days now and Freedom is still not working on it?

@freedomsupport Called Freedom mobile when it happened, advised to go to kiosk to reactivate service. In kiosk payment can't be completed and I better of with postpaid plan. So basically needed to cancel phone number, and pay with SAME credit card for postpaid plan, which I also asked to prepay

@freedomsupport Your payment system is flawed. Look on reddit and see how many customers are reporting same issue. Maybe Quebecor will fix

@freedomsupport Or ask Customer Service how many calls they have received concerning processes errors. Have IT look into it. Stop insulting customers by saying the bank has declined their card.

@freedomsupport got disconnected twice , and the bad part is they don’t even care to call back . Gotta dial the 1888 number and do the process again . Just horrible

After contacting the support team via SMS the issue was not resolved. However after contacting the support team on Twitter they were very pleasant and resolved the issues! Thank you @FreedomMobile support team!

@FreedomMobile You know what never purchase phone from freedom if so you will get it 2024. I have prebooked 14 pro max months ago and never arrived. so cancelled it bought from bell
