    @themainnetwork @FreedomMobile Been on hold for over an hour. 1.5 hrs on the chat. It's horrible. My number got ported, being charged as they did, unable to log into the account. Just a nightmare provider

    @FreedomMobile My grandparents are stuck in Dubai International Airport and there was a drone strike and their relying on Freedom to communicate since Wi-Fi is down but Freedom Support refused to provide them with roaming service waived or any help! Can you guys help please?

    @FreedomMobile If you have freedom mobile your connection will be so poor that you can’t even watch the game! After the game your connection will be so poor that you can’t talk to your family about the game
